Technology seems to be from 1899. Screens were poorly lit. Screens have spots from balls,or at least that's what I found after asking the owner. Gary who appeared to be a manager replied, "he did not know and what is it bothering me" . Really did not seem as if the trackman itself was calibrated as shots were not being recognized. Simple arrogance of the place, after having been to X Golf in Solon, made the 1899 seem sad. I enjoyed the golf, drinks, and some of the food. However, what looked like a possible manager, not our designated server approached our our bay multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. While I appreciate hospitality he continually put his hands on my fiancée and continually was rubbing her back and massaging her. Me being someone who does not want to make a scene did not speak up, but I felt very uncomfortable, and very angry. We left when our time was up but for what I paid to golf, food and drinks, I did not appreciate my fiancée being sexually harassed in front of me. I would think it is common sense in 2026 to not put hands on someone especially of the opposite sex but it is disappointing to see. read more

I stumbled upon this place through Yelp looking for something fun and different to do as a family for Mother's Day. And I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at just how amazing 1899 Indoor Golf was....the food and cocktails were outstanding and the golf simulators were an absolute blast, with so many game modes. Such a cool experience! Above all the customer service was impeccable and we will for sure be coming back soon! read more

We visit here a couple of times per year to listen to live music. We live a mile away and would come more often but the service is consistently bad. They need to get serious about customer service and staffing. read more

First trip here tonight. I went with my 14 yo, so he could practice what he's learned in in-person lessons at a local country club. But at 1899 We saw all kinds of golfers AND they all were comfortable and happy. Next to us were 2 70 something ladies drinking martinis and doing a "skill game simulator". On the other side were middle aged guys playing for bragging rights in their friend group on a hole-by-hole basis All the way down...businessmen in head to toe Callaway. All 4 groups were having fun. Food is "bar food" but my 14 y.o. Loved the quesadilla. Staff was so friendly. We dealt with 4 ppl all were lovely. We will be back. The software here helps golfers learn about their club selection. Cheaper, friendlier and more golf related than Top Golf. Pleasing bar food. Friendly staff. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited and hate to say that I have never been there as close as it is to home! The server/bartender was great, and his attentiveness and knowledge on the beer options available. He did mention that the day we visited was not as busy as it normally is, which is fine by me (prob not so much for business) but I was excited there was no crowd! Was there for a music gig one night and they were amazing! Service was great and cocktails were delicious. We brought in a LARGE group and they were EXTREMELY accommodating, moved tables outside, and always made sure we had drinks. We went here last night for my wife's birthday. It was a great time. we made a reservation, walked in and they were ready for us. We stayed and played for 1.5 hours and the price was very reasonable. The manager even let us play longer and he videoed our golf swings. The staff was very friendly. My wife found this place from Kicking it with Kenny. We only had drinks but the food sounded really good. My wife picked the place for her birthday and we had a blast. I would also recommend for corporate events. This is an extremely enjoyable indoor golf experience. Perfect for wanting to get some swings in with friends during the winter months in Northeast Ohio. The food is better than expected, and one of the high points of experience. The only detriments to our visit, which albeit was during a busy day, was that the group before us stayed past there end time and there was a group directly after us. This, combined with the necessary sanitation between groups for Covid, caused us to lose 15 minutes of our reservation. The gentleman who checked us out was nice enough to only charge us for one hour to make up for this, but the experience could be improved by leaving 15 minute gaps between reservations and more strictly enforcing end time/charging for staying late. Also, we reserved a set of left-handed clubs (of which this location only has one). While they were sanitizing our bay, another group walked over and grabbed the set for there own use which caused some confusion. All in all, friendly staff, good food and beer, clean environment, and fun Trackman software made this and enjoyable experience which we will take advantage of in the future. read more
