All of it was very good, light tasting, executed with modern flair. The plating was appealing too. Nice vibe in the bar, almost hushed, as folks can enjoy a tranquil view of the Chesapeake Bay. A replica of the "Three Soldiers" statue, from the National Vietnam Memorial site in DC, is found outside, on the expansive grounds of this multifaceted establishment. It's well done and memorable.
