beware: lawyer dan libby was recommended/referred by mold specialist to handle our water…read moreintrusion/toxic mold in our apartment. mr. libby communicated with us for over three weeks, obtaining information, providing his personal phone number, texting us, providing legal advice. we followed it all. then out of the blue his law clerk told us they would not take our case. we are both longtime lawyers as well, in fact, senior lawyers, but not in the area of personal injury and mold cases. mr. libby should not have led us on and provided legal advice if he was not going to take our case. and out of pure courtesy to two senior lawyers he should have at least told us personally that his firm would not take our case. shame on him and his firm. we should consider filing a complaint against him with the ca state bar. but perhaps we have more respect and consideration for him than he gave us!! do not use this firm!
