My Mom and I got pedicures and gel manicures here. We made an appointment to make sure we could get in, but I think they take walk ins. I've been to this place a few times when I visit the area, and I'm always impressed. It's very clean, everybody is nice, they do a thorough job, prices are reasonable, nails look beautiful! I have been looking for a long time for a shop that does my gel nails like I get them done up North. They were perfect ! The shop is clean and bright. The employees are friendly and talkative. The other shops I have tried were less expensive but not even close to the same quality. It is worth the few extra dollars. read more

I absolutely love this place. They're always busy, so I'd recommend an appointment if you're on a tight schedule. I always do walk-in appointments and i've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. This place is a joke, as far as lashes go! I called and made an appointment two days prior, and I explained specifically what I suspected I needed to have done. When I showed up, after getting a sitter for my baby and driving 45 min, the two women who do lashes essentially said they couldnt work with the lashes I had (which I suspected), and that I had to do a full new set, pay for removal of the old, but that all of this had to be rescheduled for another day, as they had only put me down for an hour (even if I had explained I probably needed more time b/c so many had come off). Their delivery was so rude & their mannerism horrible, I have never experienced anything like it! If they have a problem speaking or understanding English to the point they cannot schedule or discuss an appointment, I suggest they get someone else at the front desk to take care of that. Service is absolutely horrible! I made my appointment a week ahead and showed up in time. The girl who checked me in could not even find my appointment. Then I waited 30 minutes. During this time the guy told me to sit in two different places, then finally led me to the pedicure station then told me to go back to the lobby again! Absolute chaos. My mom and I both had a mani/pedi. The quality of the mani/pedi was decent for the price. My manicurist, Tony had an attitude problem. He told me to "sit down" "come" "sit down" in a rude tone. Instead of verbally communicating that he needed my other leg or hand, he would hit it and shake his head. It wasn't a language barrier as he would speak to others just not me. My mom's manicurist was nice to her but proceeded to have a disagreement with the manager while she was doing the manicure. Unprofessional and rude. read more

In town for vacation and found this spot for a quick manicure and pedicure. The price is fair and the shop is nice and clean. Lots of technicians running around helping customers. I have used this salon twice. I usually get a French gel mani and pedi. I loved the pedi that Mimi gave me. The mani was okay the first time. The owner a gentleman performed the mani. The second time it was a disaster. The technician is heavy handed with the white. So much so that my nail is separating from the white on both thumbs. This is the worst manicure I've had in 20 years. I always get a French mani so I know what a good French gel manicure looks like. I will not be going back. read more

After reading reviews here online, my friend and I decided to get our nails and pedicure done. This was our biggest mistake ever! I had already gel on my nail, and asked them to give me the same. After soaking off the gel, the lady proceed to file my nails, she manages to file a deep cut into my finger, and yes, this hurts! Then she puts on some gel from small nail polish bottles.... Uses the uv lamp, and tells me, this is okay.... Well, NO IT WAS NOT! The day after, my first nail broke.... On my left hand.... And I am not left handed! I paid $30 for my new "gel nails", which is nothing more than yes....just that....POLISH!! and the same for my pedicure..... My friend had her nails done, and guess what; last night, her thumbnail was suddenly without any polish, the "overlay" came off... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON TO ANYONE! read more

I got my nails done. After drying them for 20 minutes I take them out of dryer and they are all bubbles I call owner over she states it's to late to fix them an tells me to come back 630pm the next day totally unacceptable for me to Walk around with my nails like that I show up 9am. The owners husband is there I explain story that polish was streaky and applied heavy to avoid streaky look and I asked for them to be fixed with another color he said I charge u. The owner choose 10.00 over a returning customer. I faithfully go every week to two weeks and have pedicures and pink and whites filled. There is practically a nail salon on every block in bradenton value your customers especially ones that give you good money every month and come back. Word Of Mouth Is Alot To A Business I Will No Longer Recommend This Salon. I don't what's wrong with the nail salons here I went across street. First time and last time there. The lady helping me was so RUDE! she didn't listen to a thing I said she tried to put the color I wanted for my hands on my toes I tried to help her that but she just kept smiling and nodding saying ok ok ok . OK but she wasn't listening! after she did my hands I told her to stop because I wasn't going to have her do my toes because she wouldn't listen to me. And she was telling other customers that I didn't tell her what I wanted that I wasn't clear!! how if I told you before I sat down and picked the colors! When she was doing my nails she was so busy talking to other customers she kept cutting me with the drill! only when I told her to watch it she was hurting me than did she speak to me.
