Our fireplace was on during one of the coldest day's and heard popping and vibration noises in the chimney and turned it off. After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He spent a good bit of time cleaning really well and helped us get the dryer venting shaped properly behind the dryer! While he was here my husband had him check our fireplace since we had lived in the house for 10 years and had never had it cleaned but he said we didn't need anything done and if our usage stayed about the same, he didn't think we would need a cleaning for about another 3 years. I have never had such a great experience with a repair person as I did with them.
