Never once did I feel rushed. Tony and Sean are the BEST! They know their stuff. They took all the guess work out of picking window coverings for my home. They are such an absolute joy to work with. I needed to replace window coverings in three rooms and over my slider. They came into my home. Clearly figured out my style through listening and looking at what I already had. They gave me a very fair price, measured everything perfectly, always called me a half hour before arriving at me request, we're always punctual, always had a smile on their faces, and always expressed customer satisfaction was their top priority. They were not just saying that. When my blinds arrived, they scheduled an instal. They put them up and I was thrilled. However, they were not. Their was a tiny spot I didn't even notice. They tried to clean it to perfection. When they could not, they informed me that was unacceptable. They were ordering me new ones. I could keep the old ones until the new ones came in. They are perfectionist. When the new ones came in they came out and installed them to perfection. I love all my blinds. I thought this was to be an update on my first review and I can't find it. I'll be horrified if I never sent it. Ugh. Update: After having my blinds for three months, I went to sit in my recliner and it did the strangest thing. It tipped back and ripped a little hole in my new blinds. I figured I'd just have to live with it. I threw up a quick prayer, and the Holy Spirit impressed on my heart to reach out to Catalog Blinds to see if they had any way of repairing it. Tony told me they did not. However, he had totally forgotten to send back my original order. I knew then that my God was looking out for me. They would come out and install my first order at no charge to me! Upon​ arriving they saw the tiny rip and thought it was so low and unnoticeable that it would be best to keep the ones with the rip.... as well as leave me the other blinds in case the rip got worse. They would then come back and reinstall the first ones at no cost to me in the future. They would eat the difference. They just wanted me to be happy. I've never seen any two people love their jobs so much and truly want their customers happy above all else. These two were true gifts from God to me. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ABOVE ALL OTHERS! The person who came out to assess our situation was Adel, and he was easy to connect to and trust. His answers were always knowledgeable and had reasons. He assessed that two of the windows I was replacing were incorrectly installed in the first place, which did not surprise me because whoever lived here in the 90s was a real do-it-yourselfer with more ambition than skills. So those two needed a "rebuild," but our bay windows were fine with a less expensive "replace." Once I signed the contract, the next person to come out was Kevin and he took very specific measurements and also rang with credibility. I was pleased to learn that many of the Window Guild employees have been with them a long time, which speaks well of the organization even if it was sold once. On install day, some new guys came out to get started, and they were also pleasant and professional. Kevin came out a few hours later to provide senior supervision, so this was not at all like having the senior guy sell the work but have nothing to do with getting it done. As it turned out, they needed a second day because we didn't know if my second rebuild was going to need some dryrot work (because it had been leaking) and they didn't want to start that late in the day. They came back in a week and it was just fine. The windows are beautiful to look through and we can already tell they are so much better insulated than our old ones. They are Milgard windows and come with their lifetime warranty, which is better than what Andersen Windows gave us when we used them for other ones.
