During this entire process Chris (and his workers) were exemplary. He knows Davis regulations and building codes like the back of his hand, clearly presents his prices, and helped us navigate many tricky issues. For example, upon doing our electrical work it was discovered that almost none of our outlets were grounded, presenting a major fire-hazard. Chris worked with us to replace these at a minimal charge. He also took our many questions in stride and was on-site himself almost every day. We are so happy we went with Chris. After her death, it made no sense to remodel her kitchen as we needed to sell her house rather quickly. After a discussion with Marcus, he & I agreed upon a refund payment schedule for the her deposit. Marcus signed a simple agreement to pay $5,000.00 every two weeks or so until the deposit was fully refunded. We received the first payment as planned but that was it!
