I asked their price to wipe my cell phone and laptop - a factory reset. I have seen the steps online, and it is not complicated. But I am not a tech person so I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I called the shop and they quoted, get this: $65 for phone and $175 for laptop (then he said oh, it's $125 for laptop). The one positive I have is that the Manager Anas is nice and was apologetic about the problems I had, but overall, my experience was quite bad. I waited about 40 minutes the first time I came in for him to repair a broken I phone screen. During this time, he asked me for my password, which I didn't like. He later told me that he needed it to see if I had updated my IOS system (which I had; he could have asked). Apparently, the replacement screen was damaged (or low quality), and my display was dark. He suggested that he needed to put my old screen back on, and get another screen (maybe better, he said!). He said he'd "take care of me" for the trouble. I went back the next day. I waited 40 minutes again. For my trouble, he gave me a free $3 screen protector. He said if I would have had the protector on in the first place, my screen wouldn't have cracked. I had a $50 apple phone case on, which had worn down around the edges. By the time I drove home, my phone was burning up and was in emergency mode because it was overheated. I called him, and he said he was sorry, but something was wrong, and that I should bring it back. I had to drive back a third time, and leave it with him to repair while I picked my son up from school. When I came back, he told me he had put a screw in in the wrong place, which caused the overheating. I don't get how someone who does this for a living could make that mistake. Regardless, he didn't give me any discount for the repair. He charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone. To add insult to injury, I dropped my phone a week later, with the phone case and screen protector on, and the screen cracked, so I'm quite sure I didn't get a high quality screen. read more

So I made the decision of buying a another galaxy s4 from this store. Once I got home and opened up the box and found out that the accessories for the galaxy s4 were fake. I had a severely cracked screen on my LG Nexus where I could actually see the circuitry (no, I'm not explaining how it happened!), and I thought for sure this phone was toast... CPR Cell Phone Repair is awesome. So I went over to get my iPhone glass replaced as it had a nice crack from the corner to the top (I am figuring that it is gonna cost me at least $100). I get there and the guy behind the desk is about as nice as you can get. He takes a look at my phone and says, "the glass is fine, its your screen guard that is cracked." He then proceeds to peel my cracked screen guard off the phone, and asks if I want him to replace it now. I said sure and in about 3 minutes he cleaned my phone, buffed my screen and perfectly replaced my guard. Total cost, $20. He was as honest as he was nice. Don't get scammed by these people! Walked in with a software issue and came out with hardware issues. Broke both cables of front facing camera and home button and not accepting their own fault. Walked out very disappointment. Never again! Be aware of this place! Shame one the manager who said "Let god decide what is right and what is wrong." I also might add that they misplaced a couple of screws! Very unprofessional. Ambient light sensor not working (claimed to have been fixed). Noticed a screw missing for the vibrator module and it seems that vibrator module is swapped with a non-working one. This place is... Disgusting! They better clean their act. read more

Terrific experience. Walked in expecting an $80 IPhone 7 repair and instead received a free tutorial on an alternate solution that was built into the phone. They could have made the repair that I requested; I would have paid and never known the difference. Instead, they chose to tell me about the free workaround (and not get paid). Phone looks great, took about 3-4 hours to repair, and charged a reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. They don't use Apple parts but that's because Apple wants you to send your phone to them for 3-4x the price. read more
