I took an uber here and when I arrived the front desk associate (a gentleman), informed me that no cars were available and that we were twenty (20) cars awaiting confirmation before us. He told us he called, but I received no call. He informed me then my phone number was wrong, although, I used their services before and my phone was already on file. The confirmation should've been cancelled, and an email should have been sent. Rather than postponed. We were left leaving with no car and in the middle of "nowhere", no solution than just to find another rental business. Don't use this location. Staff are rude and not considerate.

I made a reservation five days in advance for a cargo van. Two days after making the reservation, I received a call from Omar, the office manager, informing me that they would not have a cargo van available. I was surprised that this was communicated only after two days. He offered a minivan instead. Because I had already made arrangements for that specific day, I agreed to accept the minivan, provided it would be ready Monday morning at 8:00 AM. Omar assured me that would not be a problem. However, on Monday morning at 7:35 AM, I received another call from Omar stating that the minivan would not be ready until approximately 10:30 AM. This last-minute change caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had scheduled my day around the confirmed 8:00 AM pickup time. When I expressed my frustration during the call, Omar hung up on me. I attempted to call him back multiple times on both his cell phone and the office landline but received no response. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disruptive. I expect better communication and customer service, especially when a reservation is made in advance and confirmed. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter from Enterprise franchise and an explanation as to how this situation will be addressed. Mo Eidizadeh

    The worst experience EVER…read more Rental Confirmation # 2117180308 for a full size SUV to be picked up today at 10:30 at the Wesley Chapel location I arrive at 10:30am - one male ahead of me waiting for an SUV he had reserved - we were both told they did not have any and they are talking to other stores to see who has some - no one did. They even tried the airport (which I was told would be a higher rate than my reservation if they did have SUVs available). The local store said they did not have my phone number on file so they didn't call to tell me. (I had filled it out online) While I was waiting for the office staff to find cars I went online and was able to make a reservation for a full side SUV at the Hudson, FL location (I did get a text shortly after saying they did not have the vehicle which shows that they probably did have my phone number to begin with at Wesley chapel) but why was the reservation allowed to be made?? Does Enterprise not care that they ruin their customers vacation plans by not meeting the reservations they allow to be booked?!!!!! I left Wesley chapel and called Enterprise Corporate 1-855-266-9565 I spoke to a total of 6 people over a 6 hr period. Not once did someone call me back as all of the corporate phone center people advised. 10:55am - Patrick- never filed report for fleet manager - said someone will call me in an hour 11:49am - Jade- filing no car available form because Patrick never did- also advised someone will call me in an hour 1:03 pm - Glenn- I was told again I would be contacted by someone and I needed to "keep my line open" because Someone is looking - and they will call me in 1-2 hours (still a mystery who this someone is that would be calling me) 4:26pm - I called Ellie at corporate (no one had called me back from the 3 previous calls) She told me she doesn't handle these type of cases- she is going to escalate to someone else 4:36 - transferred to Cesar (ASSHOLE) - his recommendation is to wait for management team (local team) and that nothing will change if we continue to speak- he will explain to me again that I have to wait for someone to call me back and then he is going to disconnect the call Summation of my experience with Enterprise today: Because it's just a "reservation" there is nothing to do on their end and they could care less that they did not fulfill the reservation I made and they accepted. Disgusted!!! Can't even rate them 1 star but this platform requires it

When they told me I needed a new compressor, I paid them over $1,000 for them to install it. So, the A/C still wasn't blowing cold air! When I took it back in on Tuesday (2/24) they proceeded to tell me that NOW I have a leak in the 'evaporator coil (or core?)' and it would cost an additional $1600 plus labor and tax. I asked why did I just pay over $1000+ for a new compressor when, instead I had a leak! They said it was just "a coincidence"! Needless to say, I am quite upset. I feel that I have been TOTALLY taken advantage of! I will NEVER go back there and DO NOT recommend them.

I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in because I was having what seemed like a battery or electrical issue. The first thing they told me was that it was the battery, and I paid about $250. The battery they installed was faulty, so I had to bring the car back again. Even after that, the car still did not work properly. Then I had to deal with towing the car back again, only for them to tell me the problem was now the alternator. They charged me about $975 for the alternator. After paying for that, the vehicle still had the same issue. At that point, I had already paid for a battery, an alternator, towing expenses, and wasted a lot of time, yet the original problem was still not fixed. Then, after all of that, they told me it was something else and wanted even more money. Every time the car came back, the explanation changed, but the issue stayed the same. First it was the battery. Then it was the alternator. Then it was something else. Each time, more money was expected from me, but no real solution was provided. I had to go back and forth with this shop three different times, including towing expenses, and they still could not fix what turned out to be a simple issue. I finally took my car to another mechanic, and they found the actual problem. It was a simple cord that needed to be changed. That repair cost about $75 and fixed the car. So after this shop charged me over $1,000, installed a faulty battery at first, had me towing and returning the car multiple times, and kept changing the explanation while asking for more money, another mechanic solved the problem with a basic $75 repair. The repair experience was bad, but the way I was treated made it even worse. The owner was disrespectful, dismissive, and condescending. I felt like he spoke to me as if I had no right to ask questions about my own vehicle and my own money. I was not asking for a favor. I had already paid a large amount of money, and my car still was not fixed. I had every right to question what was going on. This is exactly why many women feel uncomfortable going to mechanic shops alone. In my experience, I felt looked down on, dismissed, overcharged, and treated like I should just keep quiet and pay whatever I was told. No woman should be made to feel small, stupid, or powerless for asking reasonable questions about repairs that did not fix her vehicle. Based on my experience, this shop showed poor diagnosis, poor communication, poor accountability, poor customer service, and a serious lack of respect. I would not trust them with electrical work. I would not recommend them to women. I would not recommend them to anyone. My car did not need all of those expensive repairs to solve the problem. It needed a simple cord replacement. Please get a second opinion before allowing this shop to perform any major repair. I wish I had never brought my vehicle here in the first place.

    I had a very concerning experience here and would not recommend this shop based on how my situation…read morewas handled. I originally brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic/coolant issue. The shop sent an approval/deny request by text for additional work, and I did not approve it through that system. I also only asked questions about pricing over the phone. I called because they wanted to charge me almost $500 for a part and around 200 for labor. The OEM part goes for no more than $130. On the phone call I did not clearly authorize the repair. Despite that, I was told the work had been done. When I questioned it, I was told I had given verbal approval, which I disputed. I was not willing to pay 700 plus dollars for this repair when I knew It was not worth that. I told them to go ahead and remove the part they replaced and give me back the original piece. This ended in a heated conversation over the phone. When I went to pick my car up, I asked questions about what was done and tried to get clarification, I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and I was not allowed to speak with the technician who worked on my vehicle. They refused all communication and I was asked to leave. After leaving, I noticed serious issues related to the coolant system. My coolant reservoir was completely empty, my heat would only work while driving and not at idle, my coolant temperature reached 258°F while driving, and I found what appeared to be a loose hose/coolant residue and a damaged or broken-looking cap/part near the reservoir area. I am including photos of what I found. Regardless of the disagreement about authorization, my biggest concern is that my vehicle did not appear to be returned to me in a safe or properly completed condition. I paid for the diagnostic, but I left feeling extremely uncomfortable with the lack of communication, the lack of clear answers, and the condition of the vehicle afterward. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking for detailed documentation, and carefully checking your vehicle before leaving this shop. Or avoid this place at all cost!!!!!
