Why You Should Consider Neighborhood Autos for Your Next Car…read moreIn July, I was in the market for a new car. After doing extensive research and reading reviews, I decided to check out Neighborhood Autos. I browsed their inventory for weeks until I found the perfect car for me--a 2020 Cadillac XT5. I was contacted by Jaime, a salesman who made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Getting approved was simple, and the dealership visit was quick--just about two hours, a much better experience compared to traditional banks. Jaime was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. I drove away with my dream car at a great price, with a reasonable note and terms. Fast forward two months, my engine light came on. I wasn't too worried because the car came with a five-year warranty. Unfortunately, I found out the repairs--a knock sensor and catalytic converter--weren't covered. I was devastated. When I reached out to the warranty department and the dealership, I initially felt unheard, even after speaking with Matt, the GM. Frustrated, I submitted a complaint and was contacted by Stephen, who genuinely listened to my concerns. Stephen took my case seriously, involving Matt and Clint (the service manager) to find a solution. I learned there was no shop in Texas with the parts I needed for the repair.(feelings shattered again) Stephen personally ensured me my issues would be resolved, and within two weeks, I was approved for an early trade-in. Last Saturday, I returned to the dealership and selected another car--a 2018 Cadillac XT5--which I love even more than the first one. What truly stood out was not just the car, but the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make things right,(where they do that at?) and I've never felt so valued as a customer in my life!. If you're in the market for a car and looking for impeccable service, I highly recommend Neighborhood Autos!

Our favorite car salesman, Randy, moved over here from another spot in Haltom City, so when we…read moreneeded a car on short notice, we looked him up. Not only did we get a great deal on a little truck with very low mileage, but we got excellent service and a 2-year warranty. So...this is where the story takes a turn. Last week, my truck would not start. I had roadside, so I called to have it towed. It was too far away to get it towed to James Wood, so I took it to a repair shop local to me. The initial claim on the warranty was denied. I called the warranty company & got a run around. Said run-around included being told that if my mechanic had lied to them, they could have covered the claim. That is when I picked up the phone to call the dealership. Bob answered the phone & listened while I explained my frustration with the warranty people. He said he needed to make a call. Less than an hour later, he called me back to let me know that they made sure the warranty would be covered. I'm sure that is not always going to be the case, but I feel like they honored their reputation and took care of a customer...rather than allowing a pencil-pusher to deny a claim on a minor technicality.
