I am in the middle of finding out who did the inspection because I will be turning them in for falsify records. So many promises made; however, they were just lies to move you along. I bought a BMW from this "dealership" and as soon as I got it home, airbag lights, seatbelt lights, check engine light and front headlight malfunction lights all came on. The hard shell convertible top is even leaking! The owner promised to fix it; however, it was a lie. Car Experts Groups is a total sham and they scam people intentionally. I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....

They went way over the budget we had discussed, and they were very slow to respond to any correspondence. The car agreed to buy was to be in complete "like new" working order. The AC did not work in the heat of August. Sidco requested we return the car for repair which we did, but then after driving all the way to Forth Worth where they are located from down town Dallas, Sidco wanted to keep our already purchased vehicle for an extended amount of time without providing a loaner car. (again, they advertised the car to be in like new condition, but the vehicle we purchased from them was not. They should have provided an alternate vehicle while the one we had just purchased was getting repaired) What Sidco Auto says they provide, is not what they delivered. It has been awful! We did not get the exact model discussed, AC did not work, they went way over our budget which our lender would not cover. Now they will not pay for our out of pocket expenses on the repair of our AC. If you are not an expert in used cars, or auctions yourself, just stick with Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports and go to a reputable name brand dealer.

Don't Buy A Car From These Crooks! There needs to be a "zero…read morestar" choice. I was looking to buy a used Ford F-150 truck, and Double R Cars had a nice one on their website. The truck was clean and only had about 82,000 miles on it. Issac sent me many pics of this truck and we negotiated a deal over the phone. I got the truck late on a Friday and drove it to work on Monday morning. I noticed right away that there is a hard shift (automatic transmission) from third to fourth gear. Did their mechanic drive the truck? did Isaac drive the truck? This is a huge and expensive red flag. This truck came from an auto auction, so I'm guessing that they couldn't drive the truck before they bought it. The odds are that the transmission needs to be rebuilt. Goodbye to at least $3,000. On the way home from work the check engine light came on. Yes, I'm an idiot for buying this truck without driving it and trusting these "Yes, my friend" used car salesmen. The check engine light is for an emissions problem on the passenger side. This means a catalytic converter. $1,000 to $8,000 depending on your vehicle. Hypothetically, If the truck was checked out by their mechanic, he would use a OBDII computer to check the different systems of the vehicle. If the truck had a check engine light for an emissions fault, it would be simple for a mechanic to delete this check engine light (hypothetically.) I texted Issac about this and I got no response. So, now I'm stuck with this truck and putting maybe, $5000 on my credit card to get it fixed (until the next check engine light comes on.)

MINIs are built to last, and many owners take pride in maintaining their cars well beyond that mark. To be turned away simply because of the age of the car -- at an authorized dealership -- shows a lack of commitment to loyal customers and the brand's community. A car's age should not disqualify it from proper service, especially when MINI promotes durability and long-term ownership. MINI USA needs to take responsibility for this policy and ensure that all MINI owners -- regardless of model year -- can count on the dealership network for support.

After signing paperwork, I reviewed the full Carfax and discovered the car actually had 5 owners, had been used commercially, imported from Canada, and had 2 accident reports -- none of which were disclosed during the sale or in the ad. When I brought this to the dealership's attention and asked for my $1,000 deposit back, they refused -- even though I had not taken delivery and the deal was made under false pretenses. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV Dealer Enforcement Division. I'm also working with my bank to recover the deposit. Be very careful -- double-check everything and get the full Carfax before signing anything.
