The day I said I'd had enough, his position was still that I could go to the DMV myself or wait another three weeks. Dismissive from start to finish. On 8/27 I showed up in person with the lender's paid-in-full letter. Only then did they hand over my check -- dated 7/27, two days after the sale. It existed nearly the whole time they were telling me they couldn't pay. The car had already been resold. (Keep-or-cut sentence:) Nothing in the bill of sale I signed conditions payment on the title. If you sell them your car, demand a payment date in writing. Every date above is documented.

This place is run by the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, dishonest, downright trifling people I've ever dealt with. Their customer service completely disappears the second they take your money. I bought a vehicle from them that had multiple issues they flat-out lied about. I ended up having to return the car to them so they could "fix" it, and they kept it for TWO weeks with no updates, no communication, and no willingness to answer a single call or message. After a full week of leaving me without a car, they finally gave me a loaner, if you can even call it that. It was the most disgusting, dirty, beat-up lemon imaginable. It got so bad I actually had to get the police involved just to get any kind of movement from NTX. And after all that? They still didn't fix my car. I had to take it to Audi for a real diagnosis, and when Audi contacted them for approval to fix their mess, NTX ignored them too and kept giving everyone the runaround. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly hurt after putting my hard-earned money into this business, only to end up pouring thousands more into repairs they should have handled from the start. My sales rep told his manager or whoever that guy was and he basically blew him off and was like "it's a new tire we can fill it up but that's it we aren't going to put a new tire on the car" , but once I got approved for it, I told him I needed that tire changed because I don't want to have to pay for a brand new tire as soon as I leave this lot and so the manager himself went and took a look at it and discovered that there was a broken valve to the tire meaning it's constantly leaking air so I say all this to say that this is just an assumption, but it definitely seemed like once that was required in order for the sale to be done by me He wanted to jeopardize it. Long story short I left out of there with no vehicle and also having words with the manager because he was very defensive and unprofessional because I'm a woman who knows what I'm talking about. Just use your discernment with this place. And if you're a female, I do recommend going in there with a male because they will try you and talk to you inhumanly.

I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

You can save you money if you go to Seeon Auto. Seeon Auto is very "honest" to their customer. If a customer does not need any service (fixing any part you wonder), they check up and say honestly that you can fix next time, not immediately. I experienced fixed my accident (both of front and rear side) car one time and did car maintenance a few times. They contact my insurance company and did all process. I was very comfortable and trust them. The waiting room is very clean and cute design figures with coffee and tea. Especially, 2-3 iphone and android charger lines. If you don't bring your cell phone charger, don't worry. You can use it free with coffee. Would you like to compare to Korean coffee and Americano coffee? Try it there :) They have both.
