I was given a price over the phone and only brought my car in because of that quote. Days later they came back with a repair estimate so outrageous I declined the work on the spot. Then, to add insult to injury, they charged me a "diagnostic fee" THREE TIMES the price I was quoted going in. This is textbook bait-and-switch -- quote a low number to get the car in the door, then gouge the customer once it's on the lift. Zero integrity, zero transparency, and zero respect for their customers' time and money. Do not trust anything this service department tells you over the phone, because it means nothing once your car is in their shop. I will never bring another vehicle here, and I'm warning everyone I know to steer clear.

After signing paperwork, I reviewed the full Carfax and discovered the car actually had 5 owners, had been used commercially, imported from Canada, and had 2 accident reports -- none of which were disclosed during the sale or in the ad. When I brought this to the dealership's attention and asked for my $1,000 deposit back, they refused -- even though I had not taken delivery and the deal was made under false pretenses. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV Dealer Enforcement Division. I'm also working with my bank to recover the deposit. Be very careful -- double-check everything and get the full Carfax before signing anything.
