There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

When I brought this to the dealership's attention and asked for my $1,000 deposit back, they refused -- even though I had not taken delivery and the deal was made under false pretenses. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV Dealer Enforcement Division. I'm also working with my bank to recover the deposit. Be very careful -- double-check everything and get the full Carfax before signing anything.
