We had to get approval from the HOA to have this done. DC provided all the documentation we needed, including pictures, and a link for the HOA to ask questions. We asked for a Fri/Sat for the project and they accommodated us. However, the work was pretty much completed on Friday. However, the next day it snowed and the temp dropped below freezing. The DC crew came out and placed warming blankets on top of the driveway. Then they picked them up and placed stakes and caution tape around the driveway to keep people and cars off of it. I was worried about the freezing and snow we had gotten, but Lee assured us that if the driveway should be compromised in any way, he would take care of it. The blankets they put on it left marks, but after a couple of weeks, the crew came out to "finish" the driveway, smoothing out those marks. We were able to walk on the driveway after a week or so, I believe. And now we are parking on it. It did take all of 4 weeks to get to that point, but the driveway looks great, we are no longer worried that someone will trip over the crack, and I'm sure this will help the value of our home. Lee and his crew are great to work with and alleviated all our concerns. As to the cost, we have no idea what cement work costs so we are not able to give an opinion on that matter. We wanted someone who knows what they're doing and are easy to work with, and we found them.

I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

My husband found this company on-line and saw all the great reviews. We had gone with a different company before and were not happy with the results so we decided to try a different company and I am so glad that we did! The owner, Dave is very friendly and honest and did a fantastic job. We have 3 pets and two kids so our carpet gets a ton of use. Dave does a thorough walk through measuring square footage and looking over "problem spots" before he even begins. He tells you the total cost before he even gets started so you know exactly what to expect. Our carpet looks incredible! We are so pleased. The prices are very fair and we are planning on calling Dave to do some stretching and repair work on our stairs. If you're looking for exceptional service, this is the place. Dave is a perfectionist and it shows. I, along with others, don't always write about service but when it's outstanding, I will. Dave told me about the different cleaning apparatus's he has and how they all serve a unique function. I didn't know that the cleaner had different levels of suction and has to be adjusted. He is VERY knowledgeable about the different types of fabric and what cleaning product can and can't be used. I'm usually a penny pincher and will go with any company that has a coupon. I promise I don't know this guy personally, but I am about to leave a review so good you might think he is a friend. I have lived all over the country and always had messy pets, messy children, and a messy husband. I have had so many carpet cleaners in my life, doing everything from oriental rugs, to tattered carpet, to furniture, etc. This man is the most thorough, hands down. He has amazing prices. He even did a little extra because he saw that I needed it. Beyond that, I should tell you that I am a total introvert and I hate having people in my house. Recently had a problem with a yellow highlighter stain on a beige carpet. It was a tough stain to remove and no matter what cleaning method I tried the stain would not budge. It looked as if it would be necessary to cut out the piece of carpet and replace it. However, thanks to Yelp I found Dave at 1st Place Carpet Cleaning. We needed to get some pet stains out of carpet that wouldn't come out with the over the counter rug doctor solution that we used. James and his team were able to get us on their schedule quickly. He was very communicative via text messaging to answer any questions as well. The job took around 1.5 hours for two rooms with the pet cleaning solution included.
