They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.

I wasn't properly informed about what they were doing or how much it was going to cost until after the fact. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels dishonest. At no point did I feel like a valued customer--just someone they could keep bringing back without actually fixing the problem. I've wasted time, money, and energy, and I'm left with the same issue I started with. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks transparency.
