I have been feeling sick and come to find out there is mold. The apartment flooded and no one answered calls. I called 5x to the hotline, text manager with pics 2x no reply until 130pm the next day to tell me the city was coming out and that was a lie. Nothing was done. I was told a plumber will be out tomorrow but tomorrow is New Years Eve so sure that's a lie as well...The water is off in the building because if anyone uses it it floods my place. They have no sense of urgency with tenets. They do not respond to emails or calls. There is an emergency number for weekends for no reason because no one will come . You figure If I call saying my place is flooded that's an emergency....no you call the nxt day at 130pm. WTF! Bet they call when that rent don't hit....or try to evict after the city inspector gets here....I here if you tell on them they want you gone....

Horrible Property management company. They will not fix anything. You will be waiting for months…read moremaybe over a year for them to fix anything. The front desk secretary, Iris, extremely rude. If you call for any maintenance or follow up. She'll just respond, No update. That's all she has to say and she doesn't know anything or care. We have been waiting for almost a year to have our building dryer fixed. My neighbor has been waiting for over 2 months for her sink and bathtub to be fixed. This building has children living here and they do not care. Iris will not even give you a time frame of when someone will get back to you or fix anything. Very rude and they do not care about children's safety in this building.
