Well let me start by saying that Katz is not, but what I like is the great customer service and they have great food selections. I have not tried anything i didn't like. I believe this deli is one of the best in the entire casino. What they do need and don't have is a pizza location, brick oven maybe just for variety. 1st st. Deli keep up the great work!!! read more

We were at the Casino 3/24/2026 and ate at 1st Street Deli. It was a great experience. The food was outstanding. The staff was efficient and friendly. They were very busy that day but we got our food in a timely manner. It was nice to take a break from the slot machines and enjoy a nice lunch. read more

I'm a regular guest at either Immokalee or the Hollywood location of the seminole casino. The hotel is very generous with comps if you play table games or slots. I was there last week and the food was fine as well as the ambience. The wait staff is always pleasant., This past visit was as disappointing. Nothing to do with the employees or the food but it appears they don't have the staff available to take care of the customers. About 25 percent of the place had empty tables because they didn't appear to have enough staff to handle the customers. Each time we went for lunch even later than lunch time we had to take a pager and wait 20-30 minutes to just get a seat. I hope they recruit an additional wait staff soon. read more

1st Street Deli - is not an ordinary deli. It is located inside the Seminole Immokalee Casino. Due to its proximity it is a convenient place for a quick bit before or after your action at the slot machines or the table. The ambiance reminds me a little of New York Deli and New York price. Of course it is slightly more expensive. After all, this is a casino business! I have the Corned Beef and Pastrami on Rye. The meat here is always on lean side as preferred by my wife. For me, I put a generous portion of Beaver's Deli mustard to rejuvenate the moistness and at the same time with a mouthful of Cole slaw or potato salad. Today, no Dr. Brown's cream soda but just a sweet tea. This works well for me and hit the spot. Wife ordered an 8 Oz burger and munched on her French Fries. Today, she is in joyous mode because she is positive in her slot machine action while I suffered a small lose. Oh well, "A small lose is a big win!" This is a great place for a quick bite before hitting the slots! It is a bit expensive but that's to be expected at a casino hotel. My boyfriend and I shared The Midtown Reuben which had corned beef & pastrami. It was HUGE and more than enough for two people. Marie our server really made this a three star. It was going to be a one star review. We were seated and handed menus. No one came to the table to get us a drink or pour some water nothing. I set my menu down and asked Mrs. K. to set her menu down so if the server was waiting for us to make a choice she could clearly see we were ready. Nope. As I looked around and was getting ready to leave Marie came up and said she saw me looking around and would serve us. Telling us she did not know where the server went. Ok I looked at the menu and was stunned and I mean stunned at the prices. $18. for a pastrami sandwich. My first thought was am I in New York? So the sandwich comes and the pastrami was a dry as a popcorn fart in the desert. I know lean meat is in but dang pastrami needs a little marbling to have some taste and moistness. This is our 2nd time having a bite to eat here. This place is fantastic. A little small, but that adds to the atmosphere. First off, this is just like eating in a NY/NJ deli. The sandwiches are huge and delicious. The potato latkas are fantastic as was the Cuban panini. Marcos, our server, was very attentive to any of our needs. As long as you don't mind the smell of Casino cigarette smoke (I suggest you sit in the back of the Deli to avoid the smoke)! Check your to-go bag before you leave. I visited today at noon. Along with the sandwich, we ordered one slice of cheesecake and one slice of carrot cake. Why didn't I snap a photo of the SAD carrot cake? Because I'm a boomer not a millennial. Suffice to say, this slice was thin and looked as if someone had already taken a bite. "Really?", I said to the cashier. "Oh they all look like that", she replies. "Well I'm not paying $8 for this, please give me another slice of cheesecake." She calls the manager over as if I am the problem. He takes off to the back with her and after waiting for what seemed like forever, he comes back with a nice looking slice of cheesecake. No apology, nothing. For the prices they charge, they should be ashamed. A real NY deli would never serve a slice of cake like that looked like that. read more

WOW. Coming from someone that has been in the customer service industry for more than six years, and in management for four, the customer service from the management I experienced this evening was beyond appalling. To be honest, ever since the casino closed down the main dining hall, the food quality has suffered tremendously, and unfortunately, this evening was no exception. We started with the potato latkes, which were amazing. However, when the entrees were delivered, they were not only of sub-par temperatures. My mother-in-law ordered the roast beef sandwich, which was served on stale bread and along side potato salad that was overly dressed with mayonnaise and lacking serious flavor. I ordered the patty melt, which to my surprise, which contained cheese that was not melted whatsoever. The bread was not toasted and the patty they placed in between the bread was of that which belonged to a cheeseburger. When we attempted to explain our discontent with the manager, John, he proceeded to crudely tell us, "You either eat, or you pay for it for ladies". Then, he swept our plates from beneath us and proceeded to asked me, "What do you expect from a patty melt?". Maybe the best deli sandwiches in Collier County though it is a far drive from Naples. I had the combo pastrami/corn beef. Lots to eat and I could barely finish it. Cole slaw served with it was tangy and delicious. Plate of pickles served upon request. Also had the matzo ball soup which was excellent. Matzo balls were light and fluffy. Prices very reasonable and server was also very good. Lots of great menu items that I wish to try in future visits. We requested a seat near the back as far from the casino floor as possible as the whole casino stank of cigarette smoke. I was only in the casino for 45 minutes, including the nice meal here, because the smoke was very bad so we did not gamble. Better air quality should be a goal of this casino. read more

My guests and I were here for dinner 6/24/18 and have been here many times before. This was the first time in years we had a pleasant, helpful and efficient waitress (Carolyn)! We knew which menu items were decent. We had french fries, 1/2 cup of soup with 1/2 sandwich, a small Caesar salad, a mushroom Swiss burger (with fries) and a second 1/2 cup of soup with 1/2 sandwich. Note we substituted a side salad for the soup in both of those orders. The food was as expected, no surprises. The complimentary pickles and pepper plate was okay. I don't know why all the pickles are dill. No sweet pickles. We'll go back to the casino so will return to the 1st Street Deli. After all, Immokalee isn't the kind of small town you'd want to walk around. The 3 casino restaurants are the only game in town. read more
