Cute shop! The sandwiches were great -- Italian and Caprese and they were able to customize. Cannoli was pretty good, but the coffee unfortunately was not (would suggest going somewhere else for that). Wanted a good sandwich , Found this place on a whim and boy was I not disappointed . I had the Italian and added mortadella to it, it was honestly the best sandwich I've had. I was in the mood for a good sandwich so after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. This little gem is located on the other side of a strip/warehouse mall. A little hard to find but don't give up. It's worth it. I ordered the caprese sandwich which came on a thin crispy focaccia bread, the perfect amount of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto. It's cut in half and I could only finish half. Ate the other for dinner. It was mouthwatering! I also ordered the pizza which was also crispy and delicious. Lastly, I ordered a cannoli. It was the perfect ending to my perfect lunch. Pansardo is actually a small shop featuring Italian goods and wines. They also serve wonderful Italian sandwiches on focaccia bread. The service was excellent as the owner talk to us for a bit and gave us some history on the store. We got the meatball sandwich and the Italian sandwich as well as a cannoli. All three were excellent and I would highly recommend stopping by here. It's in a business park and also near an excellent craft brewery if you want to stop and get a cold beer. In addition to the shop and the sandwiches they also host wine dinners on occasion. read more

As many others have said, this Italian deli is a hidden gem owned by a Sardinian family. It carries imported Italian meats, cheeses, pastas, wines, and desserts The best thing about it is the wonderful sandwiches and pizzas made with excellent ingredients for take out and very limited dine-in experiences. I've been here 3 times - all off season - so I don't know how easy it would be to dine in during season. I can personally attest to the outstanding quality of the caprese and meatball sandwiches, and the prosciutto/arugala pizza. My GF gives thumbs up to the cheese pizza. I think the owner is Sebastian, a very nice and friendly young man who seems very knowledgeable about food and wine. We also indulged in a couple of pistachio-filled pasticciotti crème-filled pastries, and they were tasty! Sebastiano took great care of us, even while working solo. On thin perfectly toasted focaccia meat was sliced fresh and topped savory cheese. Sandwiches are large and filling despite looking so delicate. What an amazing find on our travels! As others mentioned located tucked away in plaza but drive around the plaza and you'll spot it. Staff was friendly and inviting. It was difficult to find, but very much worth the effort. This small Italian products business makes delicious amazing sandwiches, and an extremely legit, Italian cappuccino. We ordered two sandwiches with the intent of sharing so we could try them both. One was the Sardinian, ham and cheese made with prosciutto. Cotto, and the other was a Bonita, made with mortadella. Neither of us is a fan of arugula, so we asked to substitute lettuce. The young lady was extremely accommodating and took great care and preparing our meal. They bring all the products over from Sardinia , so nothing is GMO absolutely a lovely experience. We would highly recommend this new business. read more
