I have not lived in a city with good delis since 1986. Anytime I find one in my travels, I become euphoric. Larry's Lunchbox Delicatessen North is one such place. (They have another location which I assume is the same but I never got there-just went back here several times). Larry's is a small storefront in a busy strip shopping center. Seating is both inside and outside. You simply order and pay at the counter and they bring you your food. Really nice people run this place. I ordered a corned beef sandwich on rye. (I have given up ordering these at home because I'm always disappointed) Simply put, I cannot remember having a sandwich this good in a long time. Corned beef was warm and lean and the rye was soft but firm enough to support a massive portion of meat. I savored every bite. The corned beef was so outstanding, I bought a pound for a friend we were visiting (instead of a bottle of wine). My wife enjoyed her grill cheese and tomato sandwich with a bowl of matzo ball soup. We also split an order of potato latkes. Locals are so fortunate to be able to come here whenever they want. We have to squeeze our visits in during our month in Naples. Something to look forward to for next year!

Came here on a recommendation from my daughter's friend. Not sure it's always like this, but they seemed a little understaffed as the woman taking orders and bagging was also the waitress for 12 tables. She handled it well, but they were pretty busy. Ordered a Turkey and American, a Turkey and cheddar, a roast beef and provolone and Marci's Main Mover (a Turkey sloppy joe for those in the know) and two small bags of chips. The order was pricey, but I didn't realize they were pretty stacked sandwiches until after I ordered and saw people taking half their sandwiches to go. The sandwiches were good, though wifey and my daughter didn't like the roll-more like a potato roll than a Kaiser roll. I also had no idea my sandwich was going to be grilled...it was good, but I was thrown off. Anyway, this place looks like it's a favorite of the locals, so you aren't really gonna go wrong (again, just be aware that it's a bit pricey.

Best deli in Naples. My favorite sandwich is the turkey with coleslaw, Swiss cheese, thousand island dressing on rye bread.

The menu offered plenty of choices, so it took us a while to decide. We ordered a full rack of ribs, Florida Cobb salad, bone-in pork chop, grilled fish special, and other entrées. Each meal came with sides such as smashed sweet potatoes, crock pot beans, and steamed broccoli. The portions were generous, and everything was flavorful. The only disappointment was with my bone-in pork chop. Somehow, my order never made it to the kitchen. Once the mistake was discovered, the kitchen prepared it quickly, and it arrived exactly five minutes later. Unfortunately, it was raw in the center. I was told that the pork chop is normally served slightly pink, but this was clearly undercooked. I wish I had taken a photo. The kitchen promptly took it back and returned it properly cooked. Despite this mishap, the staff handled the situation professionally, and the overall service was good. The food was delicious, the portions were excellent, and I would consider returning, hoping this was just an isolated kitchen error.

Pretty good burger. For those who like to drink under a thatched roof outside, there is a tikki hut. The establishment's motif is all over the map. Our server was also the bartender (Jordan) who was extremely welcoming and super friendly. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us the rundown about the menu and some of the local favorites. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! We also tried a few of the signature cocktails, which to my surprise came in tiki glasses! I absolutely love when a drink comes in fun glassware! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! I don't think that we would've been able to do this during peak season so if you're looking to bring a large group, definitely go off - season! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting. They're a bit tucked away inside of a private resort, but since they're open till the public, they do have appropriate signage for the location and it's pretty easy to find. Overall, both dining experiences were absolutely wonderful and I beyond recommend visiting Hogfish Harry's if you're ever in the Naples area. 10/10 recommend!
