They offered me the kind of personal care, attention and genuine concrete help that even the most prestigious banking client would be happy to pay for. Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. A follow-up complaint to a manager produced no result. This combination of sloppy work and miserable customer service has caused me mainly great frustration, but for others it could be financially costly.

It feels good when you get treated with respect and professionalism. Parking is great as there are assigned parking spaces for the bank, however there are always PEOPLE BEHAVING BADLY and parking can be difficult during peak hours, but it should be considered as this is downtown and there are so many restaurants around. If there was one change I would recommend having an extension on the awning for the ATM as there is a glare in the afternoon.
