More than a locals pool hall, this is family. Did you have a house on your street when growing up who's garage door was always open? The simple gesture invites the neighbors to come in, have a cold one, maybe shoot some pool or play some cards. The husband and wife were fun and accommodating and welcomed all the families in as if they were their own. If you did then you get it and if you didn't, we'll, welcome to 2 Crazy Guys. This is that place! Open and airy you'll get the feel of friends and family because that's exactly who's there. This is a locals spot but even as an outsider I was welcomed in with smiles and open arms. Seriously it felt that way. With a hand full of hourly pool tables this hall can get busy but don't let that detour you. There's a private room with another table and a dinning area if you're just eating. A long bar and plenty of staff moving about to fetch your next drink or ring in an order for delicious street tacos (try the brisket $3.75) or a tasty burger. The pool tables are clean and the house cues are straight. There's nothing fancy here but everything you need. One note on the popularity and busyness, 2CG hosts a pool league on Wednesday as of this writing, so you may want to call ahead to check on availability. People seem to love hanging out here after work and I can see why. Rack 'em up!

Hands down, THE BEST street tacos I have had in the DFW area in a while. The nachos were good too. Who would have thought a pool hall bar could have such quality food. We will definitely be back for the tacos. I highly recommend that the next time you want street tacos to stop by this place. SO GOOD!

    Paloma! Delicious!!!

This bar sucks. Over priced drinks, not much selection, dirty as hell, and rude staff. Don't waste your time here

Gnats around bar area, weird smell, dirty bathrooms. Pizza was ok, staff wasn't rude, didn't seem like they cared though.

You have to seat yourself - there were enough vacant tables to pick from. Within a few minutes, our server was over and helped us narrow down on what we wanted to order. I went for a Crushed Velvet Mule in addition to Cali, Buffalo (both grilled versions) and Burg B Q. We told our server that between me and my wife, we will be sharing the chicken sandwich and hence requested that it be sliced into 2. Not only were the burgers sliced, it was served in separate plates with sides as well - that was a really nice touch. Cali was a bit bland, Buffalo and Burg B Q were both really nice. The drink was nice as well. There was live music but we were seated near a table that was pretty boisterous, could hardly hear anything. The outdoor seating overlooking greenery and events they do at the restaurant make the place quite different - we will definitely be back soon to try other options on the menu.

I came here on a Saturday right before one of the hockey games. When I ordered my food it wasn't busy yet. We came in and got a seat. A server came by and handed me a menu and then I went to the bar and ordered my food. The food took an out 15 minutes. I ordered Nachos and Funnel Cake fries. My nacho chips were stale, the chili wasn't plentiful, and the flavor wasn't the best for me. I couldn't do anything about it because nobody checked in to see how my order was. I didn't finish this and it went in the trash. My funnel Cake fries were just okay; nothing to write home about. I had ordered fountain drinks, and when I went to the bar for a refill, the wait was long. However, by this time, the game had ended, and it was crowded. I won't be back and would say read the reviews before you spend your money and time. My experience here wasn't recommendable

I ate the Asian barbecue chicken sandwich and it was phenomenal. The breading was great, the sauce was delicious, and the contents complimented each other nicely. Another member of my group ate the fish and chips, also complimenting the breading. I would advise getting a fried dish here as it was delicious. The ambience was average bar type decor. So, we thought - why not, it's close- let's go and see if we like it better this time. Let's start with the positives. We arrived shortly after 5pm and the place was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The server was friendly and immediately took our drink orders. She was attentive and service was fast. No complaints with her service at all. It seemed pretty chill and low key. A few people trickled in but nothing crazy for a Saturday night. We ordered the pretzel appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised. The color of the pretzel had me fooled. It was pretty dark in color which usually indicates overdone and hard so when it was amazingly soft inside - wow! So good! We loved the mustard and cheese sauce that came with it. My husband and son ordered a burger and said they were tasty, my other son ordered the chicken strips and said they were good. Negative for the meal, I ordered the blackened cod tacos and subbed the chips and salsa for the Gilroy Garlic Fries. I was very excited for the garlic fries since we are originally from that area and are very knowledgeable about the famous Gilroy Garlic Festival and all things Garlic. Here's where this dish wasn't exciting - the tacos were pretty bland. I took the coleslaw from my son's chicken tenders to try and add more flavor and make the taco more palatable. I only ate 1 of the 2 because there really was just zero flavor. The fries were probably an even greater disappointment. In the center, was a very small amount of cheese and maybe garlic? It had virtually zero garlic taste - I was searching for it. It was a sad version of garlic fries. I would not order that again unless they were improved upon. I went back and forth on 3 stars versus 4 stars because while service was great and fast, I can't confidently say I'd recommend it to someone. I may say it's a great place to chill for a beer and an appetizer but definitely NOT a meal. I think if your expectations are to stick with the appetizer list then you're probably going to like it. They have a large beer selection and plenty of screens for your favorite games.

Went there tonight, meeting teammates for a going away dinner. Apparently they won't seat you until everyone in your party arrives. Something I have always found lame, especially if most of your party is there. We were missing one person of 8 and they wouldn't seat us. Then everyone arrived and we were seated. I generally like to start with a drink so I went to the bar, which wasn't busy, and was told since we already had a table I could no longer order at the bar. I have never heard of any other place ever imposing such a rule. I didn't want to wait for my server but the lady at the bar quite rudely kept telling me 'that's company policy'. I had my debit card out and would've either kept tab open or closed it but the wouldn't even take my order. I ended up going back to my table drinkless and finally after a long wait got my drink order in, which was terrible. I ordered the simplest drink to make, a vodka tonic. Not sure how they messed that up but they did. Tonic water was low and seemed like it was cut with water. Couldn't taste the vodka and I had ordered it with Tito's but it could've very well been Smirnoff or Russian Standard because I couldn't taste it. Then there's the automatic 20% gratuity because of our party size. That I know they are not alone in doing but not everyone does that. I won't name names here but within a quarter mile there are at least 4 other places that do not have auto gratuity. Probably won't be coming back here. Like I said, their burger was decent, but I can get the same quality burger most anywhere else and better service.
