Their…read moreprofessionalism, attention to detail, and kindness are absolutely unmatched for the price you'll pay. From the moment we contacted them, Katelyn and Nikki were on top of the wedding. Not only did they break down pricing and offer suggestions to save money, they were incredibly accommodating for everything we requested! We were on a very short timeframe due to immigration visa requirements and the ladies at the Iroquois helped us navigate all the hurdles with ease. On the day of the wedding, Katelyn had things in motion for us before I even arrived. She could tell I was nervous and anxious and stepped up to help make decisions and get things into place - even taking over to allow me to go get ready! When I arrived, I stepped into a well-oiled machine. We had several staff members waiting to sneak me inside, and who stayed with us to assure things were taken care of. All I had to do was stand there, walk, and say some vows! They handled everything for us, things I hadn't even thought about, so flawlessly there was not a single bump the entire evening. The staff cannot be commended enough for their work. We had one woman with us all night who continuously checked in with me, updated me on any issues, and reassured me when I was worried something had gone wrong! My guests told me over and over again they felt like royalty the way they were treated, and many said they'd never been to a wedding to high-end and fancy! For the low price we paid, it was an amazing compliment! It really felt like we'd shelled out 10k minimum, and we barely hit half that! The open bar was an incredible bargain and the bartender was SO sweet! At the end of the night she asked my husband and I if she could make us the last drinks before closing up, which was so kind as we'd barely been by and she noticed. They attentiveness cannot be overstated, as literally every single thing was handled with a gracious, gloved hand. The real highlight for us though was the fact the staff managed to sneak in some photos at the Photo Booth we had, AND leave us a special note in our guest book. It may have seemed simple to them, but seeing their genuine kindness and support of our marriage really touched us (and was what finally brought me to tears lol!), it's something we'll treasure for years to come. There isn't anything we could think of that would make the night any better. It was perfect, and it was all thanks to The Iroquois Club!

So it was a very last-minute plan job to relocate the Coach Kampe's radio show to here instead. The set up of the radio show was great, and there was plenty of seating throughout. Parking was not bad and the lobby of the hotel was modern and updated. The restaurant was easy to find. Inside the restaurant has swanky/modern vibes. Lots of booths along with a large bar. The place did seem a little rundown in areas. But the booths were in good shape along with the tables. Service was not great in the beginning. There was one server and one bartender when we got there. We sat at our table for at least 20 to 30 minutes without anyone ever coming by our table. Which wasn't the greatest when you're trying to entertain an almost 2-year-old. There had to be at least 40+ people dining at the restaurant. My husband tried to order at the bar and we were turned away and said a server would be at our table. Noticed eventually that one of the cooks came out to start taking orders, and another person showed up to help. Once our server came to us, she apologized for the wait and everything from thereafter was great. The menu has a little bit of everything. Some small plates and main entrées. Our appetizers came out in about 15 minutes. Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, meatball, and crabcakes. Everything was absolutely delicious! My only complaint was the crabcake should've been served with a lemon wedge. The crabcakes were crunchy on the outside and really packed with crab rather than being overly packed with filler and breadcrumbs. The sauce was delicious. The meatball was one big meatball, which had great flavor. The very inside did seem a little undercooked though. The bread with the meatballs was OK. It just tasted like hamburger buns that were toasted. The marinara sauce was good though. The spinach and artichoke dip was creamy and hot. We also ordered a burger and salmon dinner. The fries were absolutely delicious. Had a good crunch on them and they were crispy. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Thankfully, the bill came out pretty quick and we were able to get on our way. Overall, really impressed with the hotel restaurant. I know these places can have a hit or miss reputation. We definitely come back!

The mattresses were Awful. We could feel the springs. We had to change beds in the middle of the night... the second bed was just as bad. The metal frame was sticking through and the mattresses on both beds were collapsed. The room smelled. For over $200 a night... WASTE OF MONEY. We should have gone to the hotel across the street. When we went to the desk- they were completely unapologetic and unaccommodating. I would NOT stay here again, rethinking the whole chain. Terrible customer service... and yes... I am exhausted after not sleeping! I do not want to even give a star due to the ridiculous customer service.

This is a very nicely renovated mansion turned into a woman's club. Like a late 1800's gentleman's club, only for women. There is a locker room/workout room/nursing area, but I did not see them because I am not a woman. They have lectures and groups within the club. They have a full kitchen, and the usual food on offer seemed like you would expect at a starbucks or better. They have drinks, coffee, and wine. The wine was higher end. And they use an ordering app so members at different rooms of the club can order easily. Lots of rooms. Dining and lecture rooms, lounge and club type rooms, conference rooms. A large event room. All really nice. There are smaller serving bars on the second and third floors. Depending on age, annual membership is 600 or 1200 dollars. It looked great. Maybe it could have used more restrooms, but that is sort of reaching for something negative to say.
