Had heard great things about this one since some time and was finally able to get to it. They do a…read morevegan month special all through the month of August because the produce is fresh and flavorful at this time of the year. They had 4 different menus for each week and I happened to try their 1st and last week's menu which we loved so much. Service was excellent as they were very well versed with the variety they were serving, it was a 6-7 course tasting style. They even packed up the leftovers themselves which was very helpful. A special mention to their non alcoholic beverage pairing they were promoting with the food tasting menu. While I chose wine from the ala carte section, I saw on other tables those beverages which I would like to try next time for sure. All items were amazing, summer melon salad being my favorite that had melon, cucumbers, mint, cheese(?), coconut milk, roasted nuts and basil at the minimum that I want to recreate again

Each dish had so many layers of flavor and ingredients, and the staff took the time to explain every course, which made the experience even better. The drinks were delicious and well made, the staff was amazing, friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the food and ingredients. The atmosphere was clean and inviting and the music added a nice vibe without taking away from the experience. Even as a non-vegan, I was impressed with how tasty some of the dishes were and satisfying everything was. Definitely a great experience and a fun way to explore vegan food!

Sometimes, we have amazing waitresses that check on us all the time. They even let us extend our time because there's no one else there, and they know we'll keep buying drinks and food while we have fun. Then we sometimes get a waitress that checks on us twice in 2 hours and acts like we're inconveniencing them. Why not keep all your customers happy, check on them, let them keep having fun and spending money at your establishment? It seems like sometimes people just focus on the pickleball, but the golf simulators count too. Ambiance and music are fun, vibes are great. But better, more consistent service upstairs would be appreciated. Also, sometimes the games cut off early with no warning, and it would be nice to play your whole time or at least get a warning.

This is definitely a place you want to go with a group of people and grab some drinks. Even if you don't want to play paddleball you can easily just sit at the bar or lounge around watching a sporting event. We didn't get food on this particular occasion because we weren't hungry so the verdict is out on how good the menu items are, but I will say the prices are high.

It was a bunch of things I would never think to put together (the brisket, orzo "mac" and cheese, fried onions & molasses bbq sauce) and it was really good. My only real complaints are that they charge for bread and for salad. I guess charging for bread is becoming a thing; this is the second restaurant I've been to recently where they've done that. If their menu prices were lower, I could understand it, but with entrees at $20 - $40, I would expect at least a piece of bread and an accompanying vegetable.

It's great for a casual date or a nice meal with friends. We started with the bread board which was alright. I think they described the bread as focaccia, so I was expecting a bread with more of a crunchy crust and the classic dimples on top. However, this bread was fluffy and soft, but it was still very good. I'm not sure if I would get it again since it felt like a bread board I could put together at home. I preferred the bruschetta we got last time. For my entree, I went with the chicken parm which was very good. The chicken was coated well and the sauce was delicious. Overall, this is a great spot for Italian food in Royal Oak, and we'll be back for future date nights.

A hostess who takes your money and gives you a bracelet, automated beer, and you use your phone to order from the kitchen, they text you and you go get your food. I wondered many times how they could serve alcohol and not monitor how much people were drinking? So I asked. The host is in the front said at the end of 32 oz is your bracelet will not work and you need to come up and see me to reset it. I guess that's how they would monitor whether or not someone could get another 32 oz? I'm surprised not more places have copied their business layout. With the new generation, this would be the place to go, you barely have to speak to anyone except for the people you're with.

They have simple pricing per ounce, a self serve with wristband model, and don't accept tips. Also, there was a great variety of Michigan beer, cider, and wine to taste. It was so nice to get up and pour our own drinks throughout. The food menu was small but mighty. My group has never been disappointed by a food order here yet! My go to are the fish tacos. They were delicious and fresh. As for the sides, both the fries and chips are a knock out! To top it all off, this place has games! There was a variety of card and board games. My group ended up with Codenames; a classic. RUN don't walk to North End Taproom!!!
