Soups were served in clay pots so they stayed hot. All were delicious!! There were noodles in the soup and they were very generous with the tendon meat, which was impressive. The soups came with kimchi and rice. I loved my soup because it's not oily. Instead, the broth is silky and the tendon melts in your mouth. The white broth is the result of 22 hours of simmering until all the nutrients come out of the bone and flavor the soup. (That alone --I mean I could make it myself but all that time and effort, I'd rather come to this restaurant!) Also, the collagen is so good for your skin and hair --and the soup is truly so delicious! Keith is the owner and he made sure to check on us and see how we were enjoying the food. I mentioned that I noticed the waitress eating her lunch and it looked like Korean sweet and sour pork. I asked if that was on the menu.
