Let me start off by saying for multiple reasons and I will explain that this was by far the best…read moreexperience in purchasing a bike and worth the hour long drive to get to greater Yamaha. I had gone to 3-4 other dealers in my area and left as they were insulting, treated me like an uneducated moron, and there attitudes were crap all the way up to finance managers. I had 1st called about the last R1 and confirmed the price and is she was still available on Monday 3-12, I spoke with " BIG PETE" and right from the start there was no attitude, arrogance, answers my immediate questions and concerns, and was appreciative of the inquiry and looked forward to me coming in.I advised will be there on Saturday because of my schedule. I did call Friday just to be sure the bike was still there, she was. Saturday comes and let me just say when you pull up, this dealer looks huge (they do all types of watercraft and bikes) that you do not expect a service center in the back to be the size an airport hanger as well. The dealer is the cleanest, has largest floor space, most nicely laid out, and has plenty of inventory. I go in and ask for "BIG PETE' (by accident asked for slippery Pete but it gets a lot of laughs -so all good and he still helps me). We talk about the price of the bike and while I am there he makes me a fair offer on my bike. We still continue to negotiate and finally come to a fair amt/price for both, very easy, no pressure and fun as the guys there are really cool. I then go to the finance manager Jimmy and he is really nice, no games, goes over everything with me with all options and the deal was done. Bottom line as I know this review is long but I really wanted to convey how this dealer treated there potential buyers as the bikes sell themselves but the real challenge to see what makes a dealer separate themselves from others is how you are treated before, during, and after the process. I also met the owner and he was very down to earth and again appreciative of the business. If your looking for a bike or even a watercraft - by far I would recommend http://www.greateryamaha.com/ in West Palm Beach, it is worth the drive if it is out of your way. Scott

This dealership by far holds the title for worst dealership experience I've ever encountered…read more Please make sure you have any type of deal you make in writing or be prepared to have the price changed once you arrive. Make sure to never deal with the sales rep DAMON he is rude, has a horrible attitude and even asks for a tip because he has to "work". He told us a price and when we were halfway to the dealer that's 2 hours away changed the price..we had checks in hand and even went trough a finance with our bank. Wish the upper management and owner were aware of this disgrace of an employee they have working for them. Also please make sure to contact the better business bureau for complaints cause turns out they have plenty.

A few days later, Cody called and explained that the mechanic had been sick since Saturday. He said he would try to fit me into his own schedule, and we discussed a time that would likely work for both of us. However, before ending the call, Cody asked me to modify or delete my review. I told him that once someone actually came out and looked at the bike, I would have no problem updating the review to reflect that. At that point, he accused me of "blackmailing" the company with my review. To be clear, I never brought up the review during the call--he did. I simply said I would update it once the issue was addressed. Being accused of blackmail for wanting the problem resolved before changing my review was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. My original concern was the lack of communication after the repair. Unfortunately, this interaction only made the situation worse. I can overlook mistakes and scheduling issues, but I cannot overlook poor communication and being treated disrespectfully as a customer UPDATE: After I left my original review, I was contacted almost immediately.
