I literally just walked into the store and told them to look at their email as everything was ready and I was able to place the order right away and pay. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I contacted the dealership as a ready and willing buyer and asked for the out-the-door price. The sales manager told me it was "actually listed at $8,000" and would be "around $10,000 out the door," and called the advertised $4,077 price an "accounting error." He said they would honor the advertised price only if I came in person with a screenshot. I requested a written out-the-door price, in writing, more than once, before driving from Fort Lauderdale. The dealership never provided one. Instead the stated reason changed repeatedly: first the bike "needed a tire tube," then it "did not pass inspection and is going to auction," and finally -- after I asked them to confirm whether they were declining to sell at the advertised price -- that it was "unsafe to sell to anyone" and "usually sold for parts." A free NICB VINCheck on the VIN returned completely clean (no theft, no salvage/total-loss record). I believe this is deceptive advertising: a price was advertised that the dealer did not intend to honor, a much higher figure was quoted, no written out-the-door price was ever provided, and the vehicle was withdrawn with shifting explanations rather than sold at the advertised price. Under Florida law (Fla. Stat. 501.976), an advertised vehicle price must include all dealer fees, with only tax, tag, and title added. I am a 10-year Air Force veteran. In my line of work, if you don't have trust and transparency, you don't have a deal. West Palm Beach Harley-Davidson clearly doesn't operate by those standards. The most insulting part of this experience is the complete removal of trust. They preach about "Harley Family" and "Loyalty," but my experience proves that loyalty is a one-way street at this dealership. I bought my Low Rider S here two years ago during Veterans Week. I was a loyal customer returning to give them my business again, and instead of being treated with respect, I was treated like a mark. During that first purchase, not only did they fail to offer or apply a single military discount, but they also completely obscured the loan terms--hiding the APR and burying me in a 96-month loan while only showing me the sticker price. Last Friday was worse. They tried to lowball my trade, ignoring the national "Hero" incentives ($500 cash and $250 P&A credit), and refused to honor their own advertised "NADA Retail Trade" promotion. When I asked for a breakdown of the loan terms, Ryan was intentionally opaque, refusing to give a straight answer on whether the term was 84 or 96 months. They tried to quote me $42,000 for a Road Glide with parts--essentially trying to sell me $15,000 of "air" and hidden debt while ignoring the 2.99% APR national promo. I recently visited Palm Beach Harley for a "3-hole" fluid change and a Gold Package detail, and I am deeply disappointed in the service standards. Most concerning was the "3-hole" service. Despite this being a standard maintenance interval, the technician did not include a clutch adjustment for my M8. When I raised this, I was told it would require an additional $165 labor hour. Beyond the fact that other dealerships include this for a lower overall price, failing to check and adjust the clutch during a transmission and primary service is a significant safety oversight. Proper clutch engagement is critical for safe operation, and it should never be treated as an "optional" add-on during major fluid services. Additionally, the $265 Gold Package detail was poor for the second time in a row. I spent my own time wiping down heavy overspray from the bike's finish. After 45 years in the Harley culture, I have never encountered a dealership with such a lack of attention to detail and disregard for value. I am currently in the market for a CVO Street Glide, but after this experience, I will be taking my business to a dealership that prioritizes both mechanical safety and customer service. read more

Buyer Beware I want to share my recent experience with Palm Beach Harley Davidson so others may be aware. I visited on 11/9 and test rode a 2024 Nightster Special. Having liked the bike, I asked Eric (fit specialist) and Warren (assistant sales manager) to get me an out-the-door number. They came back with a written offer (which I have) for $9,762.76. Being early in my motorcycle search, I thanked them for their time and left to consider all my options. On Friday, 01/23, I re-engaged Eric, as the motorcycle was still on the lot. In the interim, I purchased a 2018 Harley XG500 privately, which I offered as a trade. Much to my surprise, on Monday, 01/26, I heard back with numbers. My deal was not only not honored, but my out-the-door price increased to $11,900 with my trade. So an increase of approx. $2,200 plus my trade. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed, shocked, and angry. Never in all my time buying vehicles did I have a written offer blatantly disregarded like this. I received no other information or breakdown as to how we arrived at these numbers, and honestly, at this point don't care. It goes without saying that I am not only disappointed with this practice but also consider it unethical. And as a result of these actions, I will not be doing business with this dealership. I know Palm Beach Harley Davidson doesn't care about a new rider looking to get a $10K motorcycle, and my business in their overall success means nothing, but this would have been my second motorcycle purchase in 6 months. I am certain the Nightster Special would have been upgraded at some point in the future. The only thing I can do is share my story, take my business elsewhere, and not engage with Palm Beach Harley Davidson again. I will go out of my way to visit another dealer when I am ready to purchase my next Harley. I would be willing to pay a little more if that means being treated as a valued customer. read more

To start off they dont deserve a rating there is nothing for horrible I own 2 Harleys I planned on buying my next one from PBHD . After my experience there it won't come from there I had a driver side swipe me and insisted on my bike go to PBHD well I was put on the back burner to say the least . They lied to me and said my bike was outside but under a roof . It was not it sat there in the weather for over 3 months rain sun storms and day and night . Thats right my 20 k motorcycle just setting in all weather while they ordered parts which where paid for up front before t h ey would order anything well I waited and I waited no contact from them so I called about it and just ignored told they would call back No calls vame . So I went there and had to wait over 45 mins b4 they had time to even talk to me . And again I was told my bike was under cover not outside . That was a lie . So eith no other choice because the price went up I had to call my b insurance agent . He got involved and I at least was told something about it . And a end date it would be done that was July 3rd at 5 minutes b4 they c closed I was sent a text saying it was in the wash bay and complete. They where paid up front for everything except my part 1000.00 . Great I went to pick it up paid my thousand . Without seeing my 22 fatboy . And was told it's outside key is on the seat I went out and couldn't believe my eys every bolt every nut rust everywhere that's right rust everywhere and other than wre c k damage my bike was spotless actually emackulant shape well not any more didn't even get it home 12 miles away and it's spitting fork oil all over me and the bike .yes another week they had it b4 that was fixed owe and another 628.in charges as well I have never been treat so poorly by any place as PBHD Has treated me that's my last time there I promise you and you should take warning I'm not the only unhappy customer there I know I've talked to many I can't say enough to you stay clear of PBHD unless you want treated horrible and much worse you ride treated like crap not taken care of and a rust bucket when you get it back this is a true story Sad way to run a business. read more

Just moved to West Palm Beach from Miami and what a disappointment this dealership is. Last night there was an event advertised on their website and I thought it would be a great idea to take my girl and I to go check out their bikes because I'm currently in the market for one. I've been riding Harleys my whole life. Upon arrival to the dealership I found a few people and most of them were outside in the parking lot smoking pot.. there was no music. There was no pizza and there were no drinks. I asked somebody where the event was and they told me there's Jimmy John's inside. In other words, this dealership put up advertisement for an event that didn't exist. They're obviously lacking integrity and that resulted in a lost sale and future customer. I saw a Harley Davidson bike available online on the website (2022 Sportster S, 250 miles for $12k) and I liked it, so I decided to come and check it out. When I arrived, they didn't have it available (though it was still listed on the website). They had the same model with higher mileage (1800 miles), so I asked for the price. They couldn't tell me the price for two hours, insisting that I needed to fill out a credit application first. Who does that? I've never experienced anything like that before. After I gave up and said I wasn't interested and tried to leave, they finally gave me the price: $15k. Complete joke. The same bike with lower mileage costs much less. The two people who assisted me were very rude and unprofessional. I showed them the price on their website for the same bike, and one of the assistants said, "I can't deal with this fu*ker," and just walked away. Do not come here. Dirty dealership that needs to come clean. My son bought his first bike here. He was being very conscientious about getting its first 1,000 mile service at the dealer. He was quoted a very high price. He questioned the price and then researched it at other dealers and shops which were much cheaper. He then called back again and got the same quote. He asked if his warranty would be void if it was serviced elsewhere and they responded "yes". I contacted the dealer to complain as this is a violation of the Magnusson-Moss warranty act as well as a federal consent decree in 2022 against Harley Davidson for these exact practices. Another person in the service department contacted me to argue and to lie on behalf of their coworker and claim they heard the conversation and cover for them, that they had said things about keeping your receipts "just in case" there's a warranty dispute. (Nothing like this was said). Not a good idea! These conversations may not be recorded but you shouldn't be lying unless you're prepared to perjure yourself in court. There's nothing wrong with Harley's as bikes, there's something wrong with the culture at this dealer. They are your best friend until the ink dries on the sales slip. Go somewhere else. read more

I ordered a package online to pick up at this location. They had called to say it was at the store so I told the person I would be there in 3 days to pick it up. When I got there I was sent over to parts and accessories to inquire about it. The gentleman there asked for my name and then said 'it's not here, I don't see and order for you'. I said someone called and said it was there and I showed him the order number and said this is an online order. He was so aggravated by that and went on that I should have said that in the first place and this is just a hub. They don't tell them anything, just drop stuff off. I got to say these guys are not willing to discount parts even to sell stock they have for stuff that not everyone buys. I called to buy a CVO TourPack that they did not even know they had in stock until i called and told them. I told the parts guy that i lived about 2 hours away to help out with a discount at least and that i would drive over to pick up and was told no that the price was not able to be discounted unless i was a Law enforcement personnel. A friend of mine phoned me, said he wanted to go to West Palm and buy a new Harley, wondering if I would drive him up so that he could drive his purchase back. I wasn't sure he was serious, but since he bought one while we were there, he obviously was. Arriving at Harley Davidson of West Palm was a real treat. Upon entering, even without know that we were there to actually buy a bike, they right away ushered us over to their Harley Lounge and told us that since it was Saturday afternoon, invited us to free hot dogs, burgers and soft drinks. Like how welcoming, friendly and nice can you get? One thing I have to point out is how totally different Harley dealerships are today than when I first started biking. Back then the Harley dealerships were usually located behind someone's house, in a dirt floored barn and instead of trained motorcycle technicians doing repairs you usually had some farmer doing the repairs or maintenance when he wasn't working on farm tractors or lawn mowers. Today, all of the Harley dealerships are meticulously laid out, beautifully arrange with every accessory, professional sales staff and the mechanics who are full time trained technicians. And of the new time modern Harley dealerships I have been at, Harley Davidson of Palm Beach is one of the best. To make a long story short, we were treated with the utmost in knowledgeable friendliness, courtesy and end up with my friend riding back home on a new Harley Sportster. read more

this and their sister dealership atlanta harley davidson do not stand behind their work for more then 60 days or 1000 miles as told to me by their very rude and obnoxious service manager at atlanta hd charles. i took my trike to cartersville hd to access the problem of loose muffler . the diagnosis was that the wrong part was used it could be corrected for a cost of $80.00 after a short conversion we agreed it should be corrected by the original installer .palm beach hd did the install as i live in ga. i went to their sister store where i encoutered unhelpful charles i explained my problem which was his company installed the wrong part and i would like it to be corrected his reply 60 days 1000 miles, 60 days 1000 miles 60 days 1000 miles now mind you i don't wear a hearing aid. now please be aware we are talking about an $80.00 repair at most would cost the dealer $40.00 t& m. so now the following customers my self road glide, wayne cvo road glide, robert rad glide, tom freewheeler, chuck electra glide , all purchased from these 2 dealers along witu thousands of dolars in extras will no longer purchase from these 2 dealers. and furthermore we will encourage our friends to do the same . all of this for $40.00. read more

Well, just visiting the Delray/Palm Beach Area and had to swing by for a Poker Chip for the collection. For some reason my Phone aka (GPS Source) flat out died and wouldn't charge. I was almost about to go into a panic, but one of the Staff Members was kind enough to pull up directions for me to help get me back to where I was staying. Where do I start ? From no one answers the phone in the service department to they can't get to my bike repair due to covid illness and then they actually did do the repair. I was in my opinion over charged for a clutch fluid change , I was charged $335.86 , 2 hours labor @130.00 per hour, $8.99 for brake fluid and $7.90 for a master cylinder gasket, $27.00 for shop supplies ? I was stuck and didn't know what was wrong with the clutch a complete failure while riding , after it cooled off it returned to normal. So where was I over charged ? After looking up the repair on You Tube I saw that it was strait forward and simple. My wife has a a Freewheeler of the same years as my Ultra so I took on the challenge of replacing her clutch fluid . I bought a tester and yes she needed it , I bought a manual vacuum and a bottle of DOT #4 all for $53.00 . I timed my repair from testing through fluid replacement and a test ride and it took me 28 minutes a inexperienced back door mechanic . 2 hours for a certified mechanic @$135.00 and hour is ridiculous and I will not be going back to this dealership. I have told all of my friends about my experience and am sharing this today so others can watch out for this dealership. read more

I spend ours at this dealership without accomplishing anything. They kept telling me the breakout I was looking at was below $12 thousand dollars and made me fall in love with it. After the manager told me to ride it a million times I gave in as he also assured me the price was below $12,000 or right at that number because it did have a price. I didn't wanna ride it till I knew the real price because I had a budget and once again insisted I ride it, so I did. After looking at bikes and riding the breakout that I fell in love with after about 2 ours with unclear price the finally gave me the amazing deal ( they called it ) because it was the last day of the month and they were about to close. The price was almost $19,000 dollars not 12 ! I mentioned multiple times that I couldn't go above 12,500 because that was my budget. They finally ran my credit and told me that I was gonna pay 450 for the bike and I almost lost it and they kept try to convince me it el was a deal as I'm walking out ! I was so mad they took so much time out of my day knowing my budget and telling me to not worry about the deal or the price because it was the last day and it was gonna be in the 12k range when in fact it was almost double my budget ! No regards and or respect for peoples time ! This was also the second time I've bin here trying to give it a second shot. I sell cars and I would never do business this way. I only stuck around over 2 ours because they kept promising me the bike was in my budget. I've had Harley Davidson before and wanted to trade my Yamaha for another one but I guess I'm sticking with my stryker which is one great bike ! Never again ! Don't waste you're time ! Dealership loves to waste people's time. Had a bad experience a while back and because this is the closest dealership figured I'd give them another shot. Big mistake. Showed them fair comps for a bike they had in stock and let them know if they were in the ballpark I would purchase. Manager assured me they would be competitive. After taking about 30 minutes of making me sit there they come back with a number 3k higher. I told them that's ridiculous as that's 25 percent higher than the one I showed them. I highly do not recommend buying motorcycles from this dealership. Here is my experience with buying pre owned 2018 Fatboy. First I was told by fit guy that engine on the motorcycle is 114 and was asked after test ride how I like the power of 114 and how is that engine is amazing. I was told by same fit guy that the tires on the motorcycle will be replaced and I have clarified this several times before leaving dealership ( delivery of the bike was scheduled for next day) also there was few nuts with rust. I was also told that they will replace them. Finally I closed deal with sales manager Scott (the only professional person with whom it was pleasure to work with there). Next day I'm getting my bike delivery. 1. When I looked to the title I found that engine is 107 , not 114 (it is not clear when you just looking at the bike because air filter replaced to aftermarket. 2. Tires are not replaced 3. Bolts with rust not replaced 4. Bike was dirty as hell. Yes it was rinsed with water, but still dirty as hell. At that moment I thought it was some kind of joke or misunderstanding, I called and spoke with fit guy about the engine. He told me - sorry, but on all 2018 Fatboy bikes there is 107 engine. It is not true and I recommend him learn a little more about his job and bikes. Finally couple days after I went to the dealership. Spoke with some manager and fit guy. About the wrong information on engine - Sorry. About dirty bike - Sorry. About the rest they promised - Sorry. And about tires. Manager told me - fit guy saying he did not promised new tires to you, so I can not give it to you. He saying he did not tell, so when you saying he did I can not trust you. The conclusions I made: There is unprofessional staff without knowledge about the staff they selling. There is more trust from management to own unprofessional staff than to the customer. They are more care about getting rid from inventory than satisfied customer. They will tell you everything to make you pay money. After bike is paid - they do not care about you as a customer and they do not care about their own promises. I suggest you if you decide to buy a bike from there, ask them to sign on the paper under every promise and statement they made same as they asking you to sign under "I'm ready to buy this motorcycle for $xxxxx" to fix your intention. read more

As a first time rider and new to the Harley world I did not expect to be taken advantage of by an authorized Harley Dealership, but that was not the case at Palm Beach Harley Davidson. I was looking for a pre-owned Sportster as a starter bike. I was specific with my price range and told them that I did not want to buy new. I found a 2007 883 on their website which I inquired on. I was immediately contacted by Howard the sales manager who informed me the bike was around 3k and would be a great motorcycle to get started on. I drove almost an hour from Broward to Palm Beach Harley on a Saturday with my 4 year old son. I met Howard (who was a gentleman by the way), and he introduced me to another sales associate named Ryan (who was also a gentleman). After looking at a few different bikes, I asked Ryan to get me a price quote on the 883 which I inquired on. After an hour of waiting this is where the whole experience went sideways. So I'm expecting the quote to be around 3k with tax, tags, title, etc. Ryan comes back and introduces me to a guy named "Johnny from Colorado" who quotes me 4,500 for the bike, and tries to sell me on getting into a new Iron 883 for 9k. I told Johnny that I was not interested in that as a first bike and it was not what I came in for. However, he was persistent and really seemed to care very little for what I was interested in. I turned to Ryan and told him that I did not appreciate that sales tactic, and I did not like being lied to. At this point I was pissed. When John came back to the table I told him my thoughts and walked out. Now here's the kicker...... 2 weeks later I get an email from Palm Beach Harley advertising the same bike that I looked at for $2399. The SAME EXACT BIKE that John told me was $4500!!!! That validated what I suspected when I was at the dealership, that this guy "John from Colorado" was one of those sleezy dishonest salesmen that looks to take advantage of whoever walks in the door. To his credit, Ryan knew I was not happy and texted and called me the next day to try and make it right. I told him that because of how John tried to take advantage of me, on principle I would never give Palm Beach Harley Davidson a dollar of my money. I ended up buying a 2009 XL1200C from another dealer with 9700 miles on it for the $3000 that I budgeted for at the beginning. It is unfortunate that "John from Colorado" turned this from a pleasurable first buying experience into a very dishonest and aggravating situation. I don't doubt that there are good people at Palm Beach Harley. Ryan and Howard seem like good dudes who genuinely want their customers to be happy. Since I live in West Palm Beach, each time I have gone to Palm Beach Harley first while shopping for best deal, and each time I have ended up somewhere else. These people are simply way too greedy and honestly, disrespectful. They always treat you like you are an ignorant and never are willing to just show you the true numbers. Just this past weekend, I went there with my soon to inquire about a '20 Low Rider S, which a salesperson there had quoted him for over the phone at a certain amount. When we got there, a member of management came to us with a proposed deal, which was $4500 higher than the over the phone quote. And if that wasn't bad enough, when we told him that we could get the same price as previously quoted by his sales person from Treasure Coast Harley, he said we were lying, challenged us to produce an invoice, then proceeded to call my son a "Spoiled Brat" for not accepting the new quote, which included a "Market Value Adjustment" that justified the higher price. I was at the ride for Meadow event this last weekend. What a great event!!!!! Thank you Harley for helping host this. I had the opportunity to meet the manager, Steven Diaz. He was a pleasure to talk to, and seems very passionate about his job. I don't have a bike myself but if I was ever to buy one I would for sure love to be able to work with this man. We stopped in to PB Harley to pick up a new helmet for my husband as he was looking for a very specific style. The woman in the accessory department was very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided we both needed new eye wear while we were there and again, she gave us great advice on which eye wear would work best for us for night riding. We were both very pleased with our selections. The store was well laid out with a nice variety of accessories. Clothing, gear, footwear, etc. Not to mention all the bike gear and accessories. While we didn't take much time looking at the bikes, they seemed to have a great selection of both new and used. When we are ready to upgrade our bikes, we will be heading to PBHD. read more

I got completely screwed. I walked in here to buy a 2020 Iron. I put down 4,500 and financed the rest. They never showed me the cost. I'm a novice and I've never been through the process of buying a bike or a car before. Walked out with a 10,000 bike that was going to cost me 18,500. The next day I took it back and tried to get out from under it, and they didn't help. So ended up losing $7,500 and the motorcycle. read more

Palm Beach Harley-Davidson,had change the deal completely. trade value changes ,down payment changed monthly changes in 1 hours many times .......thank you Palm Beach Harley-Davidson....................NOT INTERESTED.............UNDER NEW DEALERSHIP ITS not a pleasure shopping any more.
