Do not have them put a clutch on a Harley, they got it wrong twice and I ended up having to take it elswhere.

Once again they've done nothing but waste my time. Held a bike for 2 months just to tell me their miscommunication between service orders fucked my engine? How am I going to hear a technician dry start my bike at least 7 or 8 times before walking over and asking me when the last time I got an oil change was? Uhm well if you look at the service order I paid $80 dollars for you to do it now. He replied oh damn it had no oil. I didn't know I was supposed to do that. All in all they're great people, organization isn't there. I wouldn't wait around in hopes they'll reach out though. If you plan on bringing anything to them, I'd call daily. You might not get forgotten. After spending over 2 grand there and waiting 2 months my bike "wasn't worth the internal cost of it." Let me know if anyone wants pictures. read more

took my bike there to get it looked at after buying it, the staff super unprofessional bike was sitting there for a week, tech calls and says he's been trying to caontact me when I work on my phone all day and I answered every single spam call those days just in case it was them. Apparently they needed a part to be ordered(didn't even mention which) I said so how much is it and when will it be ready( the bike was sitting a week at this point) and the man says it's 500$ and it's gonna be another week most likely. which I was skeptical already and also I was buying 500$ tires from them (which is expensive) it doesn't end there I decided to just tell them I'd be pick up the bike (and take it elsewhere), they call me back saying that as they were pulling it to the front of the shop now It has a flat tire? does any of this sound right? do not go there it's a nightmare and they do not know what they are doing and will probably need ur bike up so you have to bring it back. You will overpay so much than at this price point rather take the bike to the dealer at least its less sketchy. read more

Axel at Two Wheel heaven displayed very unprofessional behavior and responses when asking about advice on rear spools. Took us sharing an experience, and used me asking for advice against me, with offense and ended up wishing upon me to drop my bike. Said it would take 1-2 hours to remove a broken screw. Very convenient, they were willing to mount and balance new tires I bought online on my '13 R6. Seems like a genuine shop with genuine honest people. I took my 2018 Harley Davidson Street Glide to them to install LED lights, a Rockford Fosgate sound system, and a Day lighter headlight with fog lights. Talk about a awesome job. They really take thier work to the maxium!!! Excellent attention to detail and craftmanship, They take care of your bike, treat it like it is thier own bike!!! They are great people to work with. I could not of found a better place to take my bike here in Orlando!!!! As for thery pricing, Very Fair and they charge for actual work time or the book which ever comes in the lowest, not anything thing like dealing with the HD Dealerships here in town, which I will never use, so very disappointed with dealing with Harlery Davidison Orlando they do not respect thier customers after you buy a bike. read more

Not only did the owner of the shop get his hands in on my repairs himself but the entire team showed support all the way. As advertised they aren't the cheapest around but the saying is true, you get what you pay for. When you're on a bike, one bolt can be your life so I'm paying whatever it is to do it properly with no room for error. That being said the prices aren't outrageous and I received A++ Service. I own a 2004 Suzuki GSXR 750 as my first bike and I felt so lucky to find this shop. They hooked me up with brand new Michelin Pilot Power 3s (the only shop who had them in stock) reason I found them... plus warranty on the tires, the list goes on... JT Black Steel front and rear custom gear sprockets, lightweight 520 chain conversion, stretch delete, both fork seals and oil, fairing repairs, seat upholster repair as mine was destroyed and ripped, front and rear brakes, shock damper dialed in, adjustable kickstand install, oem height adjustment, low idle adjustment, ignition key repair, air duct intake replacement, ram phone mount install, not only did they run a diagnostics on the bike to be sure it was safe free of charge but they also made sure the bike was washed and clean before I got it back. He explained everything he was doing to my bike and why it was important. I feel like I'm on a brand new bike and after 2 wheels heaven took things into their hands, I really appreciate owing what was almost a shame when I first bought it off the original owner from Craigslist. Special thanks to Nemo and a huge shout out to his team. My bike was done in 2 days, which would have been 1 if it wasn't for a slight issue on my part in not having the oem adjusters for the stretch delete. (Previous owner did not include that with sale of bike) Other than that I have no complaints and I recommend anyone to them! Long review but you can tell this wasn't computer generated. If you don't like the price then you don't like your life lol. No hesitation 2 wheel heaven ALL THE WAY UP! My GSXR rides like it should now! I take my 45 year old Honda to Two Wheels Heaven and they do a great job. I've had tires installed, brakes serviced and carbs cleaned. I'm very happy with the quality of the work/service and they are prompt, affordable and have excellent communication. Been there twice in the last two years and I had a great experience both times. I have a 1980 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim that I purchased a few months ago from a private dealer for a really good price because it needed a lot of TLC. I thought I was gonna be able to do it myself but couldn't ever find the time so I brought it in to 2 wheels to get an idea of what needed to be done. 1. Everyone in the shop spent an incredible amount of time with me about my bike. 2. Service was excellent and they always kept me updated. 3. I brought a pretty run down bike and left with a like new bike for an incredibly reasonable price for all the work they did. My bike was stolen and luckily it was retrieved by the authorities. My ignition was ripped out along with a whole host of other problems. 2WH got the parts quick and had my bike fixed and running in less than a 3-4 days. Terribe! They couldn't even complete the simple task of ordering a part. I ordered on Monday, it was supposed to be in on Tuesday. I call Tuesday and they tell me they could not get it in (at this point, you should call me and tell me) and to try again tomorrow. I call Wednesday expecting the part to be in and they give me the same (and probably untrue) excuse! I gave them two days to make it right and they couldn't deliver. Wasted time to repair my bike. Memo and his entire staff have always been super polite and helpful. I appreciate that they never try to "oversell" when you bring your bike in for a problem. I brought my Vespa to Memo and his team. It sat for 2 years and they had it up and running pretty dang quickly. His estimates were accurate and the communication during the process was great. I actually had the bike in another shop for 3 weeks and never heard a word from them... I went and pulled it from that shop, which was a scooter-specific shop who's communication was not good at all and then brought it to 2 wheels heaven. I'm very glad I did. I'll be bringing my Harley to them now too. They have great intentions, great mechanical skills, and great communication. I'm very happy with my experience here. read more

Typical just like you said your messed up so called mechanic's didn't chip my chrome really bad while putting on the rear tire and changing my oil. Funny I still have my receipt yet you have no record of it must of been afraid I'd sue you. Maybe it's because I have a Yamaha V-star and they didn't study up on them or maybe it's that they have too much work and don't do a thorough check-up... After sitting in the garage for 9 months I took my bike in to have the carburetor cleaned. They were kind enough to pick up the bike at no charge and the fee for cleaning was exceptional. I had to return the bike to them immediately after picking it up because something wasn't right; they fixed the mistake (at no charge, of course) and off I went. The bike was STILL not right, so I dropped it off; they had it for a week and couldn't figure it out. I picked it up and left some money (they weren't going to charge me, but I felt bad for their time) and took it to the dealer. Diagnosis? Needs the carburetor cleaned! Now that the dealer cleaned it the bike runs like new... So, you get what you pay for, I guess. Nice people; shoddy carburetor cleaning. read more

Push, pull, drag your bike in the opposite direction of this shop. I have never experienced such a chaotic, disorganized, or extremely unprofessional business as this one. I believe they want to do a good job but the circus like atmosphere here is unbelievable. Maggie, the manager will promise you how you will be emailed a detailed estimate once the bike has had its 80.00 inspection. That never happened. I took my Harley in for a trans leak. I waited several days for a gasket to be ordered in and then when they replaced it there was a second leak. I had to secure my own gasket or wait an additional week for another order. I had a new gasket in 30 minutes. Took another week to get that one put on and then they returned my bike to me with the exhaust clamps hanging and missing nuts, chrome covers on the pipes loose and rattling and the nuts holding the pipes to the actual block missing. Another promised detailed receipt of work to be emailed never came. When I finally ordered the proper clamps to replace the ones they lost, I called to tell them what else was lost and missing. I was furious but Maggie convinced me the owner wanted to make it right. She said she would call the next morning to pick up the bike and repair it and return it to make me happy and retain my business. I worked from home to accommodate. No call no show all day. At 4:30 in the afternoon she called and said she would be there to get the bike at 6:30. At 8:30 pm I texted for her to forget it. I paid 270.00 for work that left my bike unusable for the past 5 weeks waiting for parts and incompetent mechanics to screw up my bike. Nothing but excuses and blame on a mechanic that quit in the middle of the job to go to work at Harley. Blame, blame, promise, promise and nothing but an unusable Road King to show for it. I would not trust this shop to put air in my tires. What a cluster bump of incompetent people. They advertise the only shop championed by the BBB. I don't care what the BBB says, they obviously are not bikers or never had their bikes worked on here. read more
