First time for me and my son, and I am not familiar with what to expect when wearing glasses; however, Dr. Kim was very patient with me. I did have to come back after seeing one of the other Dr.s but Dr. Kim updated my prescription and helped me get situated. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I do believe one of their assistants was getting frustrated with me and all my questions so a Richard took over and made up for the first gentleman. I made an appointment online on a Sunday, for that Monday, so when i checked in there was some technical issues that didn't prompt my appointment to their system but even then they still accommodated me & i was able to be seen. I really appreciated that, since it was my day off! The front staff is very sweet and welcoming which is always nice when you're a new patient at any facility. I have been a patient of Doctor Everitt's for 24 years. There is no one in the Inland Empire who is as current and up to date on the latest procedures in eye care as Doctor Everitt. I have complex eye problems and even though I'm a long time patient, she never makes assumptions about the condition of my eyes. Every appointment is extremely thorough, so much so that she was able to cure a medical condition that my GP and other specialists were completely unable to diagnose. Very happy with my contact supply and burberry eye glasses. Have been coming here for 3 years now. Their hours are just so convenient. Open late and you can call in your contact or glasses orders. First timer, came in for regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. My insurance covered one set of frames and lenses but not the second or the eye exam. 20/20 gave me a deep discount on the second pair of frames (very appreciated). The staff is awesome - everyone was helpful, courteous and professional. Dr. Kim rocks - took his time, figured out what was going on with my eyes and put a plan together. Got my glasses back on time, the exact day they were promised. Glasses are generally expensive (and well made), but not more than anywhere else I checked. In all, very good and quick service, and well worth the time and money. read more

This office was chosen by sheer convenience. I needed a office close to work that I can run in and out on my lunch. They have extended a high level of customer service. In addition, they saved me when my contacts have fallen out and I had nothing to see at work or my hour drive home. This is the service that is consistent. Today, I left my contacts at home and I'm on my way out of town and they rescued me again. This service doesn't compare to other offices I've been too. I highly recommend this office. read more

Had my first visit here recently with Dr. Kim. I was very pleased with the overall experience. Dr. Kim was very informative, personable, and professional. The location was easy to get to, parking was no problem as they have a lot in the back of the building, and I really liked their showroom of frame options. The selection of frames was impressive, and I was able to get the frames I wanted with all the lens options i intended without breaking the bank.
