But after 30 minutes the doctor comes out and asked who I was and the said to the receptionost why didn't you come get me and that she'll see me right now. Meaning the receptionist did it out of spite. Also speaking on the phone they are just as rude and argued with me telling me I have to make an appointment for my contacts even though I got a text saying they are ready to be picked up. I can't pick them up but have to schedule an appointment? And she goes, "I just told you" you going to make an appointment or not and when I answered no she hung up on me. I will never come back to this place again and I suggest anyone reading this avoid this place

They don't open until 9, so I couldn't call until the time of the appointment to cancel. Gabby I believe her name was called me and scolded me for not texting to cancel, which I didn't even know was an option as we have never been here before. I was super apologetic about us missing the apt. You don't ever make an apt with the intentions on missing an appointment. When I asked to reschedule for any day next week, I was told because they can't fill this time a lot that I couldn't schedule together with my son. I'll just go to another Drs office. I don't want to do business with people who are not understanding when dealing with children.

Ill miss Patty so much but I must celebrate her retirement! I loved our previous Doctor, I admit I had a wonderful experience with the new doctor. The atmosphere was slightly different though. First of all, the first voice, face and front person Gabby is and has ALWAYS been exceptional! Beyond friendly and professional, how she manages so much and still leaves everyone feeling like family and like the only patient in the room or on the phone is beyond me!! Especially the Patty Gabby duo brings huge smiles, they made me feel like I was their favorite every time! Thats rare for one person let alone two so Im soooo grateful Gabby is still there!!! I found the new staff members lovely but to me it felt like something was off, they all seemed a little nervous to be themselves, hard to explain, the family atmosphere didn't flow, like it came from new management and that would be sad to me!!! My husband is a client also, my husband and I felt a little pushed & hurried for the cost and purchases this time. That was different. I called on Saturday regarding with urgency as I understood I wouldn't expect to go in or get a call back same day but was hoping to make an appointment asap for this week. However, it's now Monday during business hours, almost 1 PM, and after several attempts, I still only reach voicemail with no answer. I ended up having to make an appointment with a new optometrist. This disappointing compared to how the office was before. I hope for the optometrist's sake, it improves. There should be no reason during business hours multiple phone calls are not answered.
