This isn't to say the store doesn't have good deals, just be cautious. Service is pretty good every time my family and I walk-in. We came in during Black Friday and it was packed, however I never felt cramped as the store is big and includes a second story. The main event of the store is hands down the perfume/cologne & make-up kiosks. The salespeople are true experts and have a way with captivating people. He's a seasoned physician with excellent patient care and serves as the namesake for both optometric centers in Moreno Valley and Riverside. As the lead/mentor to all the other doctors, Dr. Clayton has a fantastic understanding of visual impairments big and small. The explanations I received during my recent check-up were easy to understand, he's very approachable. I came in for my annual visit and ordered my new hard contact lenses along with some back-up glasses. The frames selection was a bit weak. I spotted several glasses that seemed too old for my taste, so I settled for some aviator-style frames. I liked them enough to buy them! My visit was later in the day, however I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. I took my time asking questions and received great service. The Optometric Center is linked to Loma Linda University Health (although they're not owned by them), so the office was able to obtain my ophthalmology documents from my LLU physician. If you're looking for RGB lenses for keratoconus (which I have), this is the place to go! The Optometric Center is highly recommended!

My doctor here is Dr. Penn Tran and he's always helpful and caring. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my exams or glasses. They have a wide selection to choose from as well as good brands or budget options. I splurged on myself last time and I'll definitely be keeping these glasses for a while. I always make my appointment months in advance as well, I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. Staff is always nice and the office always looks in pristine condition. They also have some pretty serious theft problems so they have some very restrictive rules with trying on clothes etc. All in all, I'm going back when I want more.
