Samuel was the first shop to reply and we got details worked out through messages. Very accommodating and easy to set appointment which worked out perfectly for me. There was a minor misunderstanding on scope of job needed which caused price to change a little bit from original quote, but it was quite reasonable and I agreed to new fair price. Note: GPS took me to a different building at first, so you have to make sure to use "2429" building number and you'll find their bay tucked in the rear corner of a gray biking with several bays. It's a busy lot (full of cars, mainly from body shop next door). He started on my car pretty much right at my appointment time and didn't stop working (only took water breaks) on car until job was complete since I had to wait. True commitment! The car had one strut that gave him a harder time causing it to take a bit longer, but there was no extra charge for that. He stuck with the agreed upon price for the job. Overall a great experience and I plan on having other work done at their shop. Definitely a good local shop to know. read more

Samuel has an amazing personality and disposition, however, it took him over two weeks to repair my car. While I understand that it takes some time to repair a transmission, however, I felt my car was always on the back burner. Wren I took my car to his shop, it had just been thoroughly cleaned by Volvo service center, but when he finished, looked like he had driven it through the mud!!!! Go here if you want a cheaper price but remember, you will need to find a ride for weeks. read more

Samuel came to my house and put a brand new set of front brake pads and rotors on my wife's Toyota RAV4. Everything went smoothly and I thought he was a reliable kind of guy and nice as well. Then there's The very bad, I asked him if he could work on my 1978 Cadillac Eldorado because it needed new ball joints , spark plugs and a new transmission seal . Samuel explained that he could do it at his shop only so I proceeded to bring the car over to him and he replaced the ball joints and fixed a transmission leak. I will say that he did a pretty good job on the transmission leak. It's only dripping a little bit, whereas before I was getting a flood of transmission fluid in the pan under my car. However when I took the car home, I heard a grinding sound when I took a Sharp right or a sharp left. I called him and he said that all I needed was an alignment to fix that because the tires were toeing in which was true. Long story short. I took the car to a new mechanic, and he said that the ball joints were put in backwards and not only that I needed bushings which he was supposed to have replaced (I furnished the new bushings) but evidently he didn't replace them. Very untrustworthy. Lastly, I brought the car in with a full tank of gas and when I got it back, there was only 3/4 of a tank. I know the car was driven by him or his other mechanic but I chose not to confront him since I didn't write down the mileage when I dropped the car off so I couldn't prove it. I paid him $1,320 which will now cost me over $2,500 to fix his botched work at a better mechanics garage. I have to say that I'm disgusted and feel taken advantage of . Found on Groupon for a discounted price for an oil change. Brought it to them, also needed one tire replaced and already had a tire for them to put on my car. Dropped it off at 10:30 in the morning and at 5pm it was done. An oil change but couldn't put new tire on. I had filled my car up before I drove to this shop with a full tank (had 440 miles on it at that point). Went straight to his shop after, when I went back later in the day to pick it up, my car wasn't even there. He was driving it around making up reasons why and when I got inside of it, I had 342 miles left in my tank. Almost 100 miles left. He used my car without my permission to drive around and denied it when I did mention it to him. Do not go to this shop unless you want someone driving your car around town doing god knows what and racking up your miles putting you in a very bad position to say the least. I spoke to Sam over here and he was able to help me right away. Volkswagen wanted $450 to change my rear brakes and rotors. Sam gave me an awesome price instead of buying a Groupon. I called him at 5pm and by 6:15pm I was dropping my car off. Super awesome to get that done later in the evening like that when most mechanics close by 5. It was a Friday too and I needed my car for the weekend. He did the job in about 1.5 hours and so far my car feels good. I will be coming back to Sam whenever my cars need work. read more

King Leo's was great! Not were they only the first to contact me by a long shot, they were also the most professional and know exactly what the end user(me) is looking for. Sam was the one that helped throughout the entire process. It isn't close to where I live and he gave me an exact price that never changed when I got there (like a lot if other people do). It didn't seem right when I got home and I brought it back the following day and he fixed it completely now! Seems perfect now and like it's new AC on my car. Most of all he was prompt in responding and got the job done and what a professional he is!! I would highly recommend him and will. Sam is a very nice and honest guy!i contacted him at 2 o clock in the morning to do do a PPI( pre inspection purchase) for the next day for a a BMW that i wanted to buy. He got there drove the car, and he told me everything i need to do and also help me lower the price of the car to get a better deal. since that hes been taking care of my car. He did oil change, new brakes, coolant, spark plugs, new air filter... he did everything that was necessary for a preventive maintenance. and i would say that he charge something like half of the price That bmw Dealership would charge me. I came for an oil change. Was advised that my serpentine belt was cracked and front brake pads worn out. I appreciated that they just communicated it without the typical sales pitch and pressure. I ended up going back for that service because I knew I would be driving from Boca Raton to Texas. So glad I was able to replace the brake pads during this hurricane season and rainy weather. If I was staying in Florida, I would keep going to this place. The place itself looks grungy but the people and service are amazing. read more
