The flooring install looks great and very well done…read more Erick paid attention to detail, matching the landings to the reclaimed flooring in other rooms to pull the look together, even though this was not something we'd thought of before. :) His team was also patient in accommodating a slightly later than anticipated start each day, as I had to travel to the home to let them in. There were a few hiccups with stain color, namely how it looked in natural light and with the lights on (partly due to the fact that I am new to wood staining and partly due to the red wall adjacent to the sampling we did -- please do your research if you are new to this). There were also smudges on the wall post floor staining, all but one of which Erick was able to fix up (after I noticed and pointed them out which, unfortunately, was after the project was deemed complete). Erick provided a discount for the inconvenience/the one leftover smudge, which I appreciated. Erick took responsibility for his and his team's work and was responsive to our needs and any issues. The floors look great at a reasonable price and I was able to support a small business, which I value (and hope you will too). His primary crew, who worked in my home, were respectful, skilled and kind. I am glad to recommend them to others. Edit: A couple days after the work was done, I noticed some left over materials from the project like wipe cloths, empty plastic bottles, etc. in the home (not a huge amount so not the biggest deal, but things do add up). While the actual flooring work is excellent, clean up/close up is not always 100% it seems, so that's the area I would recommend the company improve. :)

In addition to providing high quality services, his team was also patient with all of our questions and provided detailed instructions on how to care for the floors. During the current pandemic, we were nervous about having new people in our homes, but Cele and his team practiced careful social distancing from us and wore masks the entire time they were in our home. At the end of the job, they left our home cleaner than when they arrived! I highly recommend working with Cele if you have the opportunity!

After they completed the job in about three hours, here's a picture as well as the note I sent to their management... "Hey Marielis. Just paid the invoice. Wanted you to know that your team crushed it! So excited to see it. They really made my dream come true on the floor for that trailer. Thank you so much. When we are ready to look at re-tiling our bathrooms, we will be giving you a call." Additionally, the on-site team lead provided great communication before, during, and after completion of the project as well as pictures along the way. They also showed extreme attention to detail in finishing out the circular corners in the very back of the trailer. If you couldn't tell already, I am extremely pleased with how this turned out!

The first renovation was a guest bathroom that we hired Solomon and his team to renovate two years ago. They did a great job. This project was much larger and included gutting our original (1969) master bathroom, moving fixtures and walls, and creating a walk-in closet from the bedroom next to the bathroom. After receiving proposals from 4 different companies, we chose to go with Image. They were not the lowest nor highest price, but we were comfortable with them and knew that the work would be done right. It was. Solomon and the Project Manager, Mr. Fikri, were amazing. Every step of the way they made sure everything was going right, according to the plan. Any questions that came up and decisions that needed to be made they were thorough, fair, reasonable and always had great ideas. The communication was great. We knew exactly when Mr. Fikri and his team would arrive to work and they did. The master bathroom is now a beautiful focal point of our home with a state of the art glass enclosed shower, a water closet, heated floors in the bathroom, and a magazine quality walk in closet. Two months later my wife and I still feel like we live in a hotel. We already have our next project planned (a kitchen renovation) and we will not hesitate to hire Image once again to perform the work. We highly recommend them.
