No explanation for why no one reached out to us after Warren left or why we were sold stair runners and LVP if they weren't compatible (which isn't true). Finally had to go to corporate to get someone to take this seriously. Now all of a sudden we *can* have stair runners but someone has to come measure, order them, then schedule a separate installation. No apology, no explanation for what happened or who dropped the ball. I would never work with this company again and we are still trying to unravel what happened with our installation. No accountability, no apology, just Mike offering lame excuses about how he, the director of operations, has no idea what's going on.
