I love this place. It's a small hole in the wall. The lady who runs this place is amazing . She was so sweet and was very detail oriented. She did amazing with my daughter and I's nails . It's hard finding good people in this industry but she did great . She put flowers on my daughter's nails who is 5 ( and most nail techs ignore) she made her feel like a human not just a child. We will be returning

Come here twice a month and they do so well!! They are crazy fast too (30 min for an acrylic fill). Love this place so so much and I tell everyone about it!

One star for this place and I would give it zero if I could. I had to go in today to let them know (which I did at the time too but didn't realize how severe it was til I got home). The woman who did my mani/pedi not only took a long time (over 2 hours) but she skinned me pretty much. She was so rough with the nail file and I'm pretty sure she took off more skin then nails. I don't know why she had to be so rough but I told her twice after I grimaced through most of the mani/pedi. She did apologize but they didn't want to do anything really about it. And honestly a refund was the least they could do. My fingers hurt so bad I can't do anything with that hand comfortably right now. And this is about 3 days later I still . I had debated going in but I've never had this happen. And honestly she needs to know not to be so rough in the future. The low rating is also for the manager getting pissy at me for wanting a refund and not apologizing himself. He said that sometimes nails get stuck and then also said he didn't know what I did for a couple days? She was really rough, which I even told her. Like what am I going to do right under my nails in that time frame? Please.... I will not return here. Which is a bummer because the prices were reasonable, but coming home with cuts is not okay. Also I felt there was bits of detail missing (I did dip and at my cuticles they are really uneven). With the pampered manicure, she also spent less than 2 minutes massaging my arms.

The best nail salon in Vancouver. I didn't have an appointment and I was welcomed right as I got in, walk ins and appointments are available. The nail salon was highly clean, and many parking spots available. The service is wonderful, better than any nail salons nearby. The nail tech who did my nail is the owner herself, Holly. She's very nice and made sure I was comfortable while she did my nails. I also got a pedicure as well, and she included a massage which was very relaxing and well needed. I would highly recommend anyone to come get their nails done here. My new spot for sure! Especially if I need to get my nails done last minute.

I honestly had no idea my regular place was closed on Sundays. I usually do all my town running on Saturdays, but that was taken up with realtor stuff, as we're in the middle of trying to buy a house. So, I looked for a place close to where I normally go and Yelp steered me here. This place looks sketchy as fuck, from the outside. I almost left, but I'm glad I didn't. I got a great pedicure. Scrub, wax, hot stone massage all for the price of the basic pedi, at my normal place. Also, the brow wax is likely the best one I got since my lady in Texas retired 6 years ago. They are "on fleek" and stuff. $33, plus tip, I can't complain about much. My only gripe is that I really prefer the disposable liners for the pedi basins. I know, I know - it's wasteful and I'm spoiled, but it is my preference. read more

I've only been here once as I'm new to town. Reviews were good as most in the area but this was closest to me in distance. Decent service. Wax and hot stone massage included in pedicure. They accepted me as a walk in (place was empty on a Friday morning) but said I should call ahead next time. The issue I have is the quality of the gel manicure I received. The gel began to bubble and peel the very next day and looks horrible. I have never had that happen before as they usually last 3-4 weeks. Not sure if it's the type of gel or the application but I will not be returning. read more

I come here at least once a month. A very nice couple just bought the place, and they are amazing!! I work weird hours and it helps that they are open 7 days a week. They are here Mon-Fri from 9-7, and Sun from 10-5. It's hard to find a place that consistently does a good job, for a good price! I got a deluxe pedicure with wax and hot stones for $25.00!!! They do an amazing job with Shellac too!! If you love affordable nail salons that do a fantastic job, every time, go here. They make friendly conversation, and they always tell me if I am coming by and its close to closing time, to call them and they will make arrangements to stay late. I LOVE this place. Went for my 1st appt today... and they had the 700 club (religious channel) on the big screen. I was informed that it would remain on while I was there... so I left. I went to get my nails done... not to be PREACHED at!! I was quite appalled... there is a time and place for religion, it should not be in a nail salon! read more

I went here for a pedicure and a eyebrow waxing. The pedicure was pretty good but my eyebrows came out very thin opposite of what I requested. I would have given 4 stars had it not been for the botched eyebrows... The salon is very clean and updated. I went in on a Sunday and was the only customer in the salon. Both owners (they are also husband and wife) were there. I requested a pedicure which was pleasant. They have the spa chair setup with massage so that gets a thumbs up. I also got the sea salt scrub which is rejuvination to my toes. The nail polish selection was large and up to date. I chose the french tips with designs on the big toes. Her white tips were done free hand and just the right width. Her free hand flowers and vines qualify as the best I've gotten. As I said before if it weren't for the eyebrow experience I would have given this place a 4 star rating... Since the pedicure was good I thought I'd give the eyebrow waxing a go. I requested to clean up what I already have without making them any thinner. I came out of there with eyebrows looking like the top of an arrow. Two sticks pointing up in the middle. :( Not a good look at all. My recommendation go for the pedi skip the waxing. read more

I love this nail salon, and once I found it I never went to another! Kim, her husband and daughter are meticulous and skillful. They consistently do as amazing manicures and do the best pedicures ever! They are honest and kind to all, and offer excellent value for their services. When my adult children come to visit, it is always a highlight to do group mani/pedi at 205 Nails & Spa! I highly recommend them - thank you Kim and family! read more

Amazing! I stopped into the salon desperate for a gel mani and pedi on my vacation in Vancouver. The nail technician listened to exactly what I asked for with my gel mani. Then we moved onto the pedi.. hands down the most amazing pedi I've ever gotten! The paraffin and hot stone massage I received for no extra charge was AMAZING! In California they don't do that without charging an extra fee. Prices here are completely reasonable! Would definitely visit here again next time in in Washington! read more

I have been going to this spa for about 2 years now and absolutely love it! They are very professional; the spa is clean; and both the pedis and manis are great. Two days in a row I showed up at 9:30 to try and get my nails done and they haven't been open. It says on their door they open at 9:00AM. If you're not going to be open on time don't advertise it, your poor ethic is losing customers I'm going somewhere else. read more

I got a full set of the dipped powder nails (which is more expensive and not what I asked for) for a birthday treat today, not even two hours later, one popped off while gently playing with my dog Then I tested the strength of the other ones and they ALL split in half. Plus they sent me home with still wet nails. read more

My first time here after trying multiple nail salons all over Vancouver. Don't be put off by the older building and run-down looking neighborhood, because they do a really great job. Efficient but thorough in shaping nails, cleaning cuticles and then applying gel polish. My nails have never looked better. Inside, the shop is clean and organized and the people there really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm glad that after a year of searching I have found a nail salon where I actually want to return. read more

I came here because of the good reviews and man were the ladies right! I got there at 6:30 not realizing they closed in half an hour but they welcomed me in and even stayed afters for me! The friendliest staff I have ever seen! They offer water bottles to every client and received non stop smiles and laughter. Right away I felt like I knew the staff for a long time. They did exactly what I envisioned in my head and did an amazing job. I absolutely love this place! read more

Best pedicure ever! It included oil, wax, and a hot stone massage. The water was actually hot instead of luke warm which I really appreciate. We were walk-ins and they were so nice and accommodating. This place is a hidden gem, will definitely be back! Such a great value!! read more

I no longer get my fingernails done but I was always pleased when I did, granted, I never asked for creative designs or anything elaborate. Now I primarily go for pedicures. They have several different options to choose from at different price points but they are all very reasonable, especially for the service you get! I used to think the jelly pedicure sounded silly but I suddenly felt drawn to it and I'm glad I gave it a try because it is soooo good! The powder dissolves in water and as you stir your feet around it turns into this thick, warm gel that is really satisfying. I was so disappointed when it was time to drain. Again, I don't do anything fancy on my nails, but the paint job is always consistent. The massages are generous, the chairs are comfortable, they offer complementary beverages (including alcohol, if that's your thing), and the staff are very sweet. It's a modern and upscale looking salon that is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a convenient location. I will keep going back! PS: one of the last times I actually had my nails done was for my wedding November of 2024, and they were absolutely flawless. It's the only photo I have of the work they do but they were beautiful and the review felt incomplete without it

On my most recent visit, I was hit with a $10 upcharge simply for filing my nails shorter, which has never been an issue before. When I questioned it, I was told the tech uses a "guide finger" to determine length, which wasn't what actually happened. It felt arbitrary and like nickel-and-diming rather than a clearly communicated service charge. I did try to have a conversation with the front desk, but the explanation didn't match the service I received. For the prices they already charge, these surprise add-ons are disappointing. I don't mind paying for quality -- but I do mind unclear pricing and being charged extra for basic maintenance I've always received. Sadly, because of this, I won't be returning.

I came in on September 24th, 2025 specifically asking for an all over brown color over my blonde highlights. I showed an inspiration pic of a darker brown than my original root grow out with a tinge of red glaze shining through over the top of the hair. After 4 hours of filling my hair with a red, washing, drying, applying permanent color, waiting, washing, drying again. I came out RED. Yes, dark Merlot red. That is not what I asked for. I called as soon as I got home, seeing how it's not what I asked for and in the sun I am shining red, they told me the soonest date to fix it was a week out. I couldn't wait that long so I messaged a professional hair stylist and she told me to ask what they used on my hair to understand how to go about fixing my hair. I proceeded to call elite again and on the call the instructor told me they don't give out the formulas but they can get me in sooner to "fix" my hair free of charge and that it will be much quicker than yesterday after I voiced my concern about being home quickly because I have a child. I said okay and the next morning on September 25th I was at Elite to fix it. I arrive at 9:30 in the morning and speak with the instructor at Elite and the student who did my hair. They explain to me that everyone's hair takes things differently, explain the science behind it, etc and I told them I understand. The instructor told me she sees how's it's red and that she wasn't able to check in at the end of the service that day because she was out of office on an errand. I show the photo of my inspiration again and I ask "is it going to be still red after, will it be brown and not too dark?" I am told it will still be slightly red but it will definitely be a brown. Instructor told me I will be the same level that I was at and they would just be "neutralizing" the red. (I understand the red will still be in there, it wasn't a problem). The professional hair stylist I was speaking with messaged me to say "If they use a color remover on you & deposit a gloss to neutralize you i think it will be totally fine. Just make sure they dont just apply another color on top of that unless you dont mind being darker." Understanding this, I asked the elite instructor why can't we remove some red and then add color brown. Elite Instructor told me that they cannot remove the red since it's permanent. I asked repeatedly if it will be a brown and not black. I was again, REASSURED it would be the same level, and I'll just "feel" darker but that it would be brown how I wanted. After the 30 minute consult, the student starts applying 5N to my hair at 10am. After 3.5 HOURS of waiting, washing, and drying... my hair is now BLACK. Not brown, not a dark brown, literally pure black with red undertone.... It is NOT what I asked for and I was told nothing can be done about it that day, that I have to wait 2 weeks at least to reverse the color by BLEACHING if I wanted the BROWN I INITIALLY came in for. I'm told repeatedly by the student that she doesn't see black but a "dark rich chocolate brown". I'm not going to be gaslit into thinking my BLACK hair is brown. Learn the difference if you're working in a hair business. There was no sorry at all for ruining my hair and all the time wasted. I want a refund AND I urge everyone to just find a PROFESSIONAL to do it for you instead of wasting time and tears at this "Elite beauty school".
