Good service very friendlythe lady who was doing my nails was super nice, and they have more services!

I am not sure if its a language barrier but I did not get the service I wanted. The lady only put acrylic powder on my nails (no color, no manicure, nothing!) and charged my $52. Their attitude was great.

They are all so sweet! I came here 4 weeks ago to get my nails done for valentine's day. I was worried my nails would lift after 2 ish weeks cause that's happened at other places before. I have been coming here for about 4 years now and I always see Than. I refuse to go to anyone else, she is the best in my opinion. She's such a sweet lady and she genuinely cares about what you want and if you're happy with your services. All I have to do is show her a picture and it's literally like copy and paste. This is a new full set and already looks like I need a fill? She left a lot of space before my cuticle. This is not. $90 manicure lol

Went there for the first time today. I needed a fill and a nail repair. Vivian was my nail tech and did an amazing job. I went in with uneven, flat, coffin shaped nails that I was not happy with and came out with a beautiful set! No to mention great pricing. I definitely will be going back!

Disappointed with my dip manicure. Just got these done on Friday, April 30 and they already look 2 weeks grown out because the nail tech didn't go all the way to the bottom of the nail bed. $55 for a dip manicure is also a little steep, all things considered.

Manicure done. $18, palm tree looks great! Yellow nails needed another coat and the flower looks "cheap"

2.5 hours, 4 girls, 2 manicures (one being dips), 2 pedicures. They had 2 women in the store to work on 4 of us. The pricing was fair, were a little understaffed. Tips need to be paid in cash and they can refuse service to anyone! I'd say this is place did a 7/10 job on my nails. Would I go back? Maybe. Am I over the hill excited about this place? No.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! One of the best sets I've had, she was able to copy my reference picture to a T! Friendly but focused staff who made sure I was happy with my service the entire time. They brought me a bottle of water and made sure I was comfortable. I'd say they were a *bit* pricey but I'm willing to pay if they come out perfect! Also an exceptionally clean environment! Top was before I fixed, below is after an actual professional fixed them.

I went in for Classic eyelash extensions and the esthetician and I agreed on Hybrids after she explained they were similar to Classic but would last a bit longer . (I would insist on seeing a license if you go there, there were several health violations that I have since learned about). I left with not much time to spare for a meeting, but when I got to my car I looked in the mirror and the eyelashes were incredibly over-the-top. I wanted classic- agreed on hybrids- and actually got full volume. I know this because I had to go to another service. After losing the majority of the lashes on the right eye and my eyes getting irritated and red from- what felt like- my natural lashes being yanked out every time I moved my eyes (this is what it was...The single lashes had four natural lashes in a clump). I went to SOMEONE ELSE AFTER 5 DAYS, there is a before and after in these photos. AFTER is the bottom photo. There are some close-ups of the horrible job with the extensions. The professional that I went to said I would have probably lost most of my natural lashes if I kept the ones from Revival. I had to pay for removal and double fill. This was more expensive than the original eyelash extensions. Such shoddy work from Revival! I definitely will not be going back. TL/DR: Save yourself the time and money and go to someone else.

I truly appreciate the precautions they take as a business to keep their clients safe. Everything gets sanitized repeatedly, everyone is masked. Beyond how clean this establishment is, their work is phenomenal! Attention to detail is amazing, It's not easy finding a nail salon that gets it right the first time. This place is too overpriced for the low quality! They will overcharge you for the littlest things, I got short acrylics and a deluxe pedicure and they charged me over 200$!! Not to mention the overall vibe was tacky and she was passive aggressive af but also nosey! Save yourself the money and time by going to someone else. TLDR; overpriced, questionable staff, wouldn't recommend read more

I wanted to really love this salon because Thanh did a beautiful job, she executed the shape and design perfectly and I was completely satisfied. But I decided to wait to write a review until I had worn the set for awhile and I'm glad I did. After less than two weeks my nails started lifting. Badly. And now 2.5 weeks in and 8/10 of my nails are lifting along the cuticle area. I had to cut the length in hopes to save my natural nails from the trauma until I can get back into town to have them removed or replaced. I have never experienced this with any set I've ever had. Without this issue I probably would have been a repeat client for life, but I can't see myself coming back after this read more

I wrote a review 3 days ago on here and it gets worse...this is my nail now. They all are starting to get messed up, my toes too. I spent over $85 for a gel manicure and pedicure and for it to not even last 4 days. Horrid. The worst nail experience I've ever had. I've NEVER had this happen. NEVER. Always quality, extra clean, intuitive, and friendly. My go to place for all manicures. Great retention especially with acrylic sets, I can easily go 3 weeks without a break or fill where other places I'm lucky to get 2 weeks out of a set. I try to bring my friends with me as often as possible for a girls day. read more

Tahn does amazing eyelash extensions. Professional, clean, uses great products. Eyelashes are exactly what I wanted. Beautiful. Well... $100 and 3 hours later this is what I got after three days. First of all the design is not what I wanted. The lady that did my nails told me she could do the design only to find out 1.5 hours into the fill she had no clue what she was doing. And I have a broken nail 3 days after. I wouldn't spend my money here. I also got a pedicure and the paint is not cured underneath so it's already bubbling. You know if I go back in they will try and tell me it's my fault and I'm the reason their work is terribly done. Beware I'm sure you could spend your money elsewhere. read more

Wonderful place to get your nails done. Staff is friendly and they will listen to what you want. They are able to do all sort of designs as long as you have an example of what you want. My toe nails were super short and was kind of debating whether I should get a pedicure or not but staff was able to rock the color and even added design to it. Totally recommend this place! read more

The people we so sweet and nice, but their polish selection was lacking and they overcharged me. To kick off the pedicure appt. on the wrong foot, they didn't have either nail polish color I wanted. The first color I asked for - a dark chocolate expresso color - they didn't have nor the second - a tan neutral tone. I finally just decided on white, something safe, since I did not think the colors I was asking for were unique. I requested the basic pedicure ($30) but somehow the total came out to $40+. I guess they just gave me gel polish since I didn't specify I didn't want it, but they purposely did not make it clear it was extra - shady shady. Save your money on a place that has actually invested in brown toned polish so they don't have to rip off their clients to make their bottom line. read more

It was a very small cut, so I didn't make a big deal out of it and let him continue. A few minutes later, while filing another nail, it burned so badly that my eyes watered. I even said, "Ouch! Maybe my nails are just sensitive today." Despite that experience, the customer service that day was kind, so I left thinking maybe it was just an off day. When my friend suggested we come back this past Saturday, I was hesitant but decided to give the salon another chance. I spent $150 on my nails because my daughter's birthday party is next Saturday, and I wanted to get them done early so I wouldn't have to worry about them during the busy week. We left for Seattle after my appointment and returned Monday. By Sunday--less than 24 hours later--my nails had already started chipping. I went back to the salon to have them look at the issue. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, the first thing I was told was that "this gel doesn't last long." I asked, "Less than 24 hours?" I was then asked if I had been cooking a lot for my daughter's party. I explained that the party wasn't for another six days, so that wasn't the cause. During the conversation, the customer service representative rolled her eyes at me, which made the experience even more disappointing. My issue isn't the money. It's the lack of customer service and accountability. Sometimes products fail or mistakes happen--that's understandable. What matters is how a business responds. I ended up going to my regular nail salon, and the difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, they asked, "Oh no, did we do this?" When I explained what had happened, they fixed my nails with care, kindness, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. I believe good customer service is about listening to your customers and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, and because of that, my friend my daughter and I, won't be returning. My friends nail was also damaged and her finger nicked at this appointment but I will let her write her own review. UPDATE: THanks for the response again this confirms that they are blaming the client and lying. No apology about how I was treated. Your response speaks volumes. If you did stand to your 7 day policy I would have been treated differently from the start and this review would never have happened. Not the clients fault that you use cheap material.

I used to think the jelly pedicure sounded silly but I suddenly felt drawn to it and I'm glad I gave it a try because it is soooo good! The powder dissolves in water and as you stir your feet around it turns into this thick, warm gel that is really satisfying. I was so disappointed when it was time to drain. Again, I don't do anything fancy on my nails, but the paint job is always consistent. The massages are generous, the chairs are comfortable, they offer complementary beverages (including alcohol, if that's your thing), and the staff are very sweet. It's a modern and upscale looking salon that is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and in a convenient location. I will keep going back! PS: one of the last times I actually had my nails done was for my wedding November of 2024, and they were absolutely flawless. I came in on September 24th, 2025 specifically asking for an all over brown color over my blonde highlights. I showed an inspiration pic of a darker brown than my original root grow out with a tinge of red glaze shining through over the top of the hair. After 4 hours of filling my hair with a red, washing, drying, applying permanent color, waiting, washing, drying again. I came out RED. Yes, dark Merlot red. That is not what I asked for. I called as soon as I got home, seeing how it's not what I asked for and in the sun I am shining red, they told me the soonest date to fix it was a week out. I couldn't wait that long so I messaged a professional hair stylist and she told me to ask what they used on my hair to understand how to go about fixing my hair. I proceeded to call elite again and on the call the instructor told me they don't give out the formulas but they can get me in sooner to "fix" my hair free of charge and that it will be much quicker than yesterday after I voiced my concern about being home quickly because I have a child. I said okay and the next morning on September 25th I was at Elite to fix it. I arrive at 9:30 in the morning and speak with the instructor at Elite and the student who did my hair. They explain to me that everyone's hair takes things differently, explain the science behind it, etc and I told them I understand. The instructor told me she sees how's it's red and that she wasn't able to check in at the end of the service that day because she was out of office on an errand. I show the photo of my inspiration again and I ask "is it going to be still red after, will it be brown and not too dark?" I am told it will still be slightly red but it will definitely be a brown. Instructor told me I will be the same level that I was at and they would just be "neutralizing" the red. (I understand the red will still be in there, it wasn't a problem). The professional hair stylist I was speaking with messaged me to say "If they use a color remover on you & deposit a gloss to neutralize you i think it will be totally fine. Just make sure they dont just apply another color on top of that unless you dont mind being darker." Understanding this, I asked the elite instructor why can't we remove some red and then add color brown. Elite Instructor told me that they cannot remove the red since it's permanent. I asked repeatedly if it will be a brown and not black. I was again, REASSURED it would be the same level, and I'll just "feel" darker but that it would be brown how I wanted. After the 30 minute consult, the student starts applying 5N to my hair at 10am. After 3.5 HOURS of waiting, washing, and drying... my hair is now BLACK. Not brown, not a dark brown, literally pure black with red undertone.... It is NOT what I asked for and I was told nothing can be done about it that day, that I have to wait 2 weeks at least to reverse the color by BLEACHING if I wanted the BROWN I INITIALLY came in for. I'm told repeatedly by the student that she doesn't see black but a "dark rich chocolate brown". I'm not going to be gaslit into thinking my BLACK hair is brown. Learn the difference if you're working in a hair business. There was no sorry at all for ruining my hair and all the time wasted. I want a refund AND I urge everyone to just find a PROFESSIONAL to do it for you instead of wasting time and tears at this "Elite beauty school".
