We have a smoker at home so expectations are high. The flavor of both my chicken and pulled pork were what I'd consider a "soft smoke" that you'd find on a buffet line or in a catering dish. Everything came out right away so it was probably stored that way after prepared. I prefer a "hard smoke" where the skin has a nice bark like consistency and the pulled pork was almost soupy - I hate to compare but my go to will still be Two Scotts. If you like a more basic bbq this may be your place. The potato salad was good, unique sauce and something different than your usual mustard and egg potato salad. The cornbread was good too - just wish it was a little bigger. Will I be back? Not sure. I've had their food truck and I think when you're at an outside event it can curb your hunger but for an in person experience, I think my bar may have been set too high.
