The worst of them is Moon, who has helped me several times already. She is so obnoxious and clearly hates her customers, never greeting you and commanding you with a very rude tone. If I had other options, I might consider them after interacting with her. Maybe don't join customer service if you feel that way. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be let inside and wait longer for the doctor. As mentioned by others, they tend to pack in appointments. My teeth were long overdue for a cleaning, and I honestly couldn't believe how squeaky clean he got them. What I really appreciate about Dr. Lin is that he genuinely cares about his patients. He recommends good habits and explains things clearly, but never once tried to upsell unnecessary procedures. That alone says a lot. He's truly a dentist who cares wholeheartedly about his patients.
