First time coming to a new dentist office and had my reservations. Had an appointment at 8am they were prompt and right on time. Chelsea was very thorough in cleaning and explaining everything she was doing. If I had any questions or needed to stop she was there to answer anything. I'm used to old school stuff so some of the things they use are up to date and or current. Threw me off but nothing that would scare me away, technology improves every year. They have a beautiful office that is bright, welcoming and clean with up to date equipment and facilities! During my initial cleaning and Dr. Sam Lee and Lupe were both very thorough, kind and gentle with their hands. They took their time with my cleaning and filling where I didn't feel like it was being rushed. All the staff including Adriene as well have good bed side manners. I really appreciate that Dr. Lee is honest with his dental recommendations for procedures/follow ups, not forcing anything on his patients. For both my recommended procedures for a single filling and tooth extraction, at the end of my cleaning they provided me with an itemized bill with the estimated cost along with my insurance coverage so I would know how much each procedure would cost. An extra plus is the option to watch something on Netflix or Disney plus on the TV above you which is really helpful for those who get nervous and anxious when going to the dentist. There is plenty of covered parking in the back of the building. All the paperwork and check in process is done digitally which is very convenient. I had to learn the hard way. Please make sure you call your insurance and check if this office follows the insurance's fee schedule (directly contracted) instead of a 3rd party fee schedule (which services will cost more for the patient but more money for the dentist). They will say that they are in network but won't disclose that they follow their own fee schedule (less insurance coverage/benefit for the patient). I went to another dentist which follows my insurance's fee schedule and the SAME service was WAY cheaper than this office. Plus I kept receiving more bills from this office months after my treatment. I wish I called my insurance first so I could have not gone to this place and saved my money. I hope this review helps someone. read more

Never thought I would write a Yelp review for my dentist, but here I am! My family and I had such great experiences at this dental office. Our friend highly recommended Dr. Lee, and it's been so hard to find a trustworthy dentist, so we figured we would try him out. And after my husband and our two toddlers saw him, we would highly recommend him too! Setting up the appointment and checking in was so easy. Their app made the process seamless and also their staff is very friendly. Our kids had a great time at their appointments. The little one got a fluoride treatment and the older one got a good cleaning and x-rays. They also got to watch TV and got prizes and juice! It was probably the most fun they had all week Dr. Lee took X-rays for my daughter and immediately reviewed them with us on the screen afterwards. He answered all our questions thoroughly and gave us good tips. I think the most important thing is for kids to have a positive impression of the dentist, and that was definitely a success! My husband had like 927383 cavities (I'm exaggerating) and Dr. Lee was very honest and practical about what the best plan for him would be. There was no pressure to do anything unreasonable- just facts. He ended up coming in another time to get them filled and said Dr. Lee worked super efficiently and skillfully. The office itself is beautiful, and I can tell they use really high-quality equipment and updated tech. Also, everything is absolutely immaculate, which relieved my germaphobic anxieties. I switched over to Imprint after having been with another dentist for over 15 years and really thankful to have found this place. There was nothing necessarily wrong with my prior dentist, I just defaulted going there since its where I went since I was young and recently moved away. However, I've noticed a drastic difference in overall service and care since switching over, which is really more a testament to Dr. Lee and his team and how they operate. Dr. Lee and his team are all very attentive, great with communication, and very thorough. The facility and equipment is also top of the line. Just on our first visit, Dr. Lee identified a few issues overlooked by my prior dentist and also work that was poorly done. Luckily Dr. Lee detected the issue, otherwise who knows what other issues would've eventually emerged. He showed me photos of exactly what he was seeing and gave very detailed explanation for what should be done and why so I can make an informed decision. The routine teeth cleanings have felt like an improved experience as well from what I was used to, and have gotten a lot of helpful feedback on what I need to watch out for. The nice thing too is that they are able to help kids as well. I previously had to take the little ones to a separate pediatric dentist, but now we all visit the same doctor. Dr. Lee and his team carefully listen and document any specific requests/preferences which is noticeable each visit. Money hungry place. It's a new practice so the dentist probably wants to pay off his debt quickly. I went to another dentist and he said that I don't need the multiple treatments that this doctor told me to get. They also charge a $95 out of pocket (regardless of having insurance) reevaluation fee after deep cleaning which other dentists don't collect. I deeply regret coming to this office. Go to another dentist that will be cheaper and have better quality of care. read more

Great experience at Imprint Family Dentistry! Going to the dentist can be scary and uncomfortable but Dr. Lee's office is professional and caring. We loved the modern and clean interior of the office! I've been to my fair share of dentists where the services were very transactional and rushed but Dr. Lee and team were very thorough and attentive. It was easy to make an appointment on the phone and fill out all the paperwork on their app ahead of time so when we arrived for our appointment, we were seen promptly. Throughout the whole appointment from xrays to cleaning, Dr. Lee and his hygienists made sure we were comfortable and explained everything clearly. Dr. Lee even checked for signs of oral cancer. I've never had a dentist who provided that screening. My wife ended up needing a follow up deep clean and filling replaced. Dr.Lee was understanding and made his professional recommendations without forcing any treatment that was unnecessary. They provided the next treatment plan in the same appointment so we had transparency on potential cost and they even offered to get a pre authorization from insurance before making the next appointment. We even brought our 4 month old and his team graciously offered to watch our baby when my wife and I were getting our teeth cleaned at the same time. Truly a family dentistry! While I have been a long time patient, this is my first time visiting Dr. Lee's new office, and I have to agree with all of the raving positive reviews! The entire experience was smooth and positive. From the start, it was easy to make the appointment. As I am a busy mom of little ones, so often I have to wait for a really long time between booking and seeing a dentist or doctor. Not the case, I was able to make the appointment within a week, in under 5 minutes in a phone call. They emailed me a form, I filled out the online form and took pictures of my insurance information. There is a parking structure behind the office, which provides much needed shade on hot summer days like today. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes early, and I was seen immediately after checking in. The facilities are clean, and as others have mentioned, it's very clear that Dr. Lee has invested in effective state of the art technology, as well as intentionally designed the space to feel comforting and calming. The subtle peacock theme is a fun nod to the city of Arcadia. The large screens with calming scenic screensaver was a fun change from staring at the lights or ceiling tiles during an appointment! My routine cleaning went smoothly, and as he always has, Dr. Lee spends the thoughtful and careful time to explain everything in a neutral and clear way, even showing photos, diagrams, and charts displayed on one of 3 TVs in the room, so I don't have to crane my neck or sit awkwardly. I appreciate understanding my treatment plan and knowing my options based on my schedule, insurance/ budget, and the urgency of the issues. (I have had other dentist experiences that either shamed me for minor issues or forced treatment on what looked to me was a minor problem, so this was refreshing!) It was also really great to NOT be pressured about optional treatments such as whitening or Invisalign correction, at least in this appointment. Those optional treatments simply don't fit my budget or time at this stage in my life, and other practices seem to consistently try to sell me on it. The staff is also amazing! Dr. Lee's assistant was kind and caring, and the front office manager was very effective in looking up my double insurance coverage. She gave me a print out of the estimate of my-out of-pocket costs, showing the break down of what each insurance would cover. I had been a patient of Dr. Lee's while he was at Temple City Dental Care. I was very excited that he opened his own practice in the city of Arcadia! Dr. Lee is a detail-oriented and perfectionistic dentist who is very compassionate and explains procedures very well. Dr. Lee is honest and genuinely wants the best for his patients. Scheduling my visit was easy. I called the office, and Adrien scheduled my appointment and sent me new patient forms that I could either fill out online prior to my visit or fill out in person if I arrived 30 minutes early. I am glad that the forms could be filled out online, and the questions were very thorough. When I visited, I was greeted at the front desk by Adrien, who was very welcoming. The office has been newly remodeled, and the waiting area looks like the lobby of a hotel. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen. Dr. Lee's assistant Lupe brought me in and took my x-rays. She and Dr. Lee did my cleaning. They have great teamwork. Throughout the entire process, I was treated with kindness and respect, and I was repeatedly asked how I was doing and whether I needed a break. Dr. Lee explained to me the issues that I had and allowed me to ask additional questions so I could gain more clarity. He also explained to me the various treatment options that I had. The room also has mounted TVs to keep me entertained whether I am sitting up or lying down in the chair! Man.. to say my trip to the dentist was pleasant and enjoyable is something i never thought i'd say. But Dr. Lee and his team of hygienists are exceptional! He really is the best dentist out there.
