Was worried after reading reviews. Roadside assistance picked them. But very happy with service and time! Super prompt and helpful.

More like area's worst. I would not have picked this company to tow, but it was scheduled through my roadside assistance. Tow truck was extremely late. The driver handed my key to the cleaning lady at the dealership instead of putting the key in the drop box with my information - the dealership did not have any of my contact info! 0 Stars. Roadside Assistance called them and they said they would be out in an hour. Never showed up or updated me or roadside assistance. They called them back and said "it would be 20 minutes and they were on the way". Half an hour later and they still didn't show up. I had roadside assistance call them again and they never responded. Way to leave someone stranded. read more

I wish you could leave negative stars. At 6:30 PM I was quoted 75min ETA, at 8:26 I called and told them to cancel, I dont want your tow. At 8:43 I was sent a message with a picture of my vehicle on the flatbed saying "too late already on the truck." When I got home from my walk I find my vehicle almost in the middle of the road. So 45min late and then DRUG my vehicle onto their flatbed without my permission, and just dumped it off in the road in front of my house. Take my advice, push your vehicle before you call these guys. Or in my case tell your insurance company "anybody but them." read more

My disabled husband hadn't been able to drive for a couple months so the battery on his car died. We knew we needed to move it so he called for a jump start so I could move it when I got home from work. But because my husband couldn't walk down the snowy slick drive to the car they refused to help. I could have been there in 10 minutes but they refused to wait and left. Crappy way to treat a disabled person, couldn't allow 10 minutes for me to be there. read more

These guys are great! I had a flat tire at home and I was having a very hard time finding someone to come out and change it for me. I called the main number and they had a truck to my house in 15 minutes. Brice was great. He even told me a few places I could take the tire to be fixed. I will defiantly call them again for help. read more

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I was given by an employee named Chris. While I was attempting to receive a lock out service he was already over an hour late on an already long eta of 75 minutes. When calling to ask him to get an update on my service he got an attitude with me and told me 15 minutes. When after another 15 minutes he didn't arrive I called him back, he had the audacity to yell at me telling me he was just off the phone with me and he said he will be there and if I call him again he will cancel the call and then hung up in my face. So I called back in to cancel because at this point this man has already caused me more trouble and additional stress to my day then I needed and he hung back up in my face again. I've used many towing companies throughout the years, and this company by far is THE worst! Towed my car and hit my house while backing it off the flatbed and it into my garage. Tow truck driver backed the car in with the driver side door open! Hard to teach common sense........... Refused to pay for the damages to my house and ignored the constant attempts to get in touch with them. Driver and manager were extremely rude! Requested a receipt for the towing service and they refused to provide one and said that since I paid in cash, they don't give one out????? Looks like this company may be doing a little "under the table" action when paying in cash, so know who you're dealing with. Manager explained that they are not liable for any damages after the car is unloaded from the tow truck and their insurance doesn't cover it, even though their driver was the cause of all the damages. No full insurance coverage??? Very shady practices with this company so you may want to look elsewhere for your towing needs. EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!! read more

These guys accepted a tow request from my insurance company, and then never showed up and wouldn't answer their phone. I had to wait for another tow truck company after waiting 1 1/2 hours for these guys to show up. read more

My car wouldn't start and of course l was pissed. Called State Farm who set up the tow Areas Best was assigned to tow my car. State Farm said it would be an hour. So I called Areas Best and asked them to give me a call when they were close and l would come out. As we are talking, Chris said he was in the area and would pick it up in the next few minutes. Chris showed up and tried to see if maybe he could figure out the problem and maybe get my car started. Chris was professional and polite. You can tell by how he carried himself that this company goes above and beyond while helping their customers. After my car was towed, Chris called to let me know my car had been dropped off at the garage l asked him to do. I was treated with respect which is something some other towing companies don't do at all. He was very professional and was in a uniform that represents who they are. Not some kid showing up who looks like he didn't bathe or even try to look like the company they represent. I would recommend Areas Best to anyone. If l had to wait for them to tow my car longer, l would just because of how professional they are read more

This company is great. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman that helped me out with my mom's van's flat tire, but I could not get the spare on so I needed a tow. The driver did a great job with the tow and was very professional and polite. Really helped me out! read more

Always professional, speedy service. Chris' team does a wonderful job - everyone on his team is polite and courteous. We've used Areas Best several times when a car has died and needed to be towed, for flat tires, and for the occasional jump start. Chris is easy to work with, and takes extra care in all that he does to ensure safety, care of our cars (never a scratch or a ding), and makes sure that we are fully aware of everything that he is doing. read more
