Despite this, the wrong part was ordered and shipped directly from Featherlite, with shipping costs charged to me. When the part arrived and I reported the issue, customer service was unhelpful. I was told I had to pay return shipping back to Grass Valley and was also charged a 20% restocking fee--even though the part was never stocked by this business and the ordering mistake was not mine. Being charged for someone else's error is not acceptable. While the dollar amount was relatively small, the lack of accountability and customer service was significant. As a result, I will not use this business again and cannot recommend it to others. If accuracy, responsibility, and customer support matter to you, proceed with caution. A simple ownership of him making a mistake, would have meant alot, instead, he charges me...... All the trailer business that I was going to refer, will go to someone else, more professional!!!
