Buyer beware!! Went through the process of buying 2 kids Honda dirt bikes from here. Asked at the start if they had markups. Was told they did not. Backed out of the deal because they had a 995$ transportation fee and 200$ assembly fee on each bike. The CRF110 was msrp 2699$ with an additional 1195$ tacked on. Almost a 45% markup. This place had our rzr for over 4 mos (last year and we still can't use it) to put a new motor in and the communication was horrendous. We've had nothing but issues with our rzr since we got it back from them and still can't use it! The turbo doesn't kick in and pops and they turned around and told us that it was a gas (why they wouldn't have drained it out when they put a new motor in is crazy, esp since they seemed to know the issue right away ‍ and of course it wasn't the issue and even charged us for it so now we're gonna have to take it to another dealer to fix! I would never recommend this place to anybody. They are complete idiots that work there. And to make matters worse we had to replace missing bolts etc. This place is a complete joke! read more

The waiting times on a fix are just horrible, it's a struggle with the staff and I'm sorry but how do you have no knowledge on the machines they sell at your job. I bought a 36 thousand dollar rzr from these guys. Horrible place to do business with. I got the thing home and it was like they never set anything up on it. The rzr crab walked down the street because they didn't align it at all. Their was loose wires the made it throw a check engine light. They told me that it's not their job to inspect the vehicles leaving their shop. This is my third rzr and most expensive. I didn't have these problems at any other shop I bought from. I'd recommend not doing business with them. There is way better shops out there that actually care about what they're selling. read more

Pulled our CanAm out to play in the snow and it went into limp mode. Made an appointment with RB Motorsports and expected to drop it off for a few days to figure out what was wrong. We were wrong! Jed immediately had us pull it around when we arrived. Johnny hooked it up and we had the error codes right away. We still expected to leave it for repairs for a few days but it was fixed the same day. Jed, Johnny and the entire team are awesome. Dustin and the crew at Red Bluff Motorsport are first-rate! I would recommend the drive down to see them over any dealer in Redding or anywhere else for that matter. They have always been fair and honest which are two characteristics missing from many businesses these days unfortunately. We have dealt with their service department in the past and were very pleased with the result. Like with any good business they are popular so don't expect to come in one day and have your biker back the next. They have a bit of a wait but seem to be working hard to get people's machines back in a timely manner. We were so pleased with our interaction that we returned to purchased a 2021 Polaris Scrambler 850 from them and they worked hard to get us the machine despite national and global supply ssues due to covid-19. They were helpful and finding the right way to make the purchase work with our budget. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to use them again in the future for some additional toys. As with any dealership beware of the details around any extras you are buying... I purchased a Ninja 300 from these guys Dustin was my salesman. No problems with the bike its amazing however..... During signing of the finance paperwork I was talked into buying a extended warranty and a "Prepaid Maintenance" plan($1200). I was moving to Sacramento so I specifically asked if I would be able to use it at any Kawasaki dealer. "Of course!" I was told "Absolutely any Kawasaki dealer in the country". So it turns out prepaid maintenance is a dealer specific product and you can only use it where you bought the bike from. So when I moved to Sacramento I was faced with losing out on 1200 bucks or driving 272 miles round trip back to Red Bluff from Sac. I called the stealership and was told there's nothing they can do and everything is explained in detail when you sign the paperwork "Your fault dummy hah!". After several phone calls they agreed to refund $780 out of $1200 and kept the other $400 as a "Admin Fee". So basically they stole $400 from me... Prepaid maintenance is a absurd idea just pay for the services as they come up it would have taken years to use that $1200 on services. They basically duped me into paying $1200 more for a motorcycle. I'll admit everything was indeed in the contract I signed, so this is of course in the end just a "Stupid Customer" as i'm sure Dustin laughed to all the other salesman selling a $5,000 bike for $7,000 hah! Good work Dustin what being a salesman is all about AMIRITE?! P.S. The dealership itself is actually great they have a really large selection and overall are very friendly. Just bring a lawyer with you when it comes to the finance paperwork. read more

I decided to go on a road trip(on my 2020 Cbr 650r) from Merced which is 4hrs away from Red Bluff and about 3hrs and 30min into the cruise I guess I drove over a bolt of screw which put a hole in my tire, I didn't notice this until I was going freeway speeds and my rear tire got wobbly. I pulled over and saw that my tire blew out. I called all kinds of tow services and no one was available. So I asked strangers passing by for help until my man Lee pulled over and brought me to uhaul where I got a trailer and truck to bring my bike to red bluff motor sports. Keep in mind this is 30min till closing time. I got my bike to them and they were able to replace my tire within 15 min and I was back on the road. The smart thing to do would've been to buy a front tire with a new rear tire but I decided not to. I also appreciate the guy helping me out for not pushing me to buy a new front tire. But yeah they got me in and out within 25min also while they're trying to close shop. They even let me walk about the shop and let me look at my bike while it was being worked on. There's a dealer in town, but their service has been so consistently poor, that I drive about 25 miles to Red Bluff for work done on my bike. As an example I had a charging problem on my V Star 1100 (quit charging after about an hour run time) and when I took it to the local dealer they said "it never did it" and charged me $35! Red Bluff technician diagnosed the problem just based on symptoms. read more

Bought Yamaha Bolt from Robert. Excellent customer service. Very pleasant to work with in trading in my BMW and got a very fair market value for it, which I used as part of the down payment for the Bolt. All accessories were ordered the next business day and arrived within 3-4 days. No charge for installation of all accessories purchased from the store, and a discount was applied to all accessories that I purchased at the same time I purchased the bike, including a discount on a new riding jacket. The staff went above and beyond their duties to install couple of after market parts that I brought in. For one part they not only modified the fender to my liking, they also called the manufacturer of the after market part to ensure proper functionally and fit. They called twice in the course of the installation to verify instead of guessing how the part should fit and function. They took their time to get it all done right while the bike was in the shop. They did not cut corners or rush the job. Not only that they only charged a fraction of the time they spent installing the two after market items I brought in! A huge saving I tell you. When the bike was done, it was exactly the way I wanted it, and then some. They made some modification suggestions that I hadn't thought of and the bike turned out better then what I had envisioned! I rode it home with a gigantic smile on my face! Yes, I have dealt with and made purchases from Yamaha dealer in Chico and Yuba City in the past. However, this was not the case with any of the individuals we interacted with at Red Bluff, whether on the phone, or in person. We drove 3 hours, past numerous other dealers, to this one and we are so happy that we did! They had a large inventory in their beautiful showroom. It was clean and inviting and we didn't have to hunt down anybody to help us. We got a very fair price on our new UTV and the buying experience could not have been more pleasant. Red Bluff Polaris was awesome! I was in the market for a new Rzr and the guys there took care of it. They gave me a great price and even took my old xp900 in on trade. I dealt with Ali in sales and Adam in finance when I made the deal. Also the owner Robert who was instrumental in getting me the Fox Edition xp1000. All of these guys where awesome and that was just the front office guys. I was initially there to get my xp900 fixed by Jed who is a great guy and I hear a great mechanic.
