My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing. I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be. read more

We traveled to Loomis and we were having trouble with our Winnebago plugging into to a 50 amp - called Cody (service manager) who was beyond kind and very helpful and told us to bring it down to have them take a look and plug it in - everything was ok in our end so it was great to be reassured we could hit the road and feel safe. I'm in the market for a new solid wall camper. And I put in a request to talk to a salesman. Mind you I taught sales and customer service for over 20 years. The guy who called me back was an absolute dick. He literally had no sales ability and turn me off to doing business with this business ever again. I will absolutely buy a trailer but not from this business. Go to Camping World or anywhere else instead of going to this business if that's the kind of jackasses that they hire. I have a low tolerance for bad customer service and this guy was absolutely the epitome. I hope he's not paid commission because if he is he's going to be in the unemployment line very soon re: Paula's erroneous and ill-based and unnecessary comment: That is not how you conduct business. You are not remembering the conversation very well IF you did sit next to him. Yes, he recommended something else. My tow capacity was 2,700 lbs. The camper was 3,600. There are PLENTY of campers that fall into the range I can tow. Again, if you and he are both this dense and obtuse, then perhaps you both shouldn't be in sales. Let me give you a piece of advice. Where do I begin? I purchased an RV from them in 2021 and a lot of the same problems were recurring. Some problems included panels coming off the walls; holes in bathroom floor; hole in floor by fridge; shower door leaked; water heater broken; water pump; toilet coming off foundation; 3 propane leaks and most importantly chassis and cab not bring connected on the left side: wrong blinds put on our RV just to name a few of our issues. When we approached them about the chassis and cab not being connected, from the manufacturer, they did not care. They in fact did not even want to do a safety check to see if the other side was connected at all. Two employees stated we should file a lemon law suit but it is too late. This company has no problem taking your money but they don't give a crap about you after. One thing for sure do not buy an RV from them as they do not stand behind what they sell. They also did not submit my Warranty forever paperwork despite me taking it there. This place truly sucks! read more

Brought my 5th wheel into RV Travel World of Roseville last week for a last minute repair before a two week trip. Not only were they extremely helpful and responsive, they were able to squeeze me in in the day of and had my trailer repaired and back to me in less than 24 hours. I purchased a New Leprechaun Class C Motorhome. The list of things we have had to be fixed before we even used it are: 1. bedroom slide - totally had to replace the whole mechanism 2. Thermostat wiring was broken so stat didn't work 3. Water heater fuse was blown because not properly de-winterized 4. Gas leak at Generator 5. Command 30 display was broken 6. Skylight above shower cracked and water damage inside 7. Frigerated door fell off while loading food 8. Cabinet doors pull off cabinets with little effort. press board cabinet facings and very small screws. 9. Mounts for ladder to bunk are uneven so ladder has to sit at angle to use. 10. Pulls for blinds pull out of wall when trying to raise/lower blinds Ugh... others that escape me... In the last 6 months, the RV has been at this dealer for 4 months total. We are still waiting for the Command 30 to be replaced under warrantee since purchase (over 6 months). I have resorted to fixing most issues myself as getting them fixed in service takes months. Last warrantee service that I had done took 2 months delay for appointment and was in service for 5 weeks. The people that work here are very nice, but promises are made that never happen and the quality of their products are questionable at best. The service department cannot keep up with all the issues coming in and the workmanship is sub-par in my opinion. The Ford E450 platform is however a shining star, this part is exceptional. Ride is great and it handles and pulls great also. My opinion, do NOT buy from this dealership. You want a dealer that stands behind their product and corrects issues in a timely manner. read more

I've been writing this review for a few days now. I want anyone and everyone that is looking to rent or even thinking of renting an RV to come to RV Travel World. Their manager, Selah (and everyone for that matter) is so customer service-oriented, HONEST, just straight NICE- they treat you like family right off the bat! When I was just searching for quotes and I didn't yet commit to renting from them- I was very open about looking at other companies- Selah looked at what I had received from other companies and did a comparison on what they could and couldn't offer/ match. Needless to say, there were a lot of hidden fees that the other companies had which RV Travel World did not. They're transparent with all of their fees and it's very reasonably priced. As a single mom, I have to be frugal and I was super ecstatic that I could actually afford something like this to do with the kids! This was the very first time that I was renting an RV for camping, and I was very intimidated. Selah and Kyle -#1 were SOOOO PATIENT with me and my questions! A tip that I would highly recommend for first timers is when they're explaining in how to work everything- record them and ask as many questions as you can while recording! When we were on our trip, I referred to the recordings MANY times over! When we got back, the easy return process was just THAT! SUPER EASY! You pay it with the fees but after a long vacation, the last thing I wanted to do was clean the RV. Of course, don't trash it, but scrubbing and sanitizing it was not something I was looking forward to, so there you go! Lol As I said, everything was outlined and we had zero hidden fees. I cannot recommend RV Travel World anymore than I already do and they will be the ONLY place we rent - and maybe one day...purchase- from! We had a great experience when we took our new Heartland Cyclone for warranty work. David, the manager, John and Alex were outstanding to work with. They diagnosed the problems and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. We were fortunate that they were able to get us in much quicker than other RV repair shops. We went to RV Travel ready to purchase a new RV. We worked with Paula. She told us she can waive delivery fee then changed her story in front of the owner Jamie. We both looked at each other in disbelief. Then she mentioned that unlike other dealers they don't run your credit down (we both recall her referencing 54-pts). But they ran our credit down by 56-pts in a day. When I called her the next day, she didn't believe me, told me it's only one point drop and it never drops more. They have no respect for people's credit score and think customers are fools who misheard them each time. So we canceled our purchased as a result of this experience. Reason why only 3 stars is because I had so many issues with this RV dealership. The Keystone Springdale RV is awesome, no issues with the actual RV. My issues were with the service and sales area. First with the service particularly with the brake controller installer they hire that supposedly has been doing this for 20 years or so. Basically he blew out fuses on my tow vehicle and yanked some wires he wasn't supposed to also. I drove it off the parking lot and the engine would not get out of 1st gear. I almost drove it on the freeway and could have blown my engine or caused an accident. They had to take it to the Nissan dealer to repair and correct the issue. At least they paid for the fix, but I didn't even get a, "I'm sorry for that" or anything just, "Okay it's fixed come pick it up!". How they said they made up for it was that I told them they need to bring me my pathfinder and RV together to show that it's safe for me and my family to travel with it. They didn't suggest it but agreed that it was the right thing to do. It was just a pain and they wouldn't discount the $500 price tag they charged me for the installation for the brake controller. On the customer service side, Randy, the sales guy told me that the New RV was in when it really wasn't. I had been waiting more than 3 months for the RV so I was patient but telling me it's there when it wasn't was just bad. I told him he shouldn't tell customers that their RV is there until he himself can touch it and then call the customer. I had to wait another week for it get there. Might not be an issue for you if the RV is already there though. After all that I went through I wanted to talk to the Manager, Doug and he was very willing to not accept any responsibility and told me, "What do you want!, you have the RV and your SUV is repaired. What else you want, Money?". I didn't want money I just wanted an apology after all the hassle I went through. Reason why I didn't go down to 1 star was today I got a call from Thomas, one of the managers, and he was very sorry for all that happened. I'm thinking he got the customer service review I gave to Keystone from their dealership and they contacted him to reach out to me and make things right. He was very nice and wanted to see if there was maybe service he could make up for it. He did give me a sincere apology and that is why I brought it up to 3 stars. Would I recommend this dealership for your RV? Maybe. Try to see if the RV you want is there and don't try to get something that needs to get ordered or you'll wait a very long time. Basically, it seemed like their motto is like, here is your RV, let me charge you some things you don't really need (brake controller is needed though) like a hitch ball mount that I already had and would have worked but they got a new expensive one, and don't let the door slam your backside. If something happens be prepared to see no responsibility coming from them. Will it change now that Thomas is working on fixing my issues? Highly unlikely, but thumbs up to him for at least caring even if he was pressured by Keystone. Sorry for the long review. read more

It's been a long five long weeks since we took our trailer in for a few warranty items, she's brand new, (4 months new) I've been so frustrated by no parts and no trailer and two cancelled trips. In all the frustration and disappointment there a was a ray of sunshine his name is Dave, he's the Service manager at RV Travel World in Rocklin, no matter the disappointing news he had to deliver, he called, he was honest, empathetic and took the time to listen to my frustrations. Nice maybe pay their bills but does not pay our. buyer, we are out to look for the best deal. Not to give our money away. Things are starting to get more expensive in this country of ours. If your looking for a no pressure honest salesman, please ask for Randy. I have now bought 2 travel trailers from this place and I will always use Randy when I upgrade. I have texted him about random things about my trailer after I've bought it and he always gets back to me. My kids still ask for him. Paula Hill, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the RV industry and guided us through the process with her expertise. The other members of the staff showed us the same courteous and professional service. We came away knowing we would have the support of this establishment throughout the ownership of our trailer. What we most liked, is the "forever" warranty. So long as we have the "annual" required maintenance done, our rig will be covered for as long as we own the unit. If you buy from RV Travel World do not expect honesty or integrity from the service department. It took 15 months, complaint filed and investigated by the BAR and filing a court case to get the issues resolved. From not knowing how to repair a slide, (I ordered parts from BAL for them to install) to getting the run around about a window shade that was missing at purchase. Complete nightmare. Dave the service manager will tell you he will call you back he wont. Faith the parts manager stated that the shade was not a warranty item and they were doing me a favor. They ordered the wrong shade from a company called HDR. They didn't take the time to read the website and see that they ordered the retail shade and not the manufacturer shade. 2 different shades. I sent 2 written letters to the owner Jamie Cordero with no response. Kevan the operation manager saying that I called Dave a crook which was not true, She didn't comprehend the email I sent. The final response from the BAR was "Good to hear Mark... glad they finally followed through with something that should have been handled many months ago." Best buying experience I have ever had. I felt so happy and satisfied with my purchase. The customer service was above and beyond the competition. It's so rare in this time and age to find such a honest and talented company. They even watched my puppy while me and my family did the walk through. They make sure your rv is in perfect mechanical working condition and everything does what it is supposed to. After shopping around at most of the dealers in the area we walked into rvtw with a pretty good idea of what we wanted but still had little knowledge about different brands. We met Troy Hill who was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the differences while making available different models and expertly explaining the different nuances. His no pressure assistance helped guide us to what we had been wanting. Once we decide we got to meet Melina who graciously spent a week checking different institutions to get us the best rate. This resulted in a much lower interest rate than we had anticipated and saved us about 50$ a month which is much appreciated. But it didn't end there. When we went to pick up or new trailer we were given an amazing class on how to use ever feature that came with the trailer along with expert suggestions of do's and don'ts that left us very confident we would be able to use our trailer to the fullest extent possible. Huge thank you. Last but not least the sales staff gave us a great discount on all the starter goodies we would need to travel successfully ie, cords, hoses, and even a rear facing camera that made a world of difference when trying to change lanes and backing up. We then went home got our dogs and headed to the hills for an experience that exceeded everything we had hoped for. I even called in sick to work so we could extend our stay an extra day! So for everyone involved in helping use achieve or goals THANK YOU SO MUCH! All of the staff went above and beyond to get us to the point we felt comfortable and ready to drive away and when we mentioned that some of the weather stripping had come loose, they immediately not only repaired the issue- but re-cocked the entire thing! Luis Ibarra was the staff member we spent the most time with, and he was hands down, one of the most knowledgeable and gregarious individuals. His expertise as well as his personality, allowed for us to ask questions and to make sure we are more than equipped for our new "Home away from home." Our purchase experience was great (Byron and Troy) was very helpful and honest and upfront about the whole process. We purchased from the Rancho Cordova location but chose to use the Roseville location for servicing because it is close to our home. David with the service department has been outstanding along with his technicians. Turn around time was quick for some warranty and misc repair work. The main reason for this review is how the service dept saved our Xmas trip. The evening before the trip, we were done loading our fifth wheel and noticed one of our slides would not close..man I was pissed, brand new freaking trailer! Contacted David the following morning, he had a technician come out right away and had our slide repaired and saved our trip. That is customer service! Our last two rvs were Forest River and had no warranty issues, this new Keystone product is scaring us with the build quality but we have faith with this service dept that we are in good hands. read more

Bummer. Drove 45 minutes down here to see a trailer they had advertised on their website. Called ahead of time, had our pre-approval in hand ready to purchase when they said they accidentally put the trailer for the wrong price on their website. "Somehow" it was 8K cheaper on their website and they said the best they could do is $800 off of the MSRP (no thanks) and Doug wouldn't even come out to talk to us about price after all of that. We took our trailer in for the annual inspection and it's been there for 3 weeks since we e heard anything finally got a hold of someone last week and had to followup again this week. Still waiting on parts. When we call for Service, no one is ever there and we have left messages but no call back.We've learned to call the Sales department to reach someone. Sales will always answers. We've had good service the first year but something has definitely changed. We picked up our trailer and the floor was filthy.Black boot prints all over. Honestly, I take good care of my trailer and I get it back dirty. The rep said next time I bring it in they'll wash it inside and out. Having no luck finding a correct part online for our trailer I took a chance per reviews and made the drive to RV Travel World. Was greeted immediately by a nice guy by the name of Luis "parts specialist". Not only was he willing to look at all the stuff I brought to help figure out what I needed but he had what I needed and more in stock and took great care explaining what I needed to do to install it. Definitely a "parts specialist" in my eyes. Will definitely be a return customer. Also easy on and off the freeway. Especially with a trailer. Well worth the drive. We had service work done from them. On the surface they seem nice and helpful. They worked with a manager from our 5th wheel manufacturer. We had 37 issues (we did not buy our trailer from them) and they said they fixed the issues. They had it for over 2 months. Some of the stuff got fixed, they replaced our slide roofs and that looks nice, but we still have a lot of the same problems. For example, we had a leak at the back of our toilet (clean water) so they replaced our entire toilet bowl with one that doesn't line up correctly, comes loose, lets water dripping build up underneath it until it's full and starts leaking dirty toilet water all over our floor. They fixed our door on the back to 'close enough' and water still comes in. Didn't even replace the ripped seal around it. Ugh. I would not return to them for service. So many problems and most are still here. What a waste of them having it for 2 months. read more

We just recently purchased our second fifth wheel from RV Travel World (the first one was totalled), the reason we are a repeat customer is the customer service we received. These are not small purchases and when we had an issue on our first trailer they handled it without hassle and quickly. When we pre ordered our second trailer it took several months for it to come from production, they kept us Troy kept us informed every step of the way. Even in the beginning he took his time to make sure we could look through all the models and pick them apart to make sure we ordered the right one. Talk about patience. With both of the trailers we have had we have worked with Alex on taking care of all the quirks we encountered along the way. Through all of this they really have gone above and beyond what I would expect any "dealership" would provide. I feel they take the time to know their customer and take care of them well before and after the paperwork is done. Hopefully we are set with our forever trailer now, but they will be the one dealer we purchase from and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

This trailer is built poor. On the second trip out the bath tub leaked and flooded the whole underbelly to a point it was sagging. Apparently the bathtub drain came apart or was never connected. On the same trip half of the plastic sheeting under the trailer flew off. I took trailer in an they "fixed" bathtub but had to order plastic sheeting, called months later and the service guy said he didn't know why it didn't come in and would check on it, never called back. So I called back after 2 months and "oh yes it's in" but didn't bother to call and let me know. They are booking at the end of June(2 months out) on something that was a problem 5 months ago. I discovered it is now leaking at the red and blue connectors to the sink(always has been but couldn't figure out why a little water was always pooling at bottom of cabinet even though the plumbing underneath the sink wasn't leaking. It's because it's leaking from the water hose connections and behind a wall. They still don't care and can't get it in until the end of June. They have no regard in taking care of existing customers who bought a brand new trailer through them in a timely fashion. Will never buy from them again. read more

Bought this 2020 trailer late in 2019 and had issues ever since. There's always something wrong with this trailer and the service Dept takes forever to get things done. Knobs falling off, every time we drive somewhere the floor is covered in sawdust. Not sure why. Last August (2020) my air conditioner kept popping the breaker while I was at one of my races in Buttonwillow CA 105 degrees. Had to call mobile RV service to fix. Wire was barely tightened down and this was after a recent service check with RV travel world. Now it's winter and my heater is now not working. They moved their service Dept to Rancho Cordova which is 45 mins from me and they're booked out until mid February 2021. Not sure when I'll if ever be able to use this trailer with no issues.
