First time using a service like this (garage door tune up). Saw an offer for $89.00. I asked the tech the price, he said $199.00. Asked about the offer. His reply was that was only for grease on the rollers. That was a lie, I had the wrong company offer, did not know that at the time. There was a 10% off coupon as well, which he let me use. The total was $189.00. He was done in less than 6 mins. Did some research and found what a basic garage door tune up consist of and what I found was no way he could have done in 6 mins. Despite the job being unfinished, they withdrew money from my account without any notification, authorization confirmation, or verifying that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, but there has been no accountability or effort to correct the problems. We needed our garage fixed asap and yes they did come through fast but ultimately they overcharged for their services and did not actually fix the garage door. We still cannot open the garage door and they told us it might be a belt issue but won't even come back to see if that is truly the issue. They only replaced the springs and alignment of the door and charged an arm and a leg for it. Do NOT recommend!!!! read more

Mike was very rude when he installed both my garage doors in 2022. He blocked my cell number so i couldnt call him about any warranty issues. I tried emailing him when i noticed the issues but he never responded. He doesnt list his address on his invoices for fear of client visits once he has screwed them over. As you can see his invoices say 5 year warranty on all parts and he told me today he will not honor anything he has done for me. one of the doors is missing a strut on the top of it and has created a crimped part that connects the door opener to the door. He even told me " i know what we do to realtors" and went on google with two 1 star reviews and no comments about me. Funny is this has nothing to do with real estate and google will take it down eventually. At least this review is the REAL DEAL. 1) Showed up 1 hour late to consultation. 2) Attempted to delay scheduled service by 17 hours. 3) Were not willing release the deposit after they broke the terms listed in the signed service contract. Nowhere in the mentioned service contract is it mentioned that this deposit is non-refundable. 4) Threatened to place a lien on my property after I informed them I'd speak to my bank about retrieving the previously mentioned withheld deposit. Very dishonest people!!! I wrote them a check for over $600 in advance of the work. I found out it was ONLY A SENSOR that needed adjustment NOT A WHILE new opener unit as their technician stated. Called the same day to cancel and ask for my check and they have refused to return my money . Claimed that can't return the part ! Hummm ... can't use it with other customers ??? BEWARE. My garage spring broke last night all of sudden. I called the 24/7 Garage door number and a man answered, very polite. He said it would be $29.00 for the service fee and the guy would come out between 7:30 am and 8:30 am. The guy arrived at 8:00 am and recommended having both springs changed because they are old and the other one would soon break. He was very courteous and very informative. I asked how much to replace both springs and the estimate of $165.00 plus the service fee. I approved and he and his helper were very quick, neat and made an adjustment to the garage door to open and close smoothly. I am very satisfied with the work and price. Called late on a Sunday evening. Broken spring and door would not budge for a teacher who has to be out tomorrow for a full day of teaching and meet the Teacher night. Service technician was out within an hour, completely fixed in 30 minutes, and was kind, courteous, and professional. Let me just say that this has not been a good experience. The way the technician connected this garage door opener has been causing problems and we've only had it for about 6 months. I see from the other reviews that the response from the company is to devalue the customers reviews with excuses. Let me tell you those customers are absolutely correct. We called the company to inform them of the issue we were having and the guy Mike (if that's his true name) was rude and almost yelling at my husband and I that it was not their fault but the builder's. His customer service was down right nasty. I would think he would say they would send someone to look at it but all he could do was yell and say it wasn't their issue contact the builder. We had no issues with the garage door before they installed this motor unit. Save your money with this place. Like others have said we now have to call another company to fix their mess. When I went to my garage this morning, I found a broken spring on my garage door and could not get the door open or our cars out. So I called 24-7 Garage Door, found them on a google search. Anyway, David came in about an hour and fixed the door in 15 minutes. It was just a matter of replacing the spring, I could not believe how easy it was to fix. It's all about having the right part and the right tools. I paid $278 for the part and labor, and probably could have paid less by shopping around, but when something like this happens, and you can't get to work, you don't have time to shop around. This is a long read and I hate that I'm leaving it because I hate leaving negative reviews but... "Loved that they showed up in a mask, as safety is number one right now! Yes, of course I get that and they did. I'd like to start off by saying that the issue isn't really with Mike but who he dispatched out to me after hours on a Monday. Mike was very prompt in responding and doing as he said. But he had the dispatch guy call me and I had a very hard time understanding his name because he spoke in a very low tone. I think maybe Sal or Saul?? He promptly arrives, very professional and appeared very professional as he gazed around my garage door taking notes with his pen, so I thought. He proceeded to quote me $650 for repairs that I could not really understand what was what, for one because he was wearing his mask (thank you) and for two, because again, his very low tone. But I heard a list of things that needed to be done to get my garage back right and that it would be 2 hours minimum maybe even longer to fix. When I about flipped out he tells me in his soft tone that I need to consider that it is also after hours. Of course I get that it's after hours but really??!! And it was 9pm on a Monday night. Not too terribly late and not even a weekend. My call to MIke started around 8pm. So when I told him that there was no way in the world I could afford that he then asked me "well how much money do you have?" That right there shocked me!! But by this time I'm freaking out because it's now 9:00 pm and I'm worried about leaving my garage open all night. So I tell him that all I have is $200. He tells me to hold on and it seems he starts texting someone so I assume he is getting permission from Mike on what my $200 will cover so after 5 minutes of waiting he says that he can get the garage closed for me for the night but that's about it, it won't be operational cause from what I could understand under the mask is that basically everything needs to be replaced. I almost agreed to the $200 just to get the door shut for the night but thankfully my mother came out at this time and after giving her a brief run down she talked me out of it. So I told him never mind and thank you for coming out but that I couldn't really afford the $200 either. He was kind about it but then asked me if Mike told me about the $29 after hours fee. And honestly, in the two brief phone calls that I had with Mike once when I initially called and then when he returned my call because he found someone to come out he never mentioned the $29 service call fee. But he was texting again and Mike must have confirmed he failed to mention the service fee because he didn't give me a hard time about it and he left. I would have gladly paid it if I hadn't just felt like I was punched in the throat. And, also because he left his service book and pens behind on a table in my garage. The entire service book had no written notes on it. Only a small business card attached had writing on the back but with someone else's address not mine. I don't think he was ever jotting any notes down when he gazed around my garage door. So, sadly I had to sleep with my garage halfway open all night. However, this morning I searched Craigslist and found the most wonderful garage repair guy. He came within 2 hours. Only had to replace one small part, did an alignment, adjusted my spring and lubricated everything for a whopping price of $85! read more

This is not a reliable company. I called them to come out and telsir my door. They did that right away. One day later a part broke. I called them and the only thing is I willl be there by noon (Friday). Here comes Saturday ( same thing). Finslly,12:30 comes around and still no tech. I call the company and tech finally comes after 3:00 p.m. He come and has nothing to fix my door with. Since its Saturday he say he can't come back until Monday. Monday has come and gone and it is now Wednesday at 12:26 p.m. I have not heard from AANYONE. I only go off of what they are telling me. If you tell me a time that is what's expected.
