Abiel was responsive and one of the few vendors who provided me an estimate ahead of time. I provided several photographs and explained exactly what we need. He scheduled a tech to come out the same day who promptly showed up within the promised 2 hr window. The tech confirmed the work and Abiel honored his initial estimate, which one of the most reasonable price. The garage track was fixed and worked perfectly. I asked for a quote thru YELP after a spring broke on my garage door. I did this because the company that repaired my neighbors door last year I felt over charged him at $700 for two springs. As I expected my neighbor was over charged badly. Control Garage quoted my $345 for both springs to be replaced on my wooden garage door. Then when Elvis came out he advised my springs were custom and would need to be replaced with custom springs. I though oh here it comes... But the additional costs was only $30 to my surprise. He returned the next day and replaced with the custom springs. Elvis was very polite, did a very nice job and arrived on time for both visits. I fully recommend these guys. read more

We had a terrible collison on our garage wall that affected the garage, and because of that, we've had our garage open for several days, which we were not comfortable with. Last minute, we were told by the folk who fixed our wall that they couldn't handle the garage as previously expected, so here we were at day 4 scrambling to find a reliable garage repair person. We had received some quotes from others on this app that seemed to be very inconsistent, and then, most companies were not even available during the weekend, much less on a Subday which meant yet another few days of having our garage open. We took a stab and decided last minute and searched Yelp for a same day job, put out a job request, and within 30 minutes on a Sunday, I believe Abiel or Mike took the call, no pressure to sell, just basically informed us that they can take a look at it and possible get it done same day. Within 2 hours, one of their technicians Elvis showed up. I was a little doubtful that he would be able to get the job done all by himself, because a few days back, we had two men struggling to get the garage door out of the way for the wall job. Elvis gave me a very competitive quote, took his time to explain everything he would do, and within 2 hours, our garage was back to functioning - he also advised on changing iut our rolkers which i did a quick reaserch on and he wa spot on with the suggestion. He also showed up with material, so that was not even an issue. It's always a huge sense of relief for homeowners, when you find a legit, straight forward, no gimmicks, reliable, and knowledge team. Quick response and quote, however the tech said we needed a new unit when the problem was a loose screw which my husband discovered when the tech accidentally hit the loose screw. Turns out I was charged $75 to basically tighten a screw when they told me I needed a new unit. They did offer me a warranty on the screw work, so that's something I guess. read more
