From the very beginning, Dawn and Patrick (the owner) were incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They always answered the phone, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and completed the work on time so I could return my leased vehicle before the due date. To make matters worse, although the other driver was at fault, I discovered that they only carried $10,000 in insurance coverage, which wasn't enough to fully cover the repairs. As a result, I had to pay some of the costs myself. Patrick went above and beyond to help me keep those expenses as low as possible. He carefully evaluated the damage, performed additional testing, and was able to save and repair some parts rather than replacing them unnecessarily, which saved me money without compromising the quality of the repair. I spoke with Raymond and he took the time to listen to my worries and then explained everything to me without any rush. He helped me out with getting a great towing service because my cars radiator and hoses died so the car was undriveable. He quoted me a price about 2-2.5x's cheaper than the dealership I was going to get work from. I also used that dealership about a week prior when they did diagnostics on it (before the radiator blew) because my car was shaking. So the dealership charged me an arm an a leg and the car still shook, then they tried to have me come back to fix other "potential" issues. Thanks to Raymond and his team, they did their own diagnostics and found that the wheels weren't balanced which the dealership said they had done. Raymond also documented the issue so I can bring it to the dealership as proof and reimbursement. From the point of view of honesty, I told Raymond all the issues the dealership said I had with the car and MFK Auto could have charged me a ton or made up things that weren't an issue. Instead they told me what was going on as well as the wheels weren't balanced, they corrected the issue at a minor cost without coming up with other issues that I never had. They will be the repair shop I will go to in the future when needed and will recommend them 100%. Thank you for your fair prices, great work and as important your honesty.

The estimate was beyond fair and the owner was thoughtful and kind. My mother had just passed, so my ability to find time to bring my car in was limited. He graciously accommodated me and had me out of the garage in an hour. As other reviewers online have noted, the waiting room is immaculate and they offer snacks and WiFi while you wait. When he was finished, he recommended an additional service that wasn't needed imminently, but one to keep in mind for the not-so-distant future given the mileage on my car. This will now be my go-to mechanic to help keep my old jalopy up and running.

Warning: Do Not Trust This Repair Shop!…read more Yesterday, our 2009 Toyota Camry would not start and several warning lights were on. We brought the car in for inspection and repair. The shop told us that the alternator and fan belt needed to be replaced. They also said the battery was still at 65% and was fine (just needed charging or not replaced). We agreed to replace only the alternator and fan belt for now, and they charged us $1,400. Today we picked up the car -- and the warning lights were STILL on. We immediately drove it back and asked them to check it again. This time, they told us another part needed to be replaced and it would cost another $1,400. We decided not to move forward with more repairs at this time. Then they told us the battery was dead and had to jump-start the car for us to drive away -- even though yesterday they said the battery was fine. This whole experience feels dishonest and unprofessional. We paid $1,400 and the original problem was not even fixed. Now they are asking for another $1,400 and suddenly the battery is "dead." This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this repair shop.

I have almost no words here for the amazing job they did. My quote was replied to within 5 minutes, everything was explained and the service requested was fulfilled to a T. Communication was clear, on time arrival, and transparency above all which was great. Things were explained in detail and solutions were definitely provided. The job done was amazing. My bumper looks as new and they even fixed other things they saw in the process that they didn't really need to fix but they did so anyway. Sam was very responsive, and Steve (his son) very nice guy. Great business and definitely recommend. My bumper was holding on with tape and clips were broken which they fixed up and put the bumper back on. I removed the tape and goo with goo gone and they helped with everything else! After accidentally denting the door jamb of my brand new car with a Stanley cup (be careful with those!), I was worried it would be a costly and time-consuming repair. Sam and Steve of 24/7 Mobile Auto Body just left my house after repairing some damage I did to my KIA Stinger when I backed into my son's car in our driveway. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the repair looked. As my wife remarked, the repaired side actually looks better than the other side where no damage was done. Sam was amazing! Our company USA Auto Movers ships privately owned vehicles from New England to Florida daily. Unfortunately a small mishap occured on a vehicle in transit, the customer called us and our policy is to have an estimate and repair done at a local dealer.
