After providing my credit card information on three separate occasions, I was contacted at 9:00 p.m. because the office had apparently lost my card information yet again. I expressed my frustration and asked why my card information continued to be misplaced when there had been no issues with the card itself. Rather than addressing my concerns, the owner became hostile and told me to "shut the f*** up." He then stated that I needed to resolve the payment immediately before a police report would be filed for nonpayment. Everyone can have a bad day, but losing a customer's payment information multiple times and then responding with profanity and threats is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before doing business here.

I told her that I ordered on 8/7/2026 and she said she has no record of it and her FIRST response before I can even get a word in was "you need to put in another request or get priced at the current price". I said NOOOOO...you should honor the price. Then came the truly ridiculous part: Linda suggested I "check my tank" because maybe their driver had already delivered the oil. Yes, apparently this company has drivers randomly cruising around filling people's tanks for free with no payment or authorization whatsoever. When I questioned that she assured me that could happen. Long story short... There was no mystery oil delivery. There was simply no delivery, they saw that the price jumped up and they did not want to honor it! I previously quality audited call center calls for a large corporation (yes they do really listen) and would never allow that type of service! Let's pretend he was telling the truth about voicemail, why would I want to do business with a company that's not in the 21st century?! I was in contract with them and had a decent rate for a year, contract ended and then they shot me up to the highest rate they possibly could (higher than the highest any other provider had and higher than the standard rates by the Eversource). I didn't cancel in time, which is my fault so I ate the cost, didn't complain and paid the bill. The day I received that bill I called them and cancelled which was almost 4 weeks before my next meter read. A month later I get a bill (with Public Power being the provider) with that same insanely high rate. I called them and they said it could take 1-2 billing cycles to remove me from their billing. Long story short, they are holding me hostage to this rate until they decide to get to my name on a list and work with Eversource to remove me. In my opinion, this is terrible business and a terrible way to treat customers. There is no reason why this process cant be expedited, b/c customers shouldn't be held hostage to your ridiculous rates if they are out of contract and ask to be removed within a reasonable amount of time.
