We like to support small businesses! I recently had an odor coming from my bathroom. We didn't know where the smell was coming from. We initially thought it was the toilet, so we removed the toilet entirely and covered the hole. I found Jimmy's Plumbing and called him directly. He made the time to come over next business day even though he had a full day of work scheduled. As soon as he entered the bathroom he checked our walls for soft spots, looked in our cabinets for leaks, etc. He also checked the hole where the toilet was. He knew exactly where the smell was coming from, the overflow in the bathtub. He gave us his suggestions for getting rid of the smell and then said to add a new rubber gasket and seal it. He did suggest that the flange needed to be replaced because the original one was old and therefore, we could be have issues with leaks/smell. In the end, Jimmy was very knowledgeable and thorough! Our daughter yanked the shower handle off and water was just leaking everywhere. We needed service pretty late in the afternoon, but Jose answered the call and got to work right away. He was very honest, helpful, and a great communicator. They got the job done by the evening and it saved us so much time. We have two teens and a two year old, so we really appreciated the extra effort they put in to get it done for us within a day. I had noticed that water was making its way up through my vinyl planks in one of our bathrooms near our toilet. Jose was the only plumber that is also licensed to install flooring, so of course I went with him. Nothing better than having to deal with one person/company for all of your needs. Jose responded within an hour of my message on Yelp and was able to schedule me in the next morning. Said he would be at my house at 9am and arrived promptly at 8:55am ready to go. I showed him the floor and gave him the scope of the job. The quote he provided me just by looking at what was needed was in fact the price I paid when everything was said and done! I submitted my Yelp request and I had right away Jimmy's Plumbing called in no time and I had great feedback from the owner of Jimmy's, Mr Jose and yes this gentleman here is an amazing person! Why is he amazing? Because I pretty much knew the basic problem and when Jose looked at the problem he actually told me the Truth of the issue. He did not embellish it He did not add on any unnecessary BS! Bottom line he did not take advantage of me. He show me what he was going to do and that's what he did. Oh and his quote was the best! I don't do a lot of reviews but I felt compelled to put in a review for Jimmy. Jimmy did a great job at my house, he was very easy to talk to and very easy to set the appointment up. Every time I called or texted he was quick to reply. I can tell he's very experienced and does a good job at a fair price. I had a backed up toilet and the plunger and auger just didn't do the job. Jimmy was there on time, got the work done efficiently and in a timely manner. The price was actually a little less than expected because he didn't have to do any snaking. I received response right away and Jose called and came out within the hour. He was courteous and friendly. A part had to be ordered as the water filter company did not install this part which caused a whole lot of problems which Jose was able to unclog drain, hook up the water and dishwasher.
