Who you gonna call? Nope, not Ghostbusters. And especially not when you have lock problems. Contacted 24/7 Supertech Locksmith Services through the Yelp app, after "fixing the front door locks" ended up on my honey-do-list today. "Happy wife, happy life." After requesting a quote, the owner Raymond reached out in a few minutes, and an hour later, his cousin came over and I could check off the door lock change from the list. Wow what service! Called in bcs stupid me, I locked my keys within the car AND we don't have a spare... they quoted me $65 and a 20 mins wait. No big deal. Carmon is truly a life saver. He was honest and held integrity. He gave me a set price. He was quick and efficient. Since I bought my car was used, he explained to me how there were already previously 8 keys on the system. Thankfully he knows how to factory reset. I CAN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH. I broke my key fob because I spilled water on it and also my keys were crushed at the bottom of my luggage. I snowboard and hike a lot so there were times where my keys were too frozen to unlock. I'm so happy that I have a key fob now that works. He also gifted me a metal key so that if I do outdoor adventures I'm not scared to get it wet. PLEASE REQUEST FOR CARMON!! Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. He can go right ahead and provide a screenshot, but it will have been doctored. Untrustworthy, rude and condescending. As men often are to women. What can I expect from you? Surprising how many in the area claim to be 24/7 but aren't available weekends. Carmon is fantastic. Arrived in 30 minutes on a late Saturday afternoon. Took care of removing a badly damaged deadbolt on a security door due to a break-in that I could not remove myself. Repaired the damage to the door and installed the replacement in minutes. Purchased new doors from Master Caftsmen windows and Doors for a cool 10 grand... With that said you would think that when you go to lock your doors they would lock with no issues right??? Well they didn't, so we called 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and they came out right away to handle the issue. While in the doors the locksmith tells me that the company who installed the doors (Master Craftsmen) installed the lock cylinder upside down. 24/7 Supertech locksmith's took all of 5 mins to take care issue and they were gone. Great company, I currently Airbnb my home and the last guest broke the lock. my cleaning crew wasn't able to close the house, I immediately looked for a locksmith and Carmon returned my call within mins. He was at my house in less than 10 mins. he removed my old Brocken lock and installed a new one. I asked the next day if he was able to go to Home Depot and get me a lockbox so we can leave outside for future guests he told me no problem and once again within an hour my job was fixed. Cam of Supertech 24/7 Got his name from high recc's on NextDoor. Excellent communication, prompt texts, communicates when on his way, when arriving, when scheduling. Shows up on time. Estimates were completely in-line with other competitors (not more, not less) for doing re-keying, rotating deadbolts, and installing a new locking handle. Was able to provide an accurate estimate, work was done promptly. Could have done the job same day but needed him to order an extra knob so had him come back. As soon as the service is over, you will be asked to take out your cell phone and immediately post a positive review on Google. DO NOT DO IT. We lost our key for about a week looked everywhere finally decided we needed to call someone we called them and that same morning they sent someone immediately out I had to go drop my son off and they were very patient and waited for me to return from School drop off he fixed the car was very polite.
