I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car while at the gym. Usually I can get in my trunk but maybe my key fob battery was low. I found this company on yelp and he let me know he can get me into the car but I would have to be able to open the trunk from there which was no problem. We he came in 15 mins (10 mins earlier than expected) and used his tools to unlock my car. I am so happy we were able to do this in such short time. His name is Carmon and he charged me $120 which was better than my other option. My first option was to have my card towed to the dealership & they would have to unlock it there. When I proceeded to have the tow truck come, I called my dealership (it's Friday) and they said they would have it done by Monday. My house keys were also in there so this was not a good option. Thankfully I could call a locksmith to help me and I give this business 100 stars! amazing quick service and not too bad $120 is a small price to pay for how relieved I feel. This team is amazing!!! I needed a very last minute service with several door knobs and locks which needed to be replaced. They were available same day almost immediately and took care of several replacements of very old hardware, as well as key changes for a few others. I Was locked out of my car, Carmon answered my request came within 30 minutes unlocked my car and made me a duplicate key it was great quality with a 2 in 1 key and remote for the same price. I've been very rushed and forgetful this past month due to moving then immediately helping two friends also move, consequently locking my keys inside my car for the first time in maybe 20 years! I panicked a little (okay, a LOT. I also locked my spare key in my car and this happened at 4:30am) then scanned yelp for a reasonably priced lock out service. I messaged 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and requested a quote after seeing their good reviews. Crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. Raymond responded and took my info. Once I provided my address, Carmon called and said he would arrive in about an hour and would contact me on the way. He arrived in less than an hour, messaged me on the way and was cheerful, professional and got my car door opened very quickly much to my relief!! My name is Anthony and I drive and have driven a Lexus for many years. Many models with different key set ups but mostly a GS. Loosing all the keys and needing a new one can be a pain and expensive. Locksmiths are like attorneys, you don't like them until you need one. I had the pleasure to have Roy. My 2015 was done to one key and it broke and was able jump the key and that eventually stopped working. I kinda had an attitude with Roy the locksmith (I was having a bad week, but doesn't make my attitude correct) I thought he was trying to get me for a high price. Then when I calmed down a second ,(again, it was me with the attitude) we talked a minuet and he gave me a very fair price. Called 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and explained the situation. Extremely small job; I realized the padlock on the side gate to the yard was stuck and the gardener was coming tomorrow. Las Vegas seems full of rude condescending locksmiths that can't communicate or behave professionally. The prices are unrealistic and the communication isn't satisfactory. They seem to be under the impression that simply stating "we charge $65 just to come out." Is sufficient customer service. After waiting ages. He can go right ahead and provide a screenshot, but it will have been doctored. Untrustworthy, rude and condescending. As men often are to women. What can I expect from you? Purchased new doors from Master Caftsmen windows and Doors for a cool 10 grand... With that said you would think that when you go to lock your doors they would lock with no issues right??? Well they didn't, so we called 24/7 Supertech Locksmith and they came out right away to handle the issue. While in the doors the locksmith tells me that the company who installed the doors (Master Craftsmen) installed the lock cylinder upside down. 24/7 Supertech locksmith's took all of 5 mins to take care issue and they were gone. Great company, I currently Airbnb my home and the last guest broke the lock. my cleaning crew wasn't able to close the house, I immediately looked for a locksmith and Carmon returned my call within mins. Estimates were completely in-line with other competitors (not more, not less) for doing re-keying, rotating deadbolts, and installing a new locking handle. He went out of his way to help me get the car started at the dealership, and I remembered that. Recently I had an issue at my business with a commercial mortise that broke. It's not a cheap part, and he replaced it for $800. But what stood out most was how much time he put into figuring out the real problem. He came out three different times to diagnose it, on his own time, without nickel and diming me. It turned out the door had bigger issues from the original install. It was missing parts, which was causing it not to latch correctly. After some back and forth, Mike came back out again, replaced the missing parts for free, and made sure the door was working perfectly. That says a lot. Mike clearly cares about his work, his customers, and his reputation. I'm really glad I met him, and I'd recommend Winged Key Lock & Safe to anyone who wants someone honest and dependable.

He told me that as a small business owners he often gets riddled with scammers wanting to take him for a ride for his services and even his hard earned pay. He's an honest more than halfway decent hard working American who deserves business from customers.

Worst experience ever. The guy arrived and went to work right away. Off that bat, he seemed like he…read moredidn't care and was in a rush to get to another job. Ended up damaging my brand new door, door frame and the lock was installed crooked. He knew he fucked up and tried to act like it was all minor. When he pointed out the damaged door, he said my door was brand new material that he's never seen before. All crap! Not true. It was damaged because he didn't center it and it ended up breaking off a piece. With that being said, he offered a small discount and told me to go to Home Depot for the wood glue and it was an easy fix. When he rekeys my door lock, that also didn't work. To wrap things up and make it worse, he didn't even have anything to clean up the wood shavings. Left my brand new house filthy with debris inside and outside. Total garbage service. At the end of all this, I had to call another company to come out and repair what he did. Not sure how this company has 5 stars but this was a total disaster and crap of a company.
