The girl who answered our call, I think her name is Yvette, she gave us a quote immediately after asking about house dimension etc and she has the next day available. We booked the move out/move in cleaning service and the next day 2 ladies came in with all equipments. Our electricity hasn't turned on at that time and ladies were very understanding and they cleaned everything else first. The service took about 4 hours and we left during the 2nd half. When we came back the house was sparkling clean!!! They hit all the spots that we asked them to. And gosh!! The bathrooms are squeaky clean as if it's a newly built house. Overall, we had a great experience with Susy Q. Didn't get the chance to ask the ladies names' but they're very professionals and friendly. They didn't do the windowsills. They left a lot of baseboards untouched. The didn't clean the backsplash lips on the bathroom counters. They didn't clean the shelves in the closets. They didn't clean the tile around the outside of the shower. The best part was that I was told the oven couldn't get cleaner because the food had been on it for too long. My home was built at the end of 2023 and was lived in for only one year and the left vacant for one year. There is no way this oven cannot be cleaned and now I will have to do it myself once I move into the house, after I finish packing and moving. I understand maybe accidentally overlooking one or two things. But this was beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to babysit people to do their jobs correctly. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend finding someone else to clean your home if you want the job done properly and professionally.

The only thing they did well was communicate via text message. As far as what they were paid to do - they did not do a good job at all. When I reached out to them I was very clear and said there are lots of spiderwebs in ALL the rooms that need to be cleaned. They acknowledged. They also said when the crew comes out - you can tell them what needs to be done so they can give proper estimate. Well the crew didnt speak English (not an issue, but dont tell me to communicate with them if they cant speak English) . So I had to communicated with the office staff via text, which they were responsive at. Told them exactly what needed to be cleaned for the entire house and what they didnt need t do in text message . I specifically said "all bedrooms should be dusted for spiderwebs and windowsills and blinds" EXACT words. OK - now for what they were paid to go .. They came and "cleaned" the house. They missed cleaning half of the spider webs in the house-I kid you not. Now cleaning spider webs is relatively easy - but they messed that up. They also didnt clean one toilet and left one shower with mold in the soap nook. they also didnt clean a 15 year old newspaper at the top of the kitchen cabinets and obviously didnt dust that area either. And they didnt mop 3 areas with stains on the LVT floor (which was easy to see). so they said they would come back out and fix those. I said fine. No this is not my residence - so I already went once to try to explain what needed to be cleaned and then again to check on the work once they did it the first time. So they came out another time - and said they would address it as "Top priority". They came out. Asked me to come out before they left - I said Im at work and cant make it - but i gave you pictures of what needed to be done. that evening i went back out to the house to check the work. Well guess what - one whole bedroom has spiderwebs in all 4 corners and walls. They didnt clean the shower mold that i gave them a picture of. I reached out and said you missed spots and instead of them coming out a 3rd time - I said i would clean it myself as its easier then trying to get you to do it as i dont have time to babysit you to do a job I paid you for and shouldnt be too hard. They said that we didnt charge you for the 2nd time we came out. Im like yeah cause you didnt do the job the first time. - what audacity to say they did me a favor to come out a 2nd time to fix what you missed the first time. Needless to say I told them to return $100 of my $300 fee($253+$50 deposit) given they couldnt do their job properly. They refused and I am disputing with the cc company. Anyways - I would never use them if they cant clean an empty house- how good a job will they do in an occupied house. The owner seemed very nice and professional but their cleaning SUCKS. I have attached some pictures of what they missed - and my invoice so they cant dispute and say Im not a customer. This section is in response to the incorrect response from the owner: He is correct - they did return BUT still missed spider webs that I mentioned. I never asked for old things to look new, this was a move out cleaning not a remodeling to make things new - dont know where that comment came from. Total Lie. Also he totally is lying when he said I asked for a full refund - I only asked for $100 - I was clear about that in my review. NEVER did I ask for a full refund as they did clean some of the house- but they didnt do a complete job as they were paid to. I gave videos and pictures of what was missed. It all documented. As far as credit card dispute - its still open as of today - I just submitted more documentation they wanted. You couldnt do the job you were paid for - not an issue with my expectations. Stay away - plenty of better cleaning companies that are honest and do a much better job. See my messages to the owner regarding the PARTIAL payment - I never asked for full refund.. For my entire adult life have depended on personal references to find individual housecleaners. And that can be a pain when life changes or schedules change and suddenly they're not available. Or when I don't need help for a while and they replace me. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and was disappointed to find the cleaner of a friend nearby was fully booked. Thankfully she shared a business card for Rocio and her crew ensuring me that they were good. I had no other leads, so I contacted her after being convinced by her website to try them. I'm so happy I did. Now I have clean home dependability in my life. Scheduled completely at my convenience. Rocio is super professional, a great communicator, highly organized, and has an amazing crew! These ladies even leave little works of art to show they've been here. You know the specially folded towels, tissues, and toilet paper that you find in 5 star hotels after housekeeping as been there? Yep, I have these all over my house when Rocio and her crew have been here. I'm pretty picky. So I'm thrilled to find that even with redos and personal preferences Rocio ensures I'm happy. For instance, my polished wood staircase had a light film on it after they left the first time and every footstep left a mark. I asked her to take care of it the next time and not to use product on my stairs in the future. She cheerfully did exactly that and it now looks like it did before they ever came. The great advantage of three women here at once is that I don't have to leave for long since I usually schedule them for a day when I'm going to be working from home. They're a whirlwind! They came and did a deep clean that included a special, 10% off and a free fridge clean (inside). Two cleaners came and when we returned home two hours later the place was impeccable! Shining bright, extremely clean, and smelling fantastic!!!! They were even able to get the shower grout back to looking new. I think the pricing is extremely reasonable (even the rate before the special) because two women came in here and busted a## to make our apartment sparkle. The little touches made it even better (making the bed, folding bath linens like a fancy hotel, etc.) Communication went above and beyond.
