This place doesn't have a lot of the basic things I've found most other vape shops to have. After a certain time, it's drive thru only until 8:00am, no no looking around for alternatives. They did not have anything I was looking for, so I just bought a five pack of coils and it's a good thing I checked before I left because they only gave me three of the five in the container (so always check!). It appeared that there was only one person working but I was the only person there, so... I have no idea why it took as long as it did, but I was there for at least half an hour just to get the five coils. I'm still giving them three stars because they are open 24/7, which is more than almost anywhere else in the metroplex, so they get a bonus star for that! Perhaps they are able to run things more efficiently in the daytime. I've only come here late at night. Lastly, it looks like they are adding on (see photo)! read more

This place is overpriced. They try to double their profit from products on sale. I bought a smok vape kit and got charged not once but three times for the same sh*t. Hope it doesn't go through because they told me "if the first one goes through. Just dispute it" little do they know that requires closing my card and retrieving a new one, and that's a pain especially during COVID. I tried to return the product because the liquid was coming out of the smok device occasionally and it burned my lip. They're Return policy is fraudulent as their receipt states otherwise. They said only on defective products but if you know how to read English, then you'd know that the way they placed their grammar is incorrect. See below. The (defective products) in parentheses is attached only to disposables! You have a period after each sentence, meaning it's complete. Surpised to see so many negative reviews! This is the first business I've ever seen like this, so I called and had questions and when I went up there, I had more questions because I opted for the drive thru. The guy helping us, Ty, had such a positive and patient demeanor clarifying everything for us. I work late nights, so I've been to MANY places 3AM-5AM when I get off work, and this is the first time I've ever felt that I wasn't an inconvenience to the staff at those times. This place lacks selection when it comes to disposable vapes. They only carry a few brands that were pretty pricey (prob. items with the best profit margin for store). I will admit that the Dripping Wet vapes this store carried were pretty good but pretty expensive. If it's late at night and your go to spot is closed, this would definitely be the place for you. If you want to save a few then you may want to avoid visiting this place. read more

Drove in last night and asked for an "Uno Mas" vape. Guy proceeded to get angry and tell me they don't sell them because they are "pieces of S&$@!" Then sells me a "Pod King Supreme" for a very high price of $23 telling me it had 1200 puffs. Due to the discomfort I had from his outburst and the distrust that friends of mine have for the "Pod King Supreme" devices, I counted the puffs. The puff count reached a little over 300 then completely died. I will never put my trust in the staff of this store again. Nor will I recommended them to anyone else going forward. read more

They should definitely fix their peeling price board outside, affix a vape/smoke menu outside so people can take a look at the selection and pricing...perhaps an awning so they can ensure employees are comfortable soliciting in the rain & don't just run off business because they don't have the skills to sell you on a more expensive product, or simply put they discriminate against people who don't look like them, they don't like money, go to the next nearest smoke shop. Don't waste your time, gas or tread on tires. Apparently not everyone can be interested in a glass pipe, some people look like just tobacco smokers and well I don't know what these people are smoking out of their glass pipes, probably glass. My friend recommended this place to me because they had "cheap" vape juices . This place didn't follow any type of social distancing . No hand sanitizer for customers to use upon entry, the employees didn't have on gloves nor masks , and they don't bother telling you the price before charging your card. I was expecting two bottles and a pack of coils to be 50$ like at normal vape shops but this one totaled to be 90$ . Guess they gotta overcharge to pay the bills for being open 24 7 read more

I had previously come in here and had issues with the old manager. that was resolved, however i've run into a new issue. although the service is decent, the bug problem is out of hand. i just wanted to come in and get some new juice and the whole time bugs were flying around and crawling on me. it was so uncomfortable and disgusting. i really like this place but the fact that theyre making juice in a place crawling with bugs is gross. maybe they should take down some of the unnecessary led lights in the front or dim the lights on the inside? its fucking gross. read more
